Abstract

Virus Covid-19 telah menyebar diberbagi wilayah di Indonesia. Beberapa wilayah melakukan PSBB hinga PPKM dalam mencegah penyebaran virus covid-19. Hal ini tidak dapat dilakukan secara maksimal jika masyarakat sendiri tidak mengetahui hal apa saja yang dapat dilakukan dalam pencegahan virus covid-19. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman secara jelas kepada masyarakat terutama anak-anak panti Fao Kasih terkait aturan protokol kesehatan 5M sebagai upaya pencegahan Covid-19 serta menyerahkan bantuan touchless hand sanitizer kepada masyarakat agar dapat memudahkan masyrakat dalam pencegahan virus covid-19. Pada kegiatan ini akan dilakukannya metode pelatihan untuk anak-anak di panti Fao Kasih. Pada luaran kegiatan sosialisasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kesadaran kepada masyarakat terutama anak-anak yang berada dipanti asuhan Fao Kasih untuk dapat mengikuti protokol kesehatan yang dianjurkan oleh pemerintah dalam setiap aktivitasnya. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini mendapatkan antusias dari ank-anak panti dan masyarakat sekitar. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan antusias masyarakat dalam mengikuti kegiatan dan umpan balik yang diterima anggota

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of the variables Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Behavioral Control on the actualization of use in Batam city students. In this case, this study will investigate how the variables Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Behavioral Control can make users feel comfortable using an application, website or technology. The technique used by the author is a purposive sampling method, which is a sample used and selected through the knowledge of the researcher or according to the appropriate researcher to participate in this research. After the results of the respondents have been collected, the next author will test the data using PLS software. The results of the study explain that the variables Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Behavioral Control can create Intention to Use which affects users in using an application, website, or technology, so that an Actual to Use will be formed for users.

Abstract

Tulisan ini akan mengulas tentang implementasi pencegahan Bullying dan Hate Speech kepada siswa/i SMA Harapan Utama Batam terkhususnya yang berada di kelas 10. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk pembelajaran kepada peserta dapat juga menumbuhkan kesadaran sejak dini tentang perlunya menghindari Bullying dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan pada tanggal 23 Mei berupa pengadaan webinar online dengan judul “Sosialisasi Dampak Bullying dan Hate Speech terhadap Peserta Didik SMA Harapan Utama”. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi mitra mengenai bahaya dan dampak dari bullying itu sendiri. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon positif dari mitra dimana peserta kegiatan dari mitra merasa puas atas informasi dan edukasi yang disampaikan. Selanjutnya, sebagai penguatan sosialisasi dan edukasi yang dilaksanakan, kegiatan implementasi kedua yaitu berupa pengadaan games dan quizz singkat seputar pencegahan Bullying dan Hate speech. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan secara offline pada tanggal 28 Juli di sekolah SMA Harapan Utama Batam. Pengadaan games dan quizz ini sendiri bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara langsung pemahaman tiap-tiap mitra peserta mengenai bahaya dari bullying dan hate speech. Dari pengadaan games ini dilihat bahwa peserta sudah sangat memahami bahaya dari bullying dan hate speech dan peserta merasa fun dan memberikan feedback yang menyenangkan dari pengadaan sosialisasi ini.

Abstract

Mobile payment has become the trend in the e-banking and e-commerce industry in Indonesia in consort with the development of Information technology, which allows financial services to create faster, more efficient, and more convenient services for customers in the payment system. Despite the surge of mobile payment used in Indonesia following the impact of the pandemic of Covid-19, there are still many challenges and inconclusiveness regarding the research on the adoption of mobile payment services. This study’s purpose is to examine the Intention to use Mobile payment in Indonesia. A total of 402 Indonesian respondents are collected using online questionnaires. The proposed model was empirically examined using a quantitative method with PLS-SEM. The empirical results of this study shows that Social Influence, Perceived Trust, and Facilitating Condition were found to be significantly influencing the Attitude towards Intention of using mobile payment. Meanwhile Perceived Ease of use and Perceived Risk are found to be insignificantly influenced by the intention to use mobile payment.

Abstract

Indonesia is the second largest plastic contributor country.This study aims to analyze the effect of attitudes, environmental impact knowledge, brand familiarity, environmental awareness, brand involvement in social media and quality of information on purchase intention with green buying behavior as a moderating variable. The number of observations was 406. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25 software and for the moderating test used the moderated regression analysis. The results showed that environmental awareness, brand involvement and quality of information had a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Brand familiarity and environmental impact knowledge had positive no significant effect and attitude had negative no significant. Green buying behavior is able to strengthen all variables other than brand familiarity which weakens the relationship to purchase intention.

English VersionThe development of technology and information moves very fast and dynamically. These developments cause all aspects of life to adapt to the progress and impact of technology and information. The impact of technological progress has also affected world banking, namely the existence of a payment system with e-money or electronic money. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of usability, convenience, social environment, and risk among students in the desire to use e-money. The research was conducted on 247 respondents from university students in Batam City. The results of this study indicate that the factors of usability, convenience, and social influence have a significant positive effect on the intention to use e-money, while risk factors do not have a significant effect on the desire to use e-money. The results of the study provide recommendations for e-money provider companies to continue to improve their facilities. Versi Indonesia Dunia digital berkembang begitu pesat, sehingga memaksa seluruh stakeholder beradaptasi dengan kemajuan yang dihasilkan. Hal ini juga dialami oleh sektor perbankan yakni dengan lahirnya sistem pembayaran menggunakan e-money atau uang elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi pola penerimaan teknologi tersebut pada mahasiswa, secara spesifik dalam menggunakan e-money. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode sampling yang digunakan adapah purposive random sampling. Penelitian ini melibatkan 247 mahasiswa di Kota Batam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kegunaan, kemudahan, dan pengaruh lingkungan sosial memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap niat untuk menggunakan e-money. Sementara itu, faktor risiko tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keinginan untuk menggunakan e-money.

Abstract

Mobile shopping applications have become popular in the Indonesian e-commerce industry, as mobile shopping provides a distinct shopping experience compared to browser-based shopping. This study seeks to investigate the attitudes of mobile shopping application users as they relate to purchase intention, with satisfaction acting as a moderating variable. Investigating these factors, it gives insights into the aspects that influence user satisfaction and purchase intention which can help business design sales and marketing strategies. This study also aims to fill gaps in the existing literature by categorizing perceived benefits into social value and hedonic value in order to determine their impact on satisfaction when users are using the mobile shopping application. Using online surveys, 307 Indonesian respondents are collected in total. This study's empirical findings indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, perceived risk, social value, and hedonic value are significant predictors of customer satisfaction (STT). Surprisingly, Satisfaction (STT) is found to be insignificantly influenced by Perceived of Use (PEU). Satisfaction (STT) was then found to have a significant effect on users’ purchase intention.
