Abstract

Ficelle Production Purwokerto adalah salah satu vendor wedding yang bergerak dibidang photography dan videography. Selama ini permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah sistem penjadwalan event yang masih manual dengan menggunakan media whiteboard. Dan transaksi pembookingan pun juga dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan WhatsApp atau datang ke kantor. Agar client dapat melakukan reservasi dengan mudah, maka dibuatkan sistem informasi penjadwalan event berbasis website untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Pembangunan sistem informasi ini menggunakan PHP, HTML, dan XAMPP. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model waterfall. Dengan adanya sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi ini dapat mempermudah untuk melakukan penjadwalan event pada setiap tanggalnya.

Abstract

Information technology is currently experiencing very rapid development and following progress in all fields. Technological developments change the way information is spread quickly and easily. Forming an information system requires systematic processing to meet information needs. Ageng Motor Cilacap still checks inventory manually by the business owner. Data on incoming and outgoing goods is recorded using a form made by the business owner and accompanied by a receipt showing the number of buyers' orders. As a result of this problem, errors sometimes occur in inventory calculations as well as difficulties in recording and making reports on incoming and outgoing goods. With a good information system, it is hoped that the process of managing goods entering and leaving motorbike striping can be carried out more efficiently, accurately and quickly. This certainly brings many benefits to the business world, such as increasing productivity, saving time and costs, as well as increasing customer satisfaction. This research uses the prototype method of software development. Data collection used was interviews, observation and reference studies. The results of this research are the object of research regarding the incoming and outgoing goods inventory procedures that are applied.

Abstract

Caffe merupakan tempat yang menyediakan minuman dan banyak ragam cemilan, untuk berkumpul dan bercengkrama. Kedisiplinan merupakan landasan untuk membangun sebuah usaha, Banyumas Coffe memiliki karyawan yang cukup banyak sekitar 25 orang, sistem kebutuhan untuk keamanan dan kedisiplinan seperti presensi yang diperlukan, untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan pelayan juga terhadap pelanggan. Banyumas Caffe masih memiliki sistem absensi yang rawan disalah gunakan seperti titip absen, datang terlambat dan sebagainya. Hal tersebut dimanfaatkan oleh beberapa karyawan yang kurang disiplin, selain itu karyawan memerlukan aplikasi traffic absen agar mengetahui kinerja karyawan secara mandiri, hal tersebut untuk meningkatkan dan memberikan kinerja yang baik terhadap perusahaan. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka dibuatlah Perancangan Sistem Aplikasi Presensi Deteksi Wajah Café Banyumas Coffe Purwokerto Menggunakan Metode Prototyping. Perancangan bantuan sistem ini menggunakan metode prototype dengan tools Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk menggambarkan diagram alur sistem seperti usecase, Activity, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Logical Record Structure (LRS), class dan sequence diagram yang secara berurutan menjadi kesatuan sistem. Pembuatan prototype atau desain rancangan website menggunakan Figma, dan pengelolaan database menggunakan Phpmyadmin. Dengan menggunakan perancangan website yang terkomputerisasi, dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai sistem presensi deteksi wajah. Kata Kunci : Presensi, Sistem Informasi, User Centered Design

Abstract

Beasiswa merupakan salah satu program kerja yang hampir ada di setiap lembaga pendidikan. Program beasiswa ini bertujuan untuk meringankan beban siswa dalam menempuh masa pendidikan khususnya dalam masalah biaya. SMP Santo Markus II adalah salah satu instansi yang bergerak dibidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Profile Matching dalam menentukan besiswa pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Aspek penilaian yang digunakan adalah aspek akademik, aspek kepribadian dan aspek ekonomi keluarga. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan urutan ranking dari calon siswa penerima beasiswa yang telah diseleksi, sehingga membantu pihak sekolah dalam menentukan siapakah siswa yang terrpilih sebagai penerima beasiswa. Pengolahan data menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2010.

Abstract

Community satisfaction is one of the indicators of the success of an agency in performing various tasks. With a sense of satisfaction from the community, shows the value to the performance of the agency. This research was conducted to find out the satisfaction of the community to the service in the jatiwaringin village office, it is necessary to conduct an analysis to identify what is needed by the community regarding the services provided by jatiwaringin village. The method used is servqual method consisting of five main dimensions, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. So that it can know the level of public satisfaction from various aspects. After the analysis, the result is that the overall gap has a negative value. So that the community is not satisfied with the services provided by the Jatiwaringin Village Office in Bekasi City. The priority of performance that needs to be improved again is on reliability dimension with gap value -0.63 and tangible dimension with gap value -0.59. This proves that community satisfaction affects the quality of service in jatiwaringin village office in Bekasi City. Keywords: Servqual Method, Satisfaction, Service, Jatiwaringin Village

Abstract

Abstracts - The use of the current infromation system is very important, especially in the field of property businesses such as rental contracts. In this case the process that still uses manual means, namely the delivery of information using the medium of a piece of paper or with a banner attached to the wall seems less effective and efficient, with the use of information systems, businesses or businesses can survive and develop for the better, while those who still use manual means will affect over time with the development of technology. Through this website-based rental that aims to minimize time or more efficiently and the rental owner can promote his residence, in addition, the tenant can also be facilitated in terms of knowing the details of prices, ordering and rental locations that are ready to be inhabited as needed. Based on the results of this research, the establishment of a website-based rental information system (PETRA) that is expected to facilitate the process of processing data for tenants and renters. Abstract

Sales of badminton equipment are increasingly needed, with sales transaction activities every day the data will increase over time, to find out which types of goods are most in demand an a priori algorithm is needed. The a priori algorithm is a type of association rule in data mining. One of the related stages of pattern analysis that has attracted the attention of many researchers to develop efficient algorithms is high-frequency pattern analysis. The importance of associations can be recognized with support and confidence. Support is the probability that consumers will buy several products at once from the number of transactions, while confidence is the strength of the relationship between items in the association rules. The determination of the itemset used is a combination of 1, 2, and 3 with a minimum support of 40% and a minimum confidence of 70%. A priori algorithms help develop marketing strategies.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The high number of clothing production means that the level of consumption in the clothing industry will also increase, based on previous data in 2009-2014 regarding the average level of domestic consumption for apparel in Indonesia has increased 6.98% per year, which will also increase used goods (clothing) which, if not properly processed or utilized by the community, results in fashion or textile waste or waste. In order to decompose and reduce the amount of textile waste, it is necessary to extend the useful life of the clothing, one of which is to voluntarily distribute appropriate clothing to other people who are more in need, either because of a disaster or low family income due to unfavorable economic factors. support. Then an application or system is made that is used to manage the distribution. which is expected to facilitate the management of data on goods donated by donors and facilitate data collection and management of data on volunteers distributing clothing donations, using the scrum method in making this application it is hoped that each stage carried out can become documentation for improvement or application development later adapted to the needs of its users, namely the admin , donors, and volunteers. Keywords: donate; dres; appropriate; wear; volunteer ABSTRAK Tingginya jumlah produksi pakaian maka tingkat konsumsi pada industri pakaian ini pun juga akan meningkat, berdasarkan data sebelumnya di tahun 2009-2014 mengenai rata-rata tingkat konsumsi domestik untuk pakaian jadi di Indonesia mengalami kenaikan 6,98% per-tahunnya, yang ini akan meningkatkan juga barang bekas (pakaian) yang jika tidak dapat diolah atau dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat dengan tepat, sehingga mengakibatkan sampah atau limbah fashion atau tekstil. Untuk mengurai dan mengurangi jumlah sampah tekstil tersebut, maka perlu adanya perpanjangan masa pakai dari pakaian tersebut, salah satunya adalah dengan memberikan secara sukarela dengan menyalurkan pakaian pantas pakai kepada masyarakat lain yang lebih membutuhkan baik karena terkena bencana ataupun rendahnya pendapatan keluarga dikarenakan faktor ekonomi yang tidak mendukung. Maka dibuatlah suatu aplikasi atau sistem yang digunakan untuk mengelola penyaluran tersebut. yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah pengelolaan data barang yang disumbangkan oleh donator dan mempermudah pendataan dan pengelolaan data relawan penyalur donasi pakaian, dengan menggunakan metode scrum dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini diharapkan setiap tahapan yang dilakukan dapat menjadi dokumentasi untuk peningkatan atau pengembangan aplikasi nantinya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penggunanya yaitu admin, donator, dan relawan. Kata Kunci: donatur; pakaian; pantas; pakai; relawan.
