Abstract

Theory of planned behavior (TPB) consisting of personal attitude, subjective norms and perceived behaviour control are the model study about the relation of intention and behaviour. In order to expand TPB, entrepreneurial passion variabel is inserted, which is emotion effected to entrepreneur behaviour. In this research by adding predictor variabel in TPB, it is expected to enrich the explanation of entrepreneurial intention.The object of this research is entrepreneur in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling methode. This research uses primary data, the result of data collection using a questionnaire.  The collected data had been processed using SPSS software version 24.0. Hypothesis testing analysis uses linear regression and path analysis.The result of the research is entrepreneurial passion significantly and positevely affected entrepreneurial intention. In TPB, each construc effects entrepreneurial intention differently. Personal attitude and perceived behavioral control effect entrepreneurial intention significantly and positevely, while subjective norm affect significantly and negatively. Regarding intervening variable, personal attitude and perceived behavioral control has succesfully became intervenig variable between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

Coronavirus disease 2019 atau Covid-19 merupakan virus yang tengah menjadi perhatian dunia karena penyebarannya sangat cepat. Penyebarannya yang kian pesat membuat anak - anak Panti Asuhan At - Taqwa sangat berkemungkinan besar terjangkit virus Covid-19 karena sudah banyak ditemukan kasus terkonfirmasi positif di sekitar komplek panti asuhan dan kawasan panti asuhan telah termasuk kedalam kawasan zona merah. Melalui projek pengabdian masyarakat yang merupakan jembatan antara mahasiswa dan masyarakat, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada anak-anak di Panti Asuhan At - Taqwa untuk menerapkan perilaku hidup sehat dan bersih agar terhindar dari penularan virus Covid-19. Edukasi dilakukan dengan media berupa video dengan materi yang diberikan meliputi pengenalan mengenai coronavirus disease 2019 dan gejalanya, cara penularan Covid-19, langkah-langkah mencuci tangan dengan benar, cara penggunaan masker dengan benar, jenis vaksin yang ditawarkan di Indonesia, serta cara menjaga kesehatan tubuh. Kegiatan ini juga diikuti dengan pengadaan fasilitas cuci tangan dan hand-sanitizer yang sebelumnya belum ada, sehingga dapat digunakan oleh pengunjung dan warga panti asuhan. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan wawancara untuk mengetahui apakah edukasi dan fasilitas yang diberikan diterapkan dan bermanfaat bagi mitra. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa edukasi mengenai pola perilaku hidup sehat dan bersih di era pandemi Covid-19 yang diberikan meningkatkan pemahaman anak - anak dan diimplementasikan dalam kehidupannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of the variables Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Behavioral Control on the actualization of use in Batam city students. In this case, this study will investigate how the variables Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Behavioral Control can make users feel comfortable using an application, website or technology. The technique used by the author is a purposive sampling method, which is a sample used and selected through the knowledge of the researcher or according to the appropriate researcher to participate in this research. After the results of the respondents have been collected, the next author will test the data using PLS software. The results of the study explain that the variables Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Behavioral Control can create Intention to Use which affects users in using an application, website, or technology, so that an Actual to Use will be formed for users.

Abstract

Pada masa sekarang ini, kebersihan lingkungan menjadi hal penting dan tidak terpisahkan dalam kehidupan manusia. Oleh karena itu, setiap tempat tinggal diharapkan mampu menjaga kebersihan dan melindungi lingkungannya sendiri. Mitra yang dipilih dalam pelaksanaan proyek adalah masyarakat Pelantar Lampu Merah Senggarang. Permasalahan umum yang terjadi di Senggarang berupa penumpukan sampah di laut sebagai akibat dari kebiasaan masyarakat Senggarang dalam membuang sampah ke laut dan ketidaktersediaan tong sampah serta alternatif pengelolaan pembuangan sampah. Tujuan dilaksanakan proyek adalah untuk melakukan perencanaan dan implementasi pencegahan pembuangan sampah ke laut oleh masyarakat Pelantar Lampu Merah Senggarang dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dan mengurangi pembuangan sampah ke laut. Metode awal pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan survei pada perwakilan pihak mitra, yakni Bapak Yulianto (Ketua RT.02 Pelantar Lampu Merah Senggarang) dan melakukan observasi langsung ke lokasi. Metode selanjutnya berupa proses perancangan luaran terkait implementasi yang akan diterapkan, dan yang terakhir berupa tahapan pelaksanaan yang terdiri dari tahap persiapan untuk melakukan survei awal, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap perancangan strategi sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi pihak mitra dan masyarakat sekitar, tahap penerapan dari hasil rancangan yang meliputi implementasi sosialisasi dengan tema terkait, penyediaan tong sampah dan media himbauan, gotong royong bersama masyarakat, pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media meningkatkan awareness masyarakat luas, perancangan leaflet yang memuat materi terkait, serta tahap penilaian dan pelaporan yakni penyusunan laporan kerja aktual dan artikel berdasarkan hasil yang telah didapatkan. Implementasi proyek berhasil mencapai sasaran yang telah ditetapkan di awal dan perkembangannya akan terus dipantau melalui pemantauan lapangan di masa datang. Dengan adanya pemantauan, akan dapat diidentifikasi dampak dari proyek dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Berdasarkan proses implementasi dan hasil yang diperoleh melalui PKM, dapat direkomendasikan program-program beragam yang berdampak pada para mitra serta dapat mendorong keterlibatan berbagai pihak agar tercipta keberlanjutan program di masa depan.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi ini, proses belajar mengajar di SMAN 1 Karimun menjadi terhambat, karena kebijakan pemerintah yang mengharuskan sekolah untuk membuat sistem pembelajaran secara online. Dikarenakan adanya hal ini maka siswa pun menjadi tidak fokus dan menjadi kurang mengerti atas materi yang diberikan oleh guru pada saat melakukan pertemuan secara online. Hal ini menjadi alasan kami untuk membuat video pembelajaran yang menarik untuk meningkatkan minat belajar dari siswa dan siswi di SMAN 1 Karimun. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan project ini adalah: membantu guru dalam proses belajar mengajar peserta didik kelas dan meningkatkan minat belajar dari siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development, dengan model ADDIE. Luaran atau hasil pelaksanaan ini terdiri dari 3 produk, yaitu Video Pembelajaran, Soft file materi, dan Powerpoint. Pelaksanaan proyek ini memberikan dampak positif kepada siswa kelas 11 di SMAN 1 Karimun, karena membuat proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih efektif, serta produk yang dihasilkan bisa dipergunakan lagi ketika pasca pandemi ini.

Abstract

The growth of internet users can assist a business in conducting online marketing which is useful for business owners to interact and quickly provide the latest promotional information to consumers. One form of online marketing through social media is Instagram. Instagram is used for business owners to introduce their products. One business that uses Instagram as online marketing is a bakery. Instagram can be a place for a baker to show his product and increase awareness among his consumers and can be used for business development, thereby facilitating the development of MSMEs in this digitalization era.

Abstract

Curry Up is a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSMEs) engaged in culinary tourism. Curry Up is located at the YKB D.16 complex with 8 employees. Curry Up is a family-run business that has been established since 2017. Curry Up sells Luti Gendang and curry puff food, which are typical Riau Islands or Malay food. This traditional food is still rarely known by people in the city of Batam. Therefore, with this business, luti gendang food and also curry puff can be known to all Indonesian people because every region has different food and tastes. Therefore, with social media such as Instagram and Facebook, all people know about luti gendang food. and curry puff is a typical Malay food, especially in Batam and can be souvenirs for traveling and is a culinary tourism destination for residents of Batam City or outside Batam. The data collection carried out in this activity is to collect primary data. The primary data collected was sourced from interviews conducted by the author. Interviews conducted by the author to Curry Up customers. The questions asked in the interview were related to Luti Gendang which is a Core Product from Curry Up.

Abstract

Currently, more and more business actors are opening convenience store businesses around the Batu Aji area. With so many Department Stores/Retail Businesses in Batam City, it indicates that the level of community needs in Batam City is very large, which causes many business actors to start these businesses. Based on my observations, with the increasing number of competitors emerging at this time, retail business owners must be able to adapt to changes that occur in the market and quickly adapt their business so that it is always in accordance with the needs of the market. And now that technology is growing, business people are starting to venture into the digital world. The name of the Partner of this Job Training activity is the Convenience Partner Store. The Multipurpose Partner store sells various types of goods, starting from stationery, household appliances, electricity, buildings, toys and ice cream, accessories, as well as tools for selling such as plastic bags, styrofoam, rice paper, rice boxes, plastic cups, plastic forks, and also a plastic spoon. The location of Mitra Serba Ada Stores is in the Ruko Mitra Centre Blok. B no. 3,4,5 Batu Aji. The selection of partner locations is very helpful for sales because the Batu Aji area is the most popular sub-district in Batam City. The reason for choosing a Convenience Store as a Practical Work Partner is because the Partner has the potential to be developed even more, marked by an increase in sales turnover every year and a high level of consumer enthusiasm.

Abstract

This study focuses on the dropship business that sells household appliances online on the Tokopedia marketplace. The business name is Me Home. The problems in the dropship business include the small number of suppliers, less varied products, and product promotion on social media. The scope of this study is the addition of provider partners and product catalog creation. The purpose of this activity is to find suitable supply partners, create catalogs, and increase product sales in the Me Home dropshipping business. The target of this dropship business activity is to increase the number of supply partners, design product catalogs, and add business promotional media. The research methodology used is a qualitative research methodology. Data collection techniques using semi-structured interviews. The selected informants were sellers of household appliances and buyers of household appliances. The results obtained after carrying out this activity are increasing the number of suppliers in the dropship Me Home business, having a catalog, and using social media as a marketing tool.

Abstract

Buying and wearing used clothes is still considered taboo and embarrassing by many people in Indonesia. However, a new phenomenon has emerged, namely the current thrifting trend. Thrifting means hunting for used clothes. Thrifting activities aim to support the sustainable fashion movement that emphasizes environmental and human values. Thrifting motivation is driven by the desire to save money, look unique and different, and care about the environment. Thrifting in society is not just a dress activity but also a desire to take part in saving the earth and reducing waste. The concept of Ngethrift's business is to reuse clothes that are no longer used to become something of value, by reselling or donating to those who need it more so that it has business value and social value. This business is a place to accommodate used clothes from the community which will then be distributed to be donated or modified into something that can be a selling point. Ngethrift is a thrifting business located in Sambas which sells it offline and has not yet started doing online-based business. Ngethrift currently needs to make a breakthrough to survive in today's digital era.
