Abstract

This study aims to determines the relationship between service quality and responsibility with customer satisfaction in Faculty of Social Sciences UNJ. The research was conducted using survey method with the correlational approach. In this research, student in Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Jakarta was chosen as the unit of analysis with a sample size of 249 people who are determined by simple random sampling technique. The results show: First, There is a relationship between service quality with student satisfaction; Second, There is a relationship between with customer satisfaction. Third, There is a relationship between service quality and responsibilities with customer satisfaction. Further to improve student satisfaction, the administrative staff should consider the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, provide excellent service to students, and understand the needs of students.

Abstract

Each of children with special need in Labschool FIP UMJ is assisted by classroom teacher, assistant teacher, shadow teacher, and some therapists in his house. They have their own program and achievement so that it can cause overlapping among them.  Thus it is necessary to develop and integrate a holistic model and integrated program to handle children with special needs.  The study provides the development of Case Conference Model at children with special need. The study used research and development (R&D). The model used in the study is ADDIE model. It stands for  analysis, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. The population in the study is special need’s children at Labschool FIP UMJ. The output of the study is case conference model which can be used for children with special need.  The implementation of Case Conference model can help teacher, shadow teacher, parents and principle in dealing with special need’s children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dan meneliti pengaruh strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan gaya berpikir terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran dan gaya berpikir terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDS Budi Mulia Dua Bintaro. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan manggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas IV yang berjumlah 50 anak. Instrumen sebanyak 20 pernyataan untuk strategi pembelajaran dan 10 soal untuk gaya berpikir anak. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi koefisien yang terdapat adanya pengaruh strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan gaya berpikir siswa terhadap hasil belajar IPS. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat kepada pihak-pihak terkait yang dapat memanfaatkan seperti kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan peneliti selanjutnya.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of instructional material on the echievement in Islamic Education.  The experiment was conducted at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta, during the second semester of the academic year 2018/2019, using “The two-groups posttest-only randomized experiment”. A sample of 60 students was ramdomly choosen from the available students, i.e. 30 students for individualized instructional material, and 30 students others for the PBS one. The result of hyphotheses testing showed that Individualized instructional material ( = 81,37) resulted in a better achievement than the PBS one ( = 77,39)

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of the method of learning and learning style against the results of the Study IPA. This research uses experimental methods with quantitative research design treatmen by level 2x2. The instruments used to study results of multiple choice tests and is used for visual learning style is the questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: (1) student learning outcomes given Expository learning methods in higher Learning of students who are granted for Conventional learning methods Learning (2) there is the influence of the interaction between the learning methods and visual learning style (3) the results of the study and science students who have high visual learning style and learning methods given expository learning higher than students who were given conventional learning methods learning (4) the results of the study and science students who have low visual learning style and learning methods given expository learning lower than students who were given conventional learning methods learning.

Abstract

One of the efforts to deal with the development of world globalization and competition in winning the market is to do branding. The purpose of this study is to identify trending topics about branding in the context of education. This research method using the bibliometric or quantitative approach for analyzing and mapping of information with the help of the Scopus database, VOSviewer for data visualization, and Tableau for data display. Based on our results of analysis, we have obtained 841 publications of branding and 163 branding publication documents related to branding in the context of education. Furthermore, we have defined the development of publications, the most leading countries, subject area, affiliations, source title, author, cited by sources, and kind of research topics related to branding strategies in the context of education. The study contributes by highlighting the trends of branding in the context of education. We also underline that the small number and instability of branding research in the educational context provide opportunities for branding research in the context of education. Despite the results of our analysis in this study, there are still weaknesses that still need to be considered. Further, future research should analyze relevant research clusters for emerging trends on branding in the context of education.

Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran merupakan proses interaksi antara pendidik, peserta didik, dan sumber belajar dalam suatu lingkungan belajar. Pendidik memiliki peran penting di dalam keberhasilan interaksi tersebut dengan perencanaan yang sistematik. Oleh karena itu pendidik dituntut untuk terampil dalam mendesain pembelajaran. Kualitas desain pembelajaran akan menentukan keberhasilan kegiatan pembelajaran mencapai tujuan yang sudah ditentukan. Saat ini untuk merespon revolusi industri 4.0 dan masyarakat 5.0, dunia pendidikan mau tidak mau dituntut untuk dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan yang ada. Pelaku pendidikan dalam hal ini, program magister teknologi pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta juga dituntut juga untuk dapat merancang kurikulum menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan tantangan pendidikan. Untuk itu diperlukan desain pembelajaran yang merespon perkembangan zaman guna menjawab tantangan-tantangan yang muncul di masa kini termasuk perkembangan filosofis yang mendasari teori belajar dan teori pembelajaran. Dalam perkembangan teori belajar dan oembelajaran, aliran teori konektivisme merupakan teori baru yang muncul beriringan dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu desain pembelajaran yang berbasis pada teori konektivisme ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan kertas kerja ini adalah studi pustaka di mana penulis menggunakan berbagai sumber referensi yang berkaitan dengan desain pembelajaran dan teori konektivisme. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran berbasis konetivisme diperlukan (a) kemampuan litrasi digital baik dosen maupun mahasiswa, (b) ketersediaan sarana prasarana yang berbasis internet, (c) tersedianya materi pembelajaran interaktif yang memungkinkan mahasiswa dapat memperoleh materi pembelajaran kapan saja dan di mana saja. Abstract Learning is a process of interaction between educators, students, and learning resources in a learning environment. Educators have an important role in the success of these interactions with systematic planning. Therefore educators are required to be skilled in designing learning. The quality of learning design will determine the success of learning activities in achieving predetermined goals. Currently, to respond to the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0, the world of education is inevitably required to be able to adapt to the changes that are taking place. Educational actors, in this case, the educational technology master program at the Muhammadiyah University of Jakarta are also required to be able to design curricula according to the needs and challenges of education. For this reason, it is necessary to design learning that responds to the times in order to answer the challenges that arise today, including the philosophical developments that underlie learning theory and learning theory. In the development of learning and learning theory, the flow of connectivism theory is a new theory that appears along with advances in information technology. For that we need a learning design based on this theory of connectivism. The research method used in the preparation of this working paper is a literature study in which the author uses various reference sources related to learning design and connectivism theory. This study concludes that connectivity-based learning requires (a) digital literacy skills for both lecturers and students, (b) availability of internet-based infrastructure, (c) availability of interactive learning materials that enable students to obtain learning materials anytime and anywhere .

Abstract

This research departed from the conditions an Islamic elementary school faces in preparing education planning, especially curriculum design and lesson plan required to adapt to changes, especially in the current pandemic conditions. Therefore, this study aimed to know the adaptability of school principal and teachers in curriculum design and lesson plan during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research used a qualitative approach, while the case study method is used. The data collection process is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Then for data validity using triangulation. The data analysis includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The subjects of this study were the school principal and the teachers at Al-Istiqlal Islamic elementary school Karawang. The results showed that the COVID-19 pandemic became a momentum for teachers and principals to adapt curriculum design and lesson plan in the 21st century. Various efforts are made in preparing curriculum design, namely making the curriculum essential, compiling learning tools, and preparing digital platforms for teaching and learning activities. The adaptability of school principal in designing curriculum is by creating a primary curriculum. Teachers’ adaptability in making a lesson plan formulated and designed previously by the curriculum team, school principal, and the head of the foundation. It needs to be done because learning activities during the pandemic have changed the learning process and methods; it requires planning for a new curriculum design and lesson plan.

Abstract

Pembelajaran science tidak berjalan optimal dikarenakan masih mengandalkan teori dan tidak menjalankan praktik langsung. Hal ini mengakibatkan siswa sulit mendapatkan pembelajaran bermakna. Untuk menjawab permasalahan di atas, maka peneliti ingin mengembangkan modul pembelajaran dengan model Project based Learning terintegrasi STEM Context di SDS Palm Kids Lampung. Maka produk yang akan dikembangkan oleh peneliti adalah modul ajar PjBL-STEM. Tujuan riset ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengembangkan modul PjBL-STEM pada pelajaran Science 2) Untuk menguji kelayakan modul pembelajaran PjBL-STEM pada mata pelajaran Science. 3) Untuk mengetahui efektivitas modul pembelajaran PjBL-STEM pada mata pelajaran Science. ADDIE adalah model pengembangan instruksional yang digunakan di penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan yaitu mixed method. Objek yang akan diteliti adalah modul PjBL terintegrasi STEM Context (Laboy-Rush). Penelitian ini divalidasi oleh 2 orang ahli (ahli desain pembelajaran dan ahli materi), 1 orang guru Science dan siswa kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar Palm Kids Lampung, berjumlah 20 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini, yaitu bahwa terdapat 5 langkah pembelajaran di modul PjBL-STEM yang dinyatakan layak dan efektif untuk digunakan kelas 5 SD materi Ecosystem pelajaran Science dibuktikan oleh hasil pre-test siswa berdasarkan indikator PjBL-STEM rata-rata adalah 61 dan nilai post-test rata-rata adalah 91,50. Selanjutnya model PjBL-STEM dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus gain ternormalisasi sehingga ada peningkatan nilai sebesar 0,8 yang berarti peningkatan skor rata-rata pada kategori tinggi, yaitu > 0,7. Abstract

Metode yang terkesan monoton pada mata pelajaran matematika yang membuat para peserta didik cenderung merasa jenuh, malas, dan motivasi belajarnya menurun. didik. Meskipun para siswa sudah mengikuti proses pembelajaran nyatanya masih saat hasil pada belajar, ulangan, dan materimateri yang diberikan masih jauh dari memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan yang ada pada sekolah. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tergerak untuk meneliti dan mencoba menerapkan metode pengajaran dengan menggunakan NLP pada metode hypnoteaching. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pada motivasi belajar siswa, dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi experimen semu. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode neuro linguistic programming terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas v di sd negeri jampang 01 bogor. Pada kelas eksperimen hasil nilai pre-test sebesar 68,96 dan nilai post-test sebesar 79,03. Dan pada kelas konvensional nilai pre-test sebesar 71,58 dan nilai post-test sebesar 71,86. Adapun uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikansi 0,036 < 0,05. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa NLP pada metode hypnoteaching memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas V di SD Negeri Jampang 01 Bogor. Dan pengaruh NLP terhadap motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh sebesar 9,03. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat dan menjadi bahan dan perbaikan untuk pihak-pihak terkait.
