Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Kompetensi, Kepribadian, dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Universitas “MJ”. Berdasarkan model teoritis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif, yaitu proses analisis data yang dilakukan dengan cara menelaah keseluruhan data dari berbagai sumber yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk angka-angka. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis melakukan pengujian yang akan berhubungan dengan apakah ada hubungan positif antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Untuk menguji hipotesis ini, metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. variabel-variabel ini berhubungan positif/negatif. Data yang disebarkan sebanyak 655 kuisioner kepada pegawai Universitas “MJ” dan ada 248 kuisioner yang akan diolah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi, Kompetensi, Kepribadian, dan Disiplin secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Universitas “MJ”, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel yaitu 8,247 > 2,41. Abstract This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Motivation, Competence, Personality, and Discipline on Employee Performance at the University of “MJ”. Based on the theoretical model proposed in this study using quantitative data analysis techniques, namely the data analysis process carried out by examining the overall data from various sources expressed in the form of numbers. In this study, the author conducted a test that will relate to whether there is a positive relationship between the X variable and the Y variable. For testing this hypothesis, the statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis which can be used to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. these variables are positively/negatively related. Data distributed as many as 655 questionnaires to employees of the University of “MJ” and there are 248 questionnaires to be processed. The results of this study indicate that Motivation, Competence, Personality, and Discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on Employee Performance at the University of “MJ”, this is evidenced by the value of F arithmetic > F table which is 8.247 > 2.41.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Leadership and Competency on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Mediating Variable at PT. Pratama Abadi Industri. The independent variables used are Leadership and Competence, while the dependent variables are Employee Performance and the mediating variable is Job Satisfaction. The data collection method in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents from employees at PT. Pratama Abadi Industri. The research method used is an associative quantitative method using primary data and the data analysis model used is Structural Equitional Modeling (SEM) using PLS.4. The results of this research show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.411. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.182. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.597. Competency has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.279. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.460. Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.253. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a coefficient value of 0.389.

Abstract

Perusahaan ataupun organisasi harus didukung karyawan yang kompeten dan handal, dikarenakan sumber daya manusia (SDM) memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mendukung pencapaian keunggulan dan keberhasilan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Carsurin Tbk. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 165 responden dari Karyawan pada PT. Carsurin Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan model Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equitional Modeling (SEM) menggunakan PLS.4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memotivasi karyawan untuk bertanggung jawab atas pekerjaan mereka, PT Carsurin Tbk dapat membangun tim yang dapat diandalkan, mencapai tingkat kinerja optimal, dan bersaing efektif di pasar. Abstract

The impact of organizational culture and discipline on employee performance at PT. Banyu Tata Udara is investigated in this study using motivation as a mediating variable. Data was collected through questionnaires completed by 160 employees, and Smart PLS's Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) tool was used to quantitatively assess the results. The results of the study show that corporate culture and discipline have a positive and significant impact on motivation, with values of 0.370 and 0.523, respectively. Employee performance is positively impacted by organizational culture and discipline as well, with correlations of 0.228 and 0.269, respectively. With a value of 0.471, employee performance is positively impacted by motivation. Additionally, with values of 0.428 and 0.472, respectively, discipline and organizational culture have an impact on employee performance through motivation.

Abstract

This study uses job satisfaction as a mediating variable to evaluate how work competence and discipline affect employee performance at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance, Duren Tiga Branch. 150 workers completed a survey utilizing questionnaires, and the results were examined using Smart PLS's Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) tool. The findings demonstrate that competence and discipline have a considerable influence on employee performance (coefficients of 0.146 and 0.192, respectively) and work satisfaction (coefficients of 0.412 and 0.356, respectively). Performance is significantly impacted by job satisfaction as well (coefficient of 0.503). Additionally, via job satisfaction, competence and discipline have a considerable influence on employee performance (coefficients of 0.490 and 0.479, respectively).

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership style, compensation and motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Kerry Nex Express. The independent variables used are leadership style, compensation and motivation, while the dependent variable is job satisfaction. The method of collecting data is carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees of PT. Kerry Nex Express. The use of quantitative methods which are associations as research methods that use primary data. The results showed that the t-count value was -1.431 <2.00 and the significance was 0.158> 0.05 so the leadership style did not affect employee job satisfaction, the t-count value was 1.768> 2.00 and the significance was 0.000 <0.05 so compensation affect employee job satisfaction, from the calculated t value of 5.329 > 2.00 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05 so motivation affects employee job satisfaction. While simultaneously leadership style, compensation and motivation affect employee job satisfaction as seen from the calculated F value of 44.218 > 2.76 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.
