Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh green marketing terhadap keberlanjutan usaha UMKM melalui green creativity. Sampel studi ini adalah pelaku UMKM yang terdaftar di Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi Usaha Kecil Menengah (Disperindagkop UKM) Kota Tangerang melalui kombinasi metode Slovin dan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan data Pemerintah Kota Tangerang per maret 2024, tercatat 58.692 pelaku usaha UMKM yang telah memiliki nomor induk berusaha. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data tersebut, maka diperoleh 100 responden akhir yang diap untuk diolah lebih lanjut untuk pengujian hipotesis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS). Hasil studi ini menemukan bahwa green marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap green creativity, green creativity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha UMKM, green marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha UMKM, dan green creaticity dapat memediasi pengaruh green marketing terhadap keberlanjutan usaha UMKM. Penelitian ini mencoba menyelesaikan masalah isu lingkungan dan keberlanjutan usaha dengan menggabungkan praktik berkelanjutan ke dalam proses bisnis UMKM agar tetap kompetitif di pasar. Kombinasi isu lingkungnan dan praktik berkelanjutan UMKM dapat direpresentasikan melalui green marketing dan green creativity. Kondisi ini penting karena UMKM memberikan kontribusi terhadap dampak lingkungan sebagai akibat industrialisasi yang meluas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan SEM-PLS untuk menjawab fenomena isu lingkungan dan keberlanjutan UMKM dan dianggap mampu menguji model secara simultan karena adanya keterlibatan variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini juga mencoba memodifikasi instrumen penelitian pada konteks UMKM.

Abstract

Optimizing organizational capabilities by integrating strategic management and human resource performance is paramount in contemporary organizational dynamics. This study delves into the synergistic relationship between strategic management strategies and human resource performance to enhance organizational effectiveness. The research explores the contextual factors influencing this integration and assesses its impact on operational efficiency, innovation, and customer relations. Abstract

The company's goal as a business entity is to generate optimal profits in order to provide value to its stakeholders. Achieving this goal reflects the company's performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure, company size, leverage, green innovation, and human resource slack on the company's financial performance in the energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-2024 period. With purposive sampling, a sample of 42 companies or 210 observational data was obtained. The research data were analyzed using panel data regression through Eviews 13. The results showed that environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure had a positive effect on the company's financial performance. The results of this study are also findings for the energy sector on the IDX and the novelty of this study is in measuring financial performance using the burn rate. These results can be considered by investors in making investment decisions in this sector.
