Kiai's leadership strategy in developing a religious culture is an effort to implement the strategic ideas that have been designed in the development of the Islamic boarding school organization so that it is always by its main objectives. In Pondok Pesantren Kiai is the main symbol and the only one who has the prerogative in running an educational institution. However, nowadays pesantren is experiencing rapid development where pesantren not only organize religious activities but also manages various other formal educations. Of course, this has implications for the increasing number of educators and education personnel who ultimately need good and proper management. This development certainly needs to be responded with good communication patterns, in order that all pesantren residents can understand the information messages conveyed by Kiai as the highest leader in the pesantren. Therefore, in the management of the Nurul Qornain Islamic Boarding School, Kiai Yazid Karimullah has approaches to effective communication patterns with his students, so that the availability of channels has implications for receiving students for information.

Anak usia dini berperilaku sesuai apa yang mereka inginkan, berekspresi sesuai apa yang diimajinasi nalar pikirnya. Perilaku anak terujud tanpa mengetahui lebih jauh berfikir tentang dampak dan efek negatif terhadap dirinya dan orang lain, begitulah salah satu dimensi dunia anak. Semua itu terbentuk dari pengamatanÂ penginderaannya. Banyak pendapat yang mengatakan anak agresif memiliki kecenderungan untuk nakal, atau bahkan memang dijustivikasi sebagai anak nakal, bandel, dan tidak mau diatur. Padahal agresifitas itu boleh jadi muncul oleh lingkungan yang tidak kondusif dan tidak membantu tumbuh â€“ kembang positifnya. Emotional Smart dimaksudkan untuk memberikan kemampuan kepada anak untuk bisa mengolah emosi yang ada pada dirinya dan melatih menyetabilkan perasaannya. Hal ini tentu dengan bantuan dan pendampingan yang diberikan orang tua.

The Birth of Law No. 3 of 2006 Amendments Act No. 7 of 1989 On the Religious has brought major changes in the existence of the Religious institutions today.One fundamental change is the addition of the Religious authority agency (PA) in theeconomic field Shariah. Pursuant to Article 49 letter (i) of Act No. 3 of 2006 affirmed that the religious court has authority to examine, hear and resolve the case "Sharia Economy".The authority in the Shari'a judge, the role of the Religious will grow wider. Because of Shariah-related economic discipline of economics, so that the judges in the Court of Religion should master of science in economics in addition to Shariah law formally owned over the years. It is very reasonable because when the Act was implemented within the religious court judges still do not understand and know the economic law of sharia.Therefore shariah economy business dispute settlement no longer mentions the District Court (PN) as a place of dispute settlement in the shari'ah business. In this case the financial institution Bank and Non Bank to change the contract clause of the contract-financing by shariah bank so far. So that the provisions in the economic case can be settled by sharia religious court and no longer BASYARNAS District Court for execution.

Ten destructions of a nation currently prevalent in Indonesia. Many bad examples has been shown by the elite leaders, student or always involved in negative habit like drugs, free sex, fights and other. If education is not able to answer their needs, surely Indonesian will get lose one generation. Character education in this study more emphasis on character education in perspective of Pesantren, where the uniqueness perceived from the outset has implemented character education. There are three issues related to character education in formal education, intellectual, prophetic character and internalization ESQ as habit.

This study examines how the restructuring process occurred in the financing of murabahah problems both in Islamic banking and in other sharia business units. The problematic financing case occurs suddenly, because in general before experiencing a problematic phase, at this stage the bank will warn customers in a familial manner. Basically, the implementation of the Murabahah Restructuring is carried out with the principle of prudence and sharia principles through the rescheduling process, re-requirements, and rearrangement. In general, how this restructuring process must be in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation number No. 10/18/ PBI/2008 as amended by Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 13/9PBI/2011 concerning financing restructuring for Islamic banks and Islamic business units.

The Qur'an as kalamullah descended to the Prophet Muhammad through the angel Gabriel as a miracle. The Qur'an is used as a guide for life for humans. To find the guidelines contained in it, the Qur'an is not only used as a readable scripture, but we must also understand the content of its meaning. The understanding of the content of Al-Qur'an content has been done by some great scholars. This understanding is done through several approaches, among others, with a hermeneutic approach. The presence of hermeneutics can’t be separated from the growth and advancement of thinking about language in the discourse of philosophy and other scholarship. Hermeneutics as a method of reading the text has been widely recognized in various fields of traditional Islamic scholarship, especially in the tradition of Fiqh and Tafsir al-Qur'an. Meanwhile, modern hermeneutics Islamic of ideology can basically be called a big leap in the formulating the methodology of Islamic ideoogy in general and the method of interpretation of the Qur'an in particular.

Islam is a religion that was revealed by the Creator to this world as a blessing for the universe. Islam is a comprehensive religion that regulates all aspects of human life; also the issue of transaction or mu’amalah. The basic concept of Islam in muamalah activities is also very concerned to the values of humanism. One of the schemes of fiqh in Islamic business activities is murâbahah transactions. murâbahah transactions (both gain profit) is one of the practices that many people do. In the perspective of fiqh, murâbahah is one of the forms of buying and selling that are amânah (bay’ al-amânah). Murâbahah is generally different from other forms of buying and selling. This business practice is in great demand by business people, because it has a low level of risk. This transaction is commonly carried out by the Prophet Muhammad, and his companions. This contract known by Islamic financial institutions as al- murâbahah li al-amr bi al-shira’ then in Islamic financial institutions the term transaction becomes a banking product that is attracted by customers. According to the author, this theme is interesting to study because it is currently the most current cases of Islamic banking products. Therefore, this article will discuss the murâbahah and all matters of its discussion, in order to obtain comprehensive knowledge about murâbahah, and be useful both for writers in particular and for readers in general.

The problem of innovation is a trigger factor in the religious disharmony, claims of truth occurs only on one side, and regard the other with false accusations and even accused as infidels. Heresy at the time still not Resolved, justruh become even more tapered and-so. They had perverted heretical propaganda through mass media like radio, fatwa commission, salebaran, and other writings, such accusations Surprisingly more precisely lead to the Expert Sunnah Wal Jama'ah. For that, it should be with the polemics of this kind needs be no specific response to concerns relating to issues that have been merasahkan and disrupt the comfort and harmony of religions, especially Islam in terms of legal analysis. The goal is that these problems can be solved by the decision of the best and can provide solutions that can diajalankan by the public, and can eliminate the unilateral truth of the allegations. Furthermore, to provide the best solution on the claims of heresy heresy, in society, the author gives an explanation which is very comprehensive in answering the issues around innovation with the proposition that qhat'i berlandasankan and accountable, in the form of al-Quran and Hadith-Hadith sahih, but it is also the author gives a real understanding of what it is heresy and Islamic attitudes in response to this polemic. Because the moment is now so easy to claim someone on charges of heresy that ultimately leads to infidelity. The design of the study is a research library research (literature study) using the method of qualitative analysis with deductive and descriptive way of thinking. The results of this study, is to assert that not all innovations are prohibited, senayampang heresy has qhat'i cornerstone arguments. Even the heretics also be recommended by the Sunnah of the Prophet. In addition to the understanding of the hadith also straighten often used as a reference by those who say all heresies heresy, as well as provide an understanding of how to determine the proper position on the hadith, as well as introducing a method to determine the hadith in order to understand haidits with true understanding. Based on the results of this study, recommended for groups who claim to truth as Islamic fundamentalist and liberal Islam should not only understand the hadith of the literal aspect dhahirnya alone or, if a hadith is understood from the aspects dhahirnya will certainly experience a fatal error kerana pemahamn like it was just owned by someone who have an interest or based on lust.
