Syubbanul Wathon Vocational School is a school under the auspices of the Syubbanul Wathon Foundation, one of the owners is K.H Yusuf Chudlori, a young millennial cleric who actively spreads symbols through social media with 103 thousand followers. This study aims to determine the influence of K.H. Yusuf Chudlori personal branding on student interest in school at Syubbanul Wathon Vocational School. The research method used is quantitative research method, the sample used is 280 which are taken randomly. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the tcount was 6.445 with a sig of 0.000 (p <0.05), so the decision was to reject Ho and accept Ha. It can be concluded that the personal branding variable is proven to have a significant effect of 13% on student interest in school at Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Vocational School, Magelang

Persaingan di dunia pendidikan semakin ketat seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya kualitas pendidikan. Setiap lembaga pendidikan berlomba menawarkan program unggulan, fasilitas modern, dan metode pembelajaran inovatif untuk menarik minat calon siswa dan memenuhi harapan orang tua. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya penurunan jumlah pendaftar baru di MTs Al-Iman Magelang menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan strategi pemasaran sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan di MTs Al-Iman Magelang dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data yang diperoleh observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, serta staf administrasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap konteks, terdapat perubahan dalam dinamika sosial dan ekonomi yang mempengaruhi preferensi masyarakat terhadap lembaga pendidikan. Evaluasi input mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun tenaga pengajar berkualifikasi baik, fasilitas pendukung seperti laboratorium dan perpustakaan masih perlu ditingkatkan. Pada tahap proses, kegiatan promosi dan sosialisasi yang dilakukan belum mencapai efektivitas maksimal, dengan frekuensi dan jangkauan yang terbatas. Evaluasi produk menunjukkan bahwa program unggulan seperti asrama pondok pesantren dan kelas tahfidz Qur'an memberikan kontribusi positif, namun masih perlu peningkatan dalam pelaksanaan dan strategi pemasaran. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini mencakup peningkatan fasilitas, pengembangan program pendidikan yang lebih terintegrasi, dan evaluasi strategi pemasaran secara berkala untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih efektif. Implementasi rekomendasi tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya tarik dan kualitas pendidikan di MTs Al-Iman Magelang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kasus pinjaman online dari portal berita CNN Indonesia. Dengan membahas mengenai jenis kelamin yang mendominasi kasus pinjaman online, rentang usia korban pinjaman online, jumlah kasus pinjaman online, permasalahan yang muncul dalam kasus pinjaman online, penyebab masyarakat melakukan pinjaman online, dan penyelesaian dari masalah pinjaman online. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode analisis isi dan memperoleh bahan informasi melalui berita dari laman CNN Indonesia. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling kuota. Total populasi mengenai kasus pinjaman online pada tahun 2018-Agustus 2023 di Indonesia sebanyak 38 berita. Sumber data berasal dari berita Pinjaman Online pada laman CNN Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai kasus pinjaman online dalam portal berita CNN Indonesia, kasus pinjaman online yang paling sering terjadi yaitu pada tahun 2021. Permasalahan yang paling sering muncul karena kasus pinjaman online adalah adanya ancaman.Kata kunci: Pinjaman online, Ancaman, Korban. This research aims to analyze online loan cases from the CNN Indonesia news portal. By discussing the gender that dominates online loan cases, the age range of online loan victims, the number of online loan cases, the problems that arise in online loan cases, the reasons why people make online loans, and the resolution of online loan problems. The research method uses content analysis methods and obtains information material through news from the CNN Indonesia page. The sampling technique used is quota sampling. The total population regarding online loan cases in 2018-August 2023 in Indonesia was 38 news. The data source comes from Online Loans news on the CNN Indonesia page. Based on the results of research regarding online loan cases on the CNN Indonesia news portal, the most frequent online loan cases will occur in 2021. The problem that most often arises due to online loan cases is threats.Keywords: Online loans, Threat, Victim

This research aims to analyze the archiving and document management process at the Kaliangkrik Religious Affairs Office (KUA) and identify the challenges in archiving practices. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews with the head of the KUA and staff who handle archives. Research data was also collected by directly observing the archiving process at KUA Kaliangkrik. Apart from that, research data was also collected through documentation studies. The research results show that the KUA Kaliangkrik archiving process is carried out carefully, ensuring conformity between data and recording. However, the main challenges faced are limited human resources, inconsistent external data updates, changes in filing systems, and technological infrastructure constraints. Although information technology and electronic systems benefit document access, saving physical space, and document protection, technological infrastructure that has yet to be optimized is an obstacle. In maintaining the security and confidentiality of documents, KUA Kaliangkrik has implemented measures such as using passwords to access electronic documents and storing physical documents in safe cabinets or safes. However, collaboration between archive officers, IT, and KUA management needs to be improved to maintain the security of stored documents. Training archivists, coordinating with external parties, updating electronic filing systems, and increasing document security are steps that can be taken to improve the effectiveness of archiving. By overcoming these challenges, archiving and document management at KUA Kaliangkrik can be more efficient, provide good service, and maintain the security of stored documents.

This research will conduct a qualitative descriptive analysis based on the SERVQUAL framework at the Pilot Religious Affairs Office in Kaliangkrik District. Kaliangkrik District was chosen as the research location because it reflects the dynamics of urban development, which represents challenges in providing optimal services. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data was collected using observation and interviews. The research sources were the head of the KUA, employees, and the community. The results of this research show positive aspects of KUA services, such as the responsiveness of officers to community needs, clarity of service procedures, and efforts to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office. However, several areas were also identified that required further attention, such as improvements in the provision of information and maintenance of the physical condition of facilities.

The advent of modernization has led to the gradual neglect of local traditions, as people today are more focused on technological advancements and modern lifestyles, which are considered more practical and efficient. The Jamasan tradition in Dawuhan Village, Banyumas Regency, is a significant part of the local community's life, where villagers gather to clean sacred heirlooms and preserve ancestral values. However, with the passage of time, villagers spend more time with technology and other modern activities, causing cultural heritage like Jamasan to be sidelined. This research aims to identify how revitalization and strategies are applied to ensure the sustainability of the Jamasan tradition so that it remains relevant in the modern era. The researcher applied purposive sampling techniques to select informants who met the research criteria. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and literature studies to gain a comprehensive understanding. The research findings reveal efforts to increase community participation in the Jamasan tradition through a series of events called Kalibening Culture Heritage. These activities include various traditional art performances, such as stage performances and religious events, which encourage active community participation. The strategy to enliven this event includes promotion on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. As we know, people are inseparable from their gadgets, making social media dissemination an appropriate strategy. These activities have increased the interest of the younger generation and village residents in appreciating and preserving their cultural heritage

Latar belakang penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pengelolaan peserta didik yang efektif untuk menciptakan kondisi yang mendukung perkembangan minat belajar siswa di sekolah berbasis agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan minat belajar pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Ma’arif Ma’ahidul 'Irfan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang manajemen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh pendekatan guru yang belum sepenuhnya menyentuh kebutuhan siswa, pengaruh sosial dari lingkungan, serta keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran. Inovasi dalam metode pembelajaran, integrasi teknologi, serta penguatan nilai-nilai agama dan karakter melalui pembiasaan ibadah menjadi faktor penting yang dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Pembiasaan ibadah, seperti sholat berjamaah dan hafalan Juz Amma, memberikan dampak positif pada motivasi belajar siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya evaluasi dan inovasi dalam metode pembelajaran serta pengelolaan kurikulum yang lebih relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar sekolah mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran dan mengembangkan pendekatan yang lebih personal untuk mendukung minat belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan manajemen pendidikan yang lebih efektif di lembaga pendidikan Islam.

Organizational culture plays a crucial role in determining the sustainability and innovation of educational institutions, particularly in the face of increasingly dynamic challenges. This study aims to analyze the influence of visionary leadership and the quality of education on organizational culture. A quantitative approach with an explanatory design was employed in this study, and hypothesis testing was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. Data was collected from 100 respondents using purposive sampling techniques and analyzed using SmartPLS software. The study's results show that both visionary leadership and the quality of education have a significant impact on organizational culture, with visionary leadership having a more pronounced influence. These findings confirm that leaders who possess a clear vision and can inspire organizational members can shape values, norms, and behaviors that foster a strong and adaptive organizational environment. Quality education fosters a strong culture by instilling shared values and enhancing organizational cohesion. This research contributes to the development of a theoretical framework by integrating leadership perspectives and educational quality in the study of organizational culture. Practically, the research results provide insights for educational institutions to enhance organizational performance through leadership development strategies and improve the quality of education.

Kegiatan pengadaan bahan pustaka merupakan salah satu strategi penting untuk meningkatkan relevansi koleksi dan mendukung kebutuhan literasi masyarakat di Perpustakaan Kota Magelang. Di Perpustakaan Kota Magelang program ini tidak hanya berfokus pada penambahan jumlah koleksi, tetapi lebih pada penyesuaian substansi koleksi terhadap kebutuhan riil pengguna yang terus berkembang. Melalui pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tahapan sistematis seperti: pemetaan data koleksi, analisis tren peminjaman, penyusunan daftar koleksi prioritas, dan evaluasi respon pemusta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kesesuaian koleksi dengan minat baca pengguna yang ditunjukkan melalui lonjakan peminjaman tematik hingga 32% dan peningkatan kunjungan perpustakaan sebesar 18,6% dalam dua bulan awal implementasi. Keterlibatan komunitas mendorong penguatan rasa memiliki terhadap koleksi perpustakaan. Strategi pengadaan berbasis aset terbukti tidak hanya memperkaya koleksi, tetapi juga memperkuat peran perpustakaan sebagai pusat literasi di tengah komunitas, sehingga pendekatan ABCD mampu membangun sinergi antara potensi lokal dan kebutuhan literasi masyarakat serta pengadaan bahan pustaka menjadi lebih berkelanjutan dan responsif terhadap dinamika sosial budaya setempat
