Abstract

Islam forbids selling goods that are misused. Contraception is an item that is sold freely to unmarried people, so there is a lot of abuse of contraception. Based on the background of the problem, the formulation of the problem is as follows: How is sharia marketing ethics regarding contraception, How is the practice of buying and selling contraception in Indomaret, Bandung Wetan Subdistrict, How is the syariah marketing ethics analysis of contraceptive sales in Indomaret, Bandung Wetan District. This study aims to determine how Islamic marketing ethics regarding contraception, the practice of buying and selling contraception in Indomaret, Bandung Wetan Subdistrict, and sharia marketing ethics analysis on the sale of contraceptives in Indomaret, Bandung Wetan District. The research method used is a descriptive analytical method qualitatively. The data source used primary data is data obtained directly from the Indomaret cashier through interviews. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were obtained that it turned out that Indomaret sold contraceptives not in accordance with Islamic marketing ethics and was not in accordance with the purpose of contraceptive procurement, because from the interviews with Indomaret cashiers that they strongly safeguarded consumers' privacy and did not want to know about consumer condoms use or for whom the condom was purchased

Abstract

Digitalisasi desa melalui pembuatan website dan e-office sebagai langkah percepatan pelayanan dalam mewujudkan good governance di Desa Gegempalan. Digitalisasi desa telah menjadi fokus utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Dengan menghadirkan website dan e-office, desa dapat mempercepat proses administrasi dan memberikan akses yang lebih mudah bagi masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi terkait pelayanan publik. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan beberapa tahapan didalamnya, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara dan konsultasi, tahap penginputan fitur-fitur website dan e-office, dan tahap akhir dengan melakukan bimbingan teknis kepada masyarakat dan perangkat desa Gegempalan. Melalui metode ini, artikel ini mengeksplorasi dampak positif digitalisasi desa terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan serta efisiensi dalam pengelolaan administrasi desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemeliharaan sistem yang terjadi di PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pemeliharaan mesin produksi dengan menggunakan RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance). Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance). Metode ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemeliharaan mesin produksi. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Preventive Maintenance dan corrective maintenance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan antara kerusakan mesin dari perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) yaitu sebesar 27 kali kerusakan yang dialami setiap mesin dengan selisih downtime sebanyak 499 jam. Sehingga biaya pemeliharaan mesin produksi masih terlalu tinggi.

Abstract

Produksi air susu ibu (ASI) sering kali tidak berjalan optimal sehingga menjadi kendala dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif. Rendahnya produksi ASI dapat berdampak pada pemenuhan gizi bayi dan berisiko menghambat tumbuh kembang. Salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis yang digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah pijat Oketani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pijat Oketani terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui di Posyandu Merpati 8 wilayah Puskesmas Cikarang Kabupaten Bekasi tahun 2025. Desain penelitian menggunakan pre-eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pre-test dan post-test. Sampel terdiri dari 15 ibu menyusui bayi usia 0–6 bulan yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Variabel independen adalah pijat Oketani, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah produksi ASI. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada produksi ASI setelah dilakukan pijat Oketani, dengan nilai p=0,001 (p<0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pijat Oketani efektif meningkatkan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui. Kesimpulannya, pijat Oketani dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif intervensi nonfarmakologis untuk membantu ibu menyusui meningkatkan produksi ASI. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan melibatkan jumlah sampel lebih besar serta mempertimbangkan faktor lain yang memengaruhi laktasi.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the influence of Customer Value and Customer Experience on Customer Loyalty among consumers of Soya Drink Ciamis. The research focuses on understanding how perceived value and experiential factors contribute individually and jointly to fostering long-term customer commitment toward a local beverage brand. Research Method: The study adopts a descriptive quantitative approach with an incidental sampling method, involving 94 respondents selected from a population of 1,498 customers. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple and multiple correlations, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing through t-tests and F-tests. Results and Discussion: The results reveal that both Customer Value and Customer Experience have a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty. Emotional and price value dimensions were rated as the highest in terms of customer value, while sensory and relational aspects dominated the overall customer experience. Although overall loyalty was intense, improvements are needed in habitual consumption and emotional attachment. The simultaneous effect of both variables shows a more substantial influence, confirming their synergistic role in shaping loyalty behavior. Implications: The study highlights that enhancing perceived customer value and optimizing customer experience are key strategies for strengthening loyalty. Managers should focus on emotional, social, and performance-based factors to build sustainable customer relationships.

Abstract

Tanjungsari Village is one of the 8 villages in Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. The problems found include several aspects including optimization and escalation of tourism villages, adding the selling value of a product, legality of MSMEs, upgrading the Women Farmers Group (KWT). The implementation of KKN-PPM in Tanjungsari Village, Sadananya District from August 1 to September 1, 2023. In the implementation of KKN-PPM, there are several implementation methods used, namely the survey method, mentoring method, lecture method, guidance method, and promotion method. In general, physical and non-physical activities, main work programs and additional work programs have been well realized so that they reach the ultimate goal of the work program and each work program implemented gets a good response from the community and village officials.

Abstract

Pollution of the marine environment means the introduction by humans, directly or indirectly, of materials or energy into the marine environment which has an adverse effect on marine biodiversity and marine life. The problem is: the First, how is the responsibility of foreign ship companies due to pollution of the marine environment that occurs in Indonesia's exclusive economic zone in terms of the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea? Second, how is the implementation of the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea towards the responsibility of foreign shipping companies due to pollution of the marine environment that occurs in Indonesia's exclusive economic zone? The method used is normative juridical, with a legal principles approach. while the data analysis is a qualitative juridical analysis, namely analyzing problem identification based on secondary data in the form of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The results of this study are: First, the responsibility of foreign ship companies due to pollution of the marine environment that occurs in the Indonesian Exclusive Economic Zone is in the form of compensation for losses incurred; Second, the implementation of the 1982 United Nations Convention On The Law Of The Sea against the liability of Foreign Ship Companies Due to Pollution of the Marine Environment that occurred in the Indonesian Exclusive Economic Zone includes ratification of the 1982 United Nations Convention On The Law Of The Sea and provision of witnesses or compensation to perpetrators pollution.
