Abstract

An indicator of a good village is having a clean environment and local residents free from all diseases. In addition, local residents have commodities to be more independent in terms of economic development. This is of course not only the responsibility of village officials, but requires the support and cooperation of local residents as well. Therefore it is necessary to make use of the village environment which can realize the indicators previously mentioned. The first step that can be taken is to start with your own yard. Because based on observations, the service team found that in the partner village, namely Balombong village, it had not been used properly and there were empty lands in the residents' yards. So that the purpose of implementing this service is to provide education for residents to be able to take advantage of the yard by planting fruit in pots. This can make the environment more beautiful, healthy and the results can help the local economy

Abstract

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Pagar Kaya Village, which is one of the corn producing centers in the Pagar Alam area and Lahat Regency, South Sumatra. The abundance of unutilized corn cob waste causes environmental and economic problems. The purpose of this activity is to empower farmer groups to have the skills to process corn waste into products with sales value, increase entrepreneurial insight, and strengthen digital marketing through training and mentoring. The activity methods include socialization and training in briquette making, mentoring in the packaging and marketing process, and the application of simple technology to increase production efficiency. The output targets of this PKM activity are 1) increasing the knowledge of farmer groups about making briquettes, 2) Improving the skills of farmer groups, 3) Scientific publications in Sinta-accredited national journals with published status, 4) Publications in print/electronic media with published status, 5) Videos of activities shared on social media. The results showed that the partners were able to independently produce briquettes, package the products under the "JABRIK" brand, and begin marketing them online. This activity successfully increased the skills, independence, and income of the community in Pagar Kaya Village. Furthermore, the community received assistance in packaging design and social media promotion, resulting in increased recognition and marketability of "JABRIK" products. This activity successfully increased community skills, income, and awareness in managing agricultural waste productively.

Abstract

The quality and equitable distribution of healthcare facilities are vital indicators of regional public service development. Although modern Machine Learning models such as Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) achieve exceptionally high predictive performance in classifying medical facility quality levels, their black-box nature often limits decision-making transparency for policymakers. This study aims to integrate an Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) approach using SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) into an XGBoost model developed in Google Colab and deployed as an interactive web dashboard via Streamlit. The dataset comprises aggregated BPJS Healthcare Facility data across Indonesian regencies/cities supplemented with operational indicators. The experimental results demonstrate superior modeling performance, achieving an accuracy of 95.15% and an F1-Score of 97.30%. Through SHAP Summary Plot analysis, Skor_Fasilitas_UGD and Total_Faskes were identified as the primary dominant factors driving high-quality facility classifications. The Streamlit web application successfully visualizes individual feature contributions (SHAP Waterfall Plot) in real-time, providing intuitive clinical and managerial transparency for public health planning
