Abstract

Artikel ini mengelaborasi konsepsi dan internalisasi nilai power and authority dalam konteks pendidikan di pesantren. Kekuasaan (power) adalah kesempatan amanah bagi individu atau sekelompok orang untuk menyadarkan individu atau kelompok lain untuk menerima kemauan yang mereka inginkan baik dengan cara memaksa ataupun legitimasi kesadaran dari individu lainnya. Authority atau otoritas yakni hak untuk melakukan sesuatu atau memerintahkan orang lain untuk melakukan atau tidak melakukan sesuatu dengan tujuan agar misi dari lembaga tercapai dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tipe atau sumber power and authority yang digunakan oleh kiai pondok pesantren Miftahul Ulum yakni, referent power, reward power, coercive power, legitimate power dan expert power. Ke lima tipe dan sumber kekuasaan dan otoritas tersebut menjadi penguat dalam peran manajerial seorang kiai dan bagi pengembangan pondok pesantren.

Abstract

This activity is an activity whose orientation is community service. This activity is carried out as an implementation and reflection of the material obtained during education. In the process, community involvement in the implementation of activities becomes a must as a form of optimization in providing assistance, empowerment and strengthening on aspects of the topics or themes of assistance provided. Formation of student values through the Community Service Program at the Nurul Haromain Islamic Boarding School with the aim that the proclaimed character education can be carried out in formal institutions that are integrated with pesantren education.

Abstract

Setrategis mosque youth as agents in the empowerment of the people need to be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed, for example, the mosque youth activists also need to pursue knowledge of journalism and kewirausahaan.Hal it was important to strengthen propaganda and empowerment umat.Dua that knowledge can be a means of propaganda, as well as increasing HR Teen mosque so that they can be independent. The mosque is an instrument of empowerment of people who have a very strategic role in improving the quality of society. However, it should be backed by good management of the mosque management and integrated. The mosque is used as a community center for the reason that since the time of the Prophet mosque became the center of people's empowerment are not limited only role is the implementation of compulsory worship such as prayer.

Abstract

the use of plastics can provide convenience and practicality, plastic also has a particularly bad impact on the environment. Plastics contain artificial inorganic materials which are composed of chemicals that are dangerous enough for the environment. This waste of plastic is very difficult to decompose naturally. To decompose plastic waste itself, it takes approximately 80 years to completely degrade. Currently the government is increasingly active in providing awareness to the public to reduce the use of plastics in life, then providing teaching on how to treat plastic waste into goods that are beneficial to life. Participatory action research has three word elements, all of which have a connection between Participation, Action and Research. In the process of carrying out social change for the better, it must involve all levels of society who are the object or target as well as the subject where the social change must be carried out. utilization of organic waste which can be used as various kinds of valuable creativity and has a selling price that can improve the community's economy, and also make the environment clean and healthy. Making society in a harmonious and peaceful environment. There won't be any problems. The village will be safe and secure.

Abstract

The results of observations at SMP Negeri 3 Situbondo showed that student learning outcomes in PAIBP material, especially the Thaharah subject, still reached the percentage of 50% or 16 students who completed out of 32 students. This is because students are still not able to master how to stay well. The reason is not only students but teachers who are less innovative in using learning strategies. Less varied learning models that have been applied by teachers in the field of study do not provide the widest opportunity for students to be active. Although the teacher has tried to make improvements, student learning outcomes are still relatively low. Therefore, efforts or methods can be made to improve student learning outcomes, one of which is by applying the each one teach one learning strategy. The each one teach one learning strategy, the reasons for using this strategy are 1) Support and improve the learning process. 2) Train students to be responsible. 3) This strategy can be used in all subjects: this research has two formulations (1) How is the implementation of the each one teach one learning strategy for the subject of PAIBP thaharah class VII material at SMP Negeri 3 Situbondo for the academic year 2021-2022?, (2) How is it improving student learning outcomes in PAIBP subjects through the implementation of the each one teach one learning strategy for class VII material at SMP Negeri 3 Situbondo for the academic year 2021-2022?. This study uses classroom action research with various kinds of data collection, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded as follows: (1) The application of the learning strategy of each one teach one subject of PAIBP thaharah class VII material at SMP Negeri 3 Situbondo in the 2021-2022 academic year is very effective, (2) There is an increase in student learning outcomes by 19% from 75% of the first cycle to 94% of the second cycle of PAIBP subjects through the application of the each one teach one learning strategy for class VII material at SMP Negeri 3 Situbondo in the 2021-2022 academic year.

Abstract

Notional noetic in this case, purpose of this study is to determine the practice or activity of buying and selling animal feed in Arjasa Situbondo Village, this study uses a qualitative descriiptive approach, combining primary file or interview resulta sharia economic review of the activity of buying and selling animal feed in accordance with the viesw of fiqh scholars, both in terms of buying and selling contracts and the prevalling pillars of buying and selling.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of local wisdom-based character education as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors at SDLB Negeri Kedungkandang Malang City. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive research type. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The process of data analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions. The results showed that the application of character education based on local wisdom for children with special needs was effective, explored the potential of students, instilled character values, and supported the process of growth and development of students both in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. The supporting factors are the school principal, student guardians who really support its implementation, and the facilities and infrastructure are very supportive. Inhibiting factors, there are no significant inhibiting factors because the facilities are adequate. It's just that the teacher who teaches art has one teacher.
