Abstract

Tuberkulosis adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Penyakit TB masih menjadi permasalahan utama dalan bidang kesehatan terutama di Indonesia. Keberhasilan pengobatan TB sangatlah penting untuk mengurangi penularan penyakit dan kematian pasien TB. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pengobatan yaitu penggunaan obat yang rasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pemakaian obat TB di Puskesmas Pangkalan Susu Kecamatan Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat Sumatera Utara sudah rasional atau belum. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pengambilan data dari rekam medis pasien TB paru di Puskesmas Pangkalan Susu. Total sampel 24 orang pasien TB paru selama tahun 2019.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketepatan penggunaan obat Anti Tuberkulosis di Puskesmas Pangkalan Susu Kecamatan Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat Sumatera Utara pada periode 2019 yaitu tepat indikasi 100%, tepat pasien 100%, tepat pemilihan obat 100%, tepat lama pemakaian obat 95,83% dan tepat dosis 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence incentives and career development and job satisfaction (intervening variables) have on loyalty in CV. Malasari. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a normative approach (legal research) to obtain secondary data and an empirical approach (sociological juridical), to obtain primary data through field research (field research). The results showed that the effect of incentives, career development and job satisfaction on loyalty in CV. Malasari, based on the indicators are as follows: First, the effect of incentives on loyalty has a positive and significant effect which if it increases, loyalty will also increase. Second, the influence of career development on loyalty has a positive and significant effect where if career development increases, loyalty will also increase. Third, the effect of job satisfaction on loyalty has a positive and significant effect which means that job satisfaction increases, loyalty will also increase. Fourth, the influence of career development on job satisfaction has a positive effect, which means that if career development increases, job satisfaction will also increase. Fifth, the effect of incentives on job satisfaction has a positive effect, which means that if incentives increase, job satisfaction will also increase. Sixth, the effect of career development on loyalty that is intervened by job satisfaction is smaller than the direct effect of career development on loyalty. Seventh, the effect of incentives on loyalty that is intervened by job satisfaction is smaller than the direct effect of incentives on loyalty. Which is better than the two variables, namely career development and intensification not to be interfered with by job satisfaction. For that, it is hoped that CV. Abstract

In the age of 4.0, the banking industry must be ready to change. This era changed the way people live, work and interact with one another. including the banking sector, which faces many challenges. The bank offers different types of products and business systems, but the Indonesian people are now more reluctant to use banking services, especially conventional banks that adhere to the interest rate system prohibited by Islam. As an alternative, Islamic banking was born, which implements a profit-sharing system. Many foreign banks entering the world of domestic banking offer innovative products that create fierce competition between banks and force banks to respond to changing customer preference patterns. The marketing mix helps to shape, develop and direct the mutually beneficial exchange between producers and consumers in the long term. The financing data of BPRS Puduarta Insani has tended to decrease since 2018. This study aims to determine the influence of product, price, promotion partially and simultaneously on purchase decisions for financing products. To find the variables that have the greatest impact on customer financing decisions, this study uses quantitative research and data analysis that uses the validity and reliability test, the T-test, and the F-test. The total population in this study was 900. The sample size was determined using the Solving formula with an error tolerance = 10%, so that the study sample obtained comprised 89 respondents. Methods of data collection through interviews and questionnaires to the respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that product, price and advertising had a positive and significant influence on customer financing decisions at BPRS Puduarta Insani Medan.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan Ekonomi adalah penggalian potensi-potensi kemandirian dan pengembangan rakyat melalui pemberdayaan dalam mengelola SDM (Sumber Daya Alam). Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki ekosistem lahan perairan dan air tawar yang luas dan didalamnya terkandung potensi keanekaragaman hayati, baik secara ekologis maupun ekonomis. Kondisi Wilayah Sumatera Utara sangat memungkinkan untuk mengembangkan perikanan air tawar, yaitu pada sungai-sungai (yang dikenal dengan lubuk larangan). Lubuk laragan ini mempunyai potensi ekonomi bila dibina lebih baik misalnya menggunakan bibit unggul ikan, pemberian makanan yang bergizi dan teratur, serta pengorganisasian yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Lubuk larangan adalah salah satu kearifan lokal yang dikelola secara bersama dan mempunyai badan hukum serta aturan-aturan yang disepakati secara bersama yang meliputi pihak Pemerintah Desa, dan Pihak Organisasi Pemuda. Muhammad Zein, Kepala Desa Muarakumpulan, mengatakan untuk membuat lubuk larangan harus dimulai dengan musyawarah desa untuk menentukan batas lubuk larangan. Panjang kawasan yang dijadikan lubuk larangan ini 1 km, dengan lebar 50-80 meter dan mempunyai tingkat kedalaman kurang dari 13 meter dan menjadi tempat persembunyian ikan bertelur, dan dibatasi pengambilan ikannya selama satu tahun. atas dasar kesepakatan bersama masyarakat. Secara sederhana orang akan cepat mengartikannya sebagai satu kawasan tertentu disungai yang dilindungi dalam masa waktu tertentu. Aturan juga menyebutkan, peralatan yang digunakan dalam mengambil ikan dibatasi pada alat tangkap yang dapat menjamin kelestarian ikan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation used in the budget directly to the performance-based budget and to analyze the effectiveness of the budget directly against the performance-based budget at the Medan Helvetia Subdistrict office. The data source of this study is sourced from secondary data, namely data obtained from documents and archives obtained from the Medan Helvetia District Office. While the data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is a comparative descriptive analysis that uses the preparation of performance-based direct spending budgets set by the general bureau and secretarial equipment of Medan Helvetia Subdistrict. The results of the research obtained using the Budget and Expenditure of the Medan Helvetia Subdistrict Office are quite effective. Budget and spending effectiveness ratio from 2019 effectiveness ratio of 84.22%, in 2020 effectiveness ratio of 93.33%, in 2021 effectiveness ratio of 97.7%.
