Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk Indonesia tentunya berdampak terhadap permintaan pada produk kesehatan di Indonesia karena semakin banyak penduduk yang membutuhkan produk kesehatan. PT. Bowin Indonesia Global merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang berperan besar dalam menyediakan persediaan produk kesehatan. PT. Bowin Indonesia Global dapat memiliki reputasi yang kuat serta meninggalkan jejak yang mengesankan dalam berbagai program yang dijalani karena mereka memiliki sumber daya manusia yang terampil. Agar PT. Bowin Indonesia Global dapat mempertahankan hasil yang konsisten dalam setiap proyek yang dikerjakan, tentunya kinerja setiap karyawan dalam perusahaan perlu diperhatikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) apakah terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan 2) apakah terdapat pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. Bowin Indonesia Global. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu 36 responden Karyawan PT. Bowin Indonesia Global. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sample dengan metode pengambilan sampel sampling jenuh. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner online google form dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Secara keseluruhan hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Bowin Indonesia Global, 2) Stres Kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan tetapi negatif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Bowin Indonesia Global. This increase in population in Indonesia certainly has an impact on the demand for health products because more and more people need health products. PT. Bowin Indonesia Global is one of the companies that plays a major role in providing supplies of health products. PT. Bowin Indonesia Global is able to have a strong reputation and leave an impressive mark in the various programs it undertakes because they have skilled human resources. In order for PT. Bowin Indonesia Global be able to maintain consistent results in every project undertaken, the performance of every employee in the company must be observed. The purpose of this research is to determine 1) whether there is an effect of the Work Environment on Employee Performance 2) whether there is an effect of Work Stress on Employee Performance. The population in this study are employees of PT. Bowin Indonesia Global. The sample used in this study was 36 respondents from PT. Bowin Indonesia Global. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sample with the sampling method of saturated sampling. Collection of data using an online google form questionnaire with a total sample of 36 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data processing is done by using SmartPLS. Overall, the results of this study are 1) the Work Environment has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance at PT. Bowin Indonesia Global, 2) Work Stress has no significant but negative effect on Employee Performance at PT. Bowin Indonesia Global.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction and the effect of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at PT Maju Mandiri Utama in Central Jakarta. Job satisfaction that comes from human resources who work in the company, then for this satisfaction employees will be more enthusiastic about doing the tasks that are their obligations. Job satisfaction is also related to work motivation, both owned by the employee self and motivation from the surrounding environment such as colleagues, superiors, or subordinatesWork motivation will increase employees to achieve their job satisfaction so that employees will be proud of the results they get and are encouraged to maintain and improve their performance. The sampling method illustrated in this research uses convenience sampling with 100 employees as respondents, 5 of whom were respondents in the initial survey of the study and 95 employees were respondents in the study. The Smart Pls3 analytical kit was used in this study. The results showed an influence of work motivation on the job satisfaction of PT Maju Mandiri Utama employees in Central Jakarta, and there was an influence of organizational commitment on the job satisfaction of PT Maju Mandiri Utama employees in Central Jakarta

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja, dan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pada studi ini, digunakan paradigma kuantitatif sebagai dasar dari penelitian ini, dengan jenis penelitian kausal. Objek penelitian yang digunakan adalah PT Maxiar Indosurya. Metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan skala Interval 5 poin. Jumlah responden untuk penelitian adalah populasi pegawai PT Maxiar Indosurya sebanyak 60 orang. kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPLS. Dari penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance, the effect of compensation on work motivation, and the effect of work motivation on employee performance. In this study, a quantitative paradigm was used as the basis of this research,with a causal type of research. The research object used was PT Maxiar Indosurya. The data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire with a 5-point interval scale. The number of respondents to the research is the population of PT Maxiar Indosurya employees as many as 60 people. then the data were analyzed using SmartPLS software. From this study it can be concluded that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance,compensation has a positive effect on work motivation, and work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of strategic management and leadership on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The main focus of the research is on managerial and financial restructuring and the impact of Going Concern Audit Opinions as indicators of bankruptcy risk. This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of risk mitigation efforts and company strategies in facing difficult financial conditions. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach referring to qualitative research methods. Secondary data was obtained from manufacturing industry financial reports published on the IDX for the period 2015 to 2018 and October 2023. The research sample consisted of 14 manufacturing companies that experienced losses for two consecutive years and received a Going Concern Audit Opinion. This research shows that the Going Concern Audit Opinion can be used as a notification to the company to carry out restructuring, both managerial and financial. Companies that are aware of this risk tend to make changes in managerial structure and strategy, reduce the risk of bankruptcy, and optimize share prices. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact, accelerating changes in management strategies and emphasizing the importance of adaptation in conditions of uncertainty. The conclusion is that the Going Concern Audit Opinion can be used as a notification to the company to carry out restructuring. Collaborative non-financial and financial restructuring can reduce the risk of bankruptcy, with managerial changes as best practice in mitigating bankruptcy. Abstract

This study seeks to see and analyze the effect of compensation on lecturer performance, the work environment on lecturer performance, and organizational commitment on lecturer performance. The result is that compensation has a positive and significant influence on lecturer performance, which means that good compensation can make lecturers work more enthusiastically to conduct good and quality teaching and research to get prestigious research grants both on a local and international scale and to publish the results of lecturers' research. From national journals to highly reputable international journals, and are willing to do community service based on assignments at the university or outside the campus where they work. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on lecturer performance, which means that lecturers have a good commitment to be involved in every campus activity in terms of effective teaching methods to improve campus quality, research with fellow lecturers, research grants on a local to an international scale, conducting activities community service for the sake of educating the life of the nation, synergizing between campuses and companies through the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program. Lecturers feel lost if they leave the campus where they work because various facilities are available. In this case, the lecturers become loyal and loyal to work on their campuses, so it is proven to improve the performance of lecturers on their respective campuses. The work environment has an insignificant positive effect on lecturer performance. In this case, the work environment is not a problem for lecturers, such as problems with lighting, comfort and cleanliness, because that has become the campus standard.
