Abstract

Islamic education in the form of boarding school, in accordance with that nature will make efforts to improve and change the condition. As an oldest educational institution in Indonesia, boarding schools get serious attention from various circles, both public and private. Currently, Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia are not putting science knowledge separated into small part. However, the leaders and managers of boarding school have unified ' science knowledge ' as an integral part of the boarding school. East Java as the province with the second largest number of boarding schools after West Java has proved itself by producing educational policies that favor the development of boarding school. Local regulation Number 9, 2014 on the Implementation of Education became the legal basis for the implementation of Mini Vocational High School (SMK Mini) development program. That is the basic idea actually appeared from the East Java Governor to respond to global competition in the business world. Education policy as a public policy necessarily born out from the political process in East Java, which involve policy actors. In the implementation phase received tremendous attention. That's will be analyze by researcher with public policy approaches, systems theory, power, and Hegelian dialectics.

Abstract

Manusia secara kodrati telah mendapatkan legitimasi untuk menjalankan perannya sebagai pemimpin (khalifah) di muka bumi, tanpa mengabaikan tugas penghambaannya kepada Allah sebagai tujuan yang esensial. Esensi kepemimpinan telah dipraktikkan oleh para nabi terutama nabi Muhammad Saw yang dilandasi dengan sifat-sifat kenabiannya, yaitu; shiddiq, amanah, tablig, fathanah. Secara konseptual dikenal dengan kepemimpinan profetik. Nilai-nilai kepemimpinan profetik telah diterapkan secara paripurna oleh Rasulullah Saw sejak membangun peradaban penduduk Mekkah pada saat itu. Ada tiga hal pokok yang menjadi legacy kepemipinan profetik Rasulullah saat membangun kota Mekah yaitu : tauhidul illah, tauhidul ummah dan tauhidul hukumah. Oleh karena itu, sebagai institusi pendidikan yang mengemban misi profetik humanisasi, liberasi dan transendensi, lembaga Pendidikan Islam sepatutnya mampu mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan profetik dan menjadikannya sebagai prinsip utama dalam menjalankan proses pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract. The formation of the personality characteristics of a married couple is very important and decisive inthinking and acting in building a sakinah household. Sakinah will appear in the calmness of the heart and the clarity of their minds. The scholars, including women scholars from the pesantren have written about it. The purpose of this paper is to uncover and describe the ideal quality of the personality of a married couple in the eyes of women scholars from the pesantren. This article is interesting, because so far many books on household written by male scholars, not female scholars, so it tends to be paternalistic. This paper is useful for the development of Marriage Counseling science based on local pesantren wisdom. The focus of this paper is the portrait of the quality of the personality of a married couple in reaching a sakinah family in the book Zadu Az-Zaujayn (a reinterpretation of the book of Uqud al-Lujjayn ) by Ibu Nyai Zainiyah As'ad, Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Situbondo from the perspective of marriage counseling. This research method uses Gadamer's hermeneutic approach. The results showed, married couples should have the quality of personality that has knowledge (about some rights and obligations, fiqh of women, and the ability to educate children), gracefully when bitter experiences (sabar), affection, acceptance of life as is (ridha and ikhlas), and create a good impression of their partner (self presentation). The focus of marriage counseling adhered to by the pesantren is directed at the improvement and development of the quality of the personality of a married couple rather than the problems in the marriage itself. If a married couple has a good personality then problems in a marriage can be solved by themselves. That personality will radiate in thinking and acting in everyday life to create a sakinah family.Abstrak. Pembentukan karakteristik kepribadian pasangan menikah sangat penting dan menentukan dalam berpikir dan bertindak dalam membangun rumah tangga sakinah. Sakinah akan muncul dalam ketenangan hati dan kejernihan pikiran mereka. Para cendekiawan, termasuk cendekiawan perempuan dari pesantren telah menulis tentang itu. Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengungkap dan menggambarkan kualitas ideal kepribadian pasangan yang sudah menikah di mata ulama perempuan dari pesantren. Artikel ini menarik, karena selama ini banyak buku tentang rumah tangga yang ditulis oleh sarjana laki-laki, bukan sarjana perempuan, sehingga cenderung paternalistik. Makalah ini bermanfaat untuk pengembangan ilmu Konseling Perkawinan berdasarkan kearifan lokal pesantren. Fokus dari makalah ini adalah potret kualitas kepribadian pasangan yang sudah menikah dalam mencapai keluarga sakinah dalam buku Zadu Az-Zaujayn (reinterpretasi buku Uqud al-Lujjayn) oleh Ibu Nyai Zainiyah As'ad, Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Situbondo dari perspektif konseling perkawinan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutik Gadamer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pasangan suami istri harus memiliki kualitas kepribadian yang memiliki pengetahuan (tentang beberapa hak dan kewajiban, fiqh perempuan, dan kemampuan untuk mendidik anak), anggun ketika pengalaman pahit (sabar), kasih sayang, penerimaan hidup apa adanya ( ridha dan ikhlas), dan menciptakan kesan yang baik tentang pasangan mereka (presentasi diri). Fokus konseling perkawinan yang dianut oleh pesantren diarahkan pada peningkatan dan pengembangan kualitas kepribadian pasangan menikah daripada masalah dalam pernikahan itu sendiri. Jika pasangan menikah memiliki kepribadian yang baik maka masalah dalam perkawinan dapat diselesaikan sendiri. Kepribadian itu akan terpancar dalam pemikiran dan tindakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk menciptakan keluarga sakinah.

Abstract

Education quality studiesare always dynamic, because the quality character always keeps up the times. Society demands for the implementation of Islamic education quality should be responded to well. Preparing and creating an atmosphere of quality culture in educational environment by mental change is the necessity. Efforts to forming the quality of education must begin by education providers. Islamic boarding schools as the one form of Islamic educational institutions, with Kyai as central figures are very important in responding any changes towards quality in education. Mental and quality culture also accompany management in Islamic education. Adequate professionalism and skillsarethe investment of resources which also determines quality of Islamic education. For this reason, the values of Islamic teachings contained in Alqur’an concerning quality, management, and change should be contextual.

Abstract

Autonomy and reformation in education is an improvement effort in the field of education. Educational reform has two basic characteristics: programmed and systemic. Programmed educational reform refers to the curriculum or program of an educational institution. Included in this programmed educational reform is innovation. Innovation is the introduction of new ideas, new methods or new tools to improve some aspects in the educational process. There are three education centers that are responsible for the implementation of education. They are family, school, and society. In the educational process, before getting to know the wider society environment and before getting guidance from the school environment, the student first gets guidance from the family environment.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Android-based interactive learning media in al-Quran-Hadith subjects’ on the lesson of infaq and alms, class VIII MTS. This research use ADDIE (Analyse, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of this study 1) the majority of students already have an Android smartphone but it is still not optimal in its use in learning activities. In addition, educators are still less capable in developing interactive learning media, especially on android-based media. In this android-based interactive learning media, it contains video material for students, reviewing the material and making their own learning videos to be discussed later with the Kinemaster application tools, 2) the results of the assessment from media experts have an average score of 4,1 with category "Good," while the results of the assessment from material experts have an average score of 4,0 with category "Good." This means that the product of developing android-based interactive learning media on al-Quran-Hadith learning for class VIII on infaq and alms material is suitable to use in learning activities.

Abstract

View of the west against the Islamic world to be changed. Islamic doctrine justified as violence, intolerance, terrorism, and the threat to Western society and the world global terms. It happened after the WTC bombing March 11, 2001. The meaning of Islam shifted from teaching about the principles of peace become violent theology, Islam is seen as monolithic, partial, incomplete. It was also made clear by "Islamophobia" as a sign of change in the West's image on Islam. those disturb the Muslim life. The Western assessment is actually very easy to argue for two reasons; Islam never teaches violence, and Islam as a universal religion, but it is, then, impressed very apologists and it's not an option to get out of the unfavorable conditions. The problem had been studied by Ibrahim M Abud Rabi ' through "historical-empirical". His studies focus was not on theology of violence, but he had just a frame of mind to criticize premises starting from the history of modern development, Islamic educational system, the development of Islamic studies, related with the socio-religious life in Arab-Islamic countries. Islamic responses to Western progress, and followed with the responses of the elite to all.

Abstract

The innovation education in boarding schools, is a part of the efforts to solve the problem when the conventional and traditional way is deemed no longer relevant today. Innovation, substantively, has three characters: concept /theory, technology, new functions and structure. There are three patterns of innovation in boarding school: 1). Innovation initiated by the Government, 2). LP3ES P3M, and 3). The autonomy of boarding school, thus leading to the realization of the ideal boarding school (Pondok Pesantren).

Abstract

Ten destructions of a nation currently prevalent in Indonesia. Many bad examples has been shown by the elite leaders, student or always involved in negative habit like drugs, free sex, fights and other. If education is not able to answer their needs, surely Indonesian will get lose one generation. Character education in this study more emphasis on character education in perspective of Pesantren, where the uniqueness perceived from the outset has implemented character education. There are three issues related to character education in formal education, intellectual, prophetic character and internalization ESQ as habit.

Religious Education is a field of study that must be given to students at each level of education, where implementation has become a national commitment, so its presence becomes an absolute element in the moral formation of the Indonesian nation. There have been many deviation and moral degradation, as a result of the development of science and technology education.Thereforeneed to be applied in view of Islamic education to the creation of a religious atmosphere in the school environment that is not enough to do in the classroom.The creation of a religious atmosphere in the school is very urgent to implemented. Because that processisthe process of spiritual upliftment and creation of learner’s faith tosubmit to God Almighty andalso noble characters.Noble characters include moral cultivation as the realization of the purpose of Islamic education
