Abstract

This study discusses the leadership type, style and model of the school principal of an elementary Islamic education institution, Nurul Ummah, Kotagede, Yogyakarta.  This research is qualitative in nature, with three data collection techniques: (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) documentation. The results of this study indicate that the school principal is discipline, assertive and at the same time democratic. In carrying out his duties and responsibilities, the principal does his best so that the management of the education program in the madrasah goes smoothly as the purpose. The school principal built the basis of the school by setting rules to regulate his subordinate personnel (teachers and staff) to develop and improve the educational aspects, one of which is the preparation of activities in madrasah that have a positive impact on students. The activities that are initiated by the school are: (1) prepare and manage of Madrasah activities programs; (2) improve the quality of education; (3) apply various (new) ideas to develop Madrasah programs; (4) improve the quality of human resources (human resources); (5) behave in discipline and give responsibility in carrying out duties; and (6) active in improving quality and role as a principal. Thus, the principal's leadership becomes a basic value for good change so that madrasas are ready to face all challenges and are able to compete in Islamic education. Abstract

Bonus Demografi merupakan fenomena kependudukan yang menarik untuk dikaji. Bonus demografi dapat memberikan berkah bagi bangsa Indonesia dan kesempatan besar untuk mengubah masa depan bangsa Indonesia. Bonus demografi merupakan periode emas atau generasi emas untuk mempersiapakan generasi baru dalam memasuki tahun 2045, ketika Indonesia memasuki satu abad kemerdekaannya. Bonus demografi ditandai dengan banyaknya usia produktif dari pada usia non produktif, dengan banyaknya usia produktif ini diharapkan dapat memajukan Indonesia  dengan cara mempersiapakan secara matang peluang yang akan muncul ketika fenomena bonus demografi salah satunya melalui sektor pendidikan. Pendidikan pada umumnya dan pendidikan islam pada khususnya mempunyai peranan sangat penting bagi kehidupan umat manusia agar manusia dapat mengarungi kehidupan di dunia dan memperoleh kemenangan yang hakiki. Era bonus demografi diharapkan para generasi muda tidak hanya memiliki kecerdasan dan produktifitas, akan tetapi juga harus memiliki karakter yang kuat. Melalui pendidikan islam diharapkan dapat membangu karater ( Caracter Building) yang membentuk generasi emas menjadi insan beriman, berpengetahuan tinggi, berakhlak mulia, tekun beribadah, berjiwa sosial, dan bertaqwa.

Abstract

The demographic bonus can give a blessing to the people of Indonesia and a great chance to change the future of the nation of Indonesia. Bonus demographics is golden or golden generation period for preparing the new generation in the year 2045. The year when Indonesia enters a century of independence. Demographic bonus is marked with the number of productive age in the age of non productive, with the number of productive age is expected to advance by way of Indonesia set up in ripe opportunities which will arise when the phenomenon through one demographic bonus education sector. Education education in General and Islamic education in particular have a very important role for the life of humanity so that humans can navigate through life in the world and gained a substantial victory. In an era of demographic bonus expected the younger generation not only have the intelligence and productivity, but must also have a strong character. Through Islamic education is expected to be constructed karater (Caracter Building) that make up the golden generation of the faithful, knowledgeable employees become a high, noble character, diligent worship, social status, and soulless. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: 1) Analyze know their roles and responsibilities in the establishment of the Guild Commanditaire Notary. 2) Obstacles encountered in implementing the Notary's role and responsibility in the establishment of the Guild Commanditaire. 3) The solution or an attempt to overcome the obstacles encountered in implementing the notary's role and responsibility in the establishment of the Guild Commanditaire.This study using sociological juridical approach or empirical legal research involves studying law from an external perspective to the object of the study of social attitudes and behavior against the law. Sources of primary data from interviews, while secondary data from literature. The study was analyzed by using a descriptive analysis.The research results are: 1). Roles and responsibilities in the establishment of the Guild Commanditaire Notary is to create legal certainty for the deed he made are authentic and can be used as a means of proving strong and when there are problems associated with the establishment of a limited partnership. Notary also instrumental in the establishment registration Kommanditgesellschaft the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through an online system that is SABU. Notary responsible for storing all documents in the manufacture of the deed of establishment. 2). The obstacles faced by the Notary is the rule about registering through SABU is still relatively new so in the field occurred constraints for example, many notaries are not yet aware of any changes to the rules and the registration mechanism.Keywords: Guild Commanditaire; Deed; SABU.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tanah yang baik merupakan tanah yang subur, yang dapat ditanami berbagai macam tumbuhan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia. Tanah yang subur kaya akan unsur hara di dalamnya, salah satunya yaitu bahan organik. Bahan organik merupakan unsur yang dapat mengindikasikan kesuburan tanah. Oleh karena itu informasi tentang kandungan bahan organik suatu tanah sangat penting untuk diketahui terutama oleh masyarakat yang berada di sektor pertanian agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pertanianya.Dengan menggunakan sistem pengindraan jauh dapat diperoleh hasil dengan cakupan area yang luas dengan tidak membutuhkan waktu, tenaga dan biaya cukup banyak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear antara transformasi PCA, indeks mineral lempung dan kelerengan dengan data analisis kandungan bahan organik di lapangan, sebagai faktor indikasi adanya kandungan bahan organik dalam tanah untuk mendapatkan model terbaik antara metode PCA dan indeks mineral lempung dengan nilai Standard error Estimate  (SEE) yang kecil, serta ketelitian model jika dibandingkan dengan hasil laboratorium.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah suatu bentuk pemodelan statistik yaitu – 29,099 + 22,969 X1 + 0,937 X2, dimana X1 merupakan indeks mineral lempung dan X2 merupakan kelerengan, dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 72,2% berdasarkan matriks konfusi antara hasil laboratorium dan hasil pengolahan. Persebaran kandungan bahan organik didominasi oleh kelas sangat tinggi yaitu sebesar 74,5 % seluas 75642,429 Ha yang berada di Kecamatan Weleri, Ringinarum, Pegandon, Kaliwungu Selatan, Boja, Limbangan, Singorojo, Patean, Sukorejo, Plantungan dan Pagerruyung. Kata Kunci : Bahan organik, Indeks mineral lempung, PCA, Penginderaan jauh, Regresi  ABSTRACT Good soil is fertile soil, which can be planted with a variety of plants to meet human needs. Fertile soil is rich in nutrients, one of which is organic material. Organic matter is an element that can indicate soil fertility. Therefore information about the organic matter content of a soil is very important to be known especially by people who are in the agricultural sector in order to increase agricultural productivity.By using a remote sensing system results can be obtained with a wide area coverage without requiring considerable time, effort and cost. The method used in this study is a linear regression between PCA transformation, clay mineral index and slope with data analysis of organic matter content in the field, as an indication factor for the presence of organic matter content in the soil to get the best model between PCA method and clay mineral index with Standard values small Estimate error (SEE), and model accuracy when compared with laboratory results.The results of this study are a form of statistical modeling namely – 29,099 + 22,969 X1 + 0,937 X2, where X1 is the clay mineral index and X2 is slope, with an accuracy rate of 72.2% based on a confusion matrix between laboratory results and processing results. The distribution of organic matter content is dominated by a very high class of 74.5% covering an area of 75642,429 hectares in Weleri, Ringinarum, Pegandon, South Kaliwungu, Boja, Limbangan, Singorojo, Patean, Sukorejo, Plantungan and Pagerruyung Districts.Keywords: clay mineral index, organic matter, PCA, regression, remote sensing

Abstract

This community service program aims to implement the tri dharma of higher education and as a form of student learning about society. The service program carried out in Derepan Hamlet, Menoreh Village, Salaman District, focused on Islamic education management by structuring the administrative control of the Madrasah Diniyyah Tarbiyatul Ulaa institution as one of the educational institutions in Derepan Hamlet. This organizational management arrangement is expected to help Islamic educational institutions Madrasah diniyyah Tarbiyatul Ulaa be orderly and well-organized so that the teaching and learning process in Madrasah diniyyah can run well produce graduates who are competent in religious knowledge.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is a way of life for every Muslim and, hereafter, obligatory for every Muslim. Recognition and understanding of tajwid are essential to read properly and correctly, especially reading iqra. However, in Jombong Hamlet, there are still limited assistance and a need for more knowledge about reading law. Therefore, tajwid learning training activities are needed, especially for TPQ children. The mentoring method used is the PAR (Participatory action research) method. Thus, in the process of community service, the team is involved in a participatory manner among parents. After the service, the community became enthusiastic because it added knowledge about reading tajwid properly and correctly with the qiraati method

Abstract

Syubbanul Wathon Vocational School is a school under the auspices of the Syubbanul Wathon Foundation; one of the owners is K.H Yusuf Chudlori, a young millennial cleric who actively spreads symbols through social media with 103 thousand followers. This study aims to determine the influence of K.H Yusuf Chudlori personal branding on student interest in school at Syubbanul Wathon Vocational School. The research method used is quantitative; the sample used is 280, which are taken randomly. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that the t-count was 6.445 with a sig of 0.000 (p <0.05), so the decision was to reject Ho and accept Ha. It can be concluded that the personal branding variable is proven to have a significant effect of 13% on student interest in school at Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Vocational School, Magelang.
