Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of BOS Fund Management Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Limau, Padang Pariaman Regency. This is a descriptive qualitative research to find out how the description of the management of Regular BOS funds at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Limau in 2019 (before the Covid19 pandemic) and 2020 (the Covid-19 pandemic) by referring to government policies through the Minister of Education and Culture which are the respective Technical Guidelines. that year. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Researchers collect data through interviews with the school's BOS Team and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of BOS fund management before and during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Limau, in 2019 and 2020 in general in terms of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation as well as reporting that was carried out was in accordance with the technical instructions of BOS SMA. . The publication aspect of the management of the BOS Fund has not utilized the means of announcement for easy accessibility of information for the public.

Abstract

Kemampuan membaca, menulis, menerapkan aritmatika, dan menganalisis data seperti tabel dan grafik, yang erat kaitannya dengan pemahaman angka dan simbol, merupakan keterampilan penting bagi generasi masa kini. Berbekal literasi-numerasi yang memadai, siswa mampu memanfaatkan pengetahuan matematis mereka secara efektif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Program Kampus Mengajar yang merupakan bagian dari Inisiatif Kampus Merdeka bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan berkembang kepada mahasiswa melalui kegiatan di luar kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan utama dari program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa sekolah dasar. Para siswa ditempatkan di berbagai sekolah dasar di seluruh Indonesia untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran mereka. Hasil dari program ini adalah pengajaran literasi dan numerasi kepada siswa oleh para mahasiswa. Literasi-numerasi adalah konsep yang esensial dalam pengembangan SDM di Indonesia. Saat ini, literasi-numerasi mencakup lebih dari sekadar kemampuan baca-tulis, dan berhitung; mereka dianggap sebagai keterampilan hidup yang mencakup berbagai aspek kehidupan. Tingkat literasi dan kualitas hidup penduduk adalah salah satu indikator kemajuan suatu negara.

Abstract

The "Tuna Fish Ball Making" training aims to foster entrepreneurial spirit among students. Through this training, students not only gain technical knowledge in producing tuna fish balls but also acquire practical skills that can be applied to independent ventures. Tuna is chosen as the main ingredient because it is rich in nutrients and has significant market potential. This training covers the entire production process, from selecting raw materials and processing techniques to product packaging. Additionally, it includes material on marketing strategies, business management, and market analysis to strengthen students' understanding of the business world. This training is expected to enhance student's skills and knowledge in entrepreneurship and motivate them to create new business opportunities. Consequently, it is hoped that young, creative, and innovative entrepreneurs will emerge, contributing to reducing unemployment and boosting the economy. The results of this training show a significant increase in students' interest and readiness to enter the entrepreneurial world, as well as a better understanding of the importance of innovation and sustainability in business. Overall, this training has a positive impact on shaping the entrepreneurial mentality among students, making them more prepared to face future challenges.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to develop a virtual laboratory TikTok-based. The virtual laboratory was designed for basic chemistry 1 labwork. The developed media was created to increase students' critical thinking and science process skills. The methodology of this research used ADDIE model. The virtual laboratory validations to evaluate the content and media were successfully done by two experts on each validation. Based on the validations, the score results were 93,6% for content and 88,1% for media. It means that the virtual laboratory was successfully created and is ready to be used as a teaching-learning source. The practical and effective tests were done in the chemistry education program grade 1 at A and B class. The data collection was through direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Next, the data was analyzed by descriptive statistic method. The research result showed that the Tiktok virtual laboratory was very good, practical, and effective to use in basic chemistry 1 labwork and could increase students' science process and critical thinking skills with an effectiveness percentage of 89,7%.
