Abstract

This study is to examine the influence: between atmosphere of the organization and employees’ satisfaction against the employees’ performance partially or simultaneously. The good atmosphere of the organization became more effective in increasing employees’ work satisfaction; and finally obtain good employees’ performance. This situation cannot be found in this company. This study used descriptive methode. All of employees became sample (36 people). The data was collected by observation, interview and questioner. The data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis with F-test (simultaneous) and T-test (partial) at the significance level of 95%. The result of the study provides a conclusion as follow: 1. There is a significant influence between organization atmosphere against the employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers. (2) There is a significant influence between employees’ satisfaction against the employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers, (3) There is a significant influence between organization atmosphere and employees’ satisfaction altogether against employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers.

Abstract

Abstrak: Di Era Society 5.0 seperti sekarang ini, penggunaan teknologi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran menjadi elemen kunci bagi suksesnya proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan dosen di kelasnya. Pembelajaran yang memadukan teknologi dan kemampuan pedagogi dosen yang diselaraskan dengan isi materi pembelajaran yang berkualitas tentunya akan mempengaruhi pengetahuan mahasiswa dalam pencapaian hasil belajar mereka yang maksimal. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan rancangan pembelajaran berbasis Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matakuliah Ekonomi Kesehatan. Penelitian ini berbentuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan mengintegrasikan data penelitain kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester III Program Studi Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Haji Sumatera Utara pada tahun pelajaran 2021.2. dengan jumlah mahasiswa 17 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasl observasi dosen dalam megimplementasikan rancangan pembelajaran berbasis TPACK, hasl observasi  aktivitas belajar mahasiswa dosen dalan mengikuti pembelajaran berbasis TPACK,  dan instrumen tes hasil belajar mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Ekonomi Kesehatan dengan mengimplementasikan rancangan pembelajaran berbasis TPACK.  Kata Kunci: Rancangan Pembelajaran Berbasis TPACK, Hasil Belajar Matakuliah Ekonomi Kesehatan Abstract: In the Era of Society 5.0 as it is today, the use of technology in learning activities is a key element for the success of the learning process carried out by lecturers in their classes. Learning that combines technology and lecturers' pedagogical abilities that are aligned with the content of quality learning materials will certainly affect students' knowledge in achieving their maximum learning achievements. Therefore, this study aims to implement a learning design based on Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) to improve learning outcomes for the Health Economics course. This research is in the form of Classroom Action Research by integrating qualitative and quantitative research data. The subjects of this study were third semester students of the Public Health Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Haji Sumatera Utara in the academic year 2021.2. with 17 students. The data in this study were obtained from the observations of lecturers in implementing TPACK-based learning designs, observations of student learning activities of lecturers in participating in TPACK-based learning, and test instruments for student learning outcomes. The findings of this study indicate that there is an increase in student learning outcomes in the Health Economics course by implementing a TPACK-based learning design. Keywords: TPACK-based Learning Design, Learning Achievements of Health Economics Course

Abstract

Pemberdayaan Ekonomi adalah penggalian potensi-potensi kemandirian dan pengembangan rakyat melalui pemberdayaan dalam mengelola SDM (Sumber Daya Alam). Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki ekosistem lahan perairan dan air tawar yang luas dan didalamnya terkandung potensi keanekaragaman hayati, baik secara ekologis maupun ekonomis. Kondisi Wilayah Sumatera Utara sangat memungkinkan untuk mengembangkan perikanan air tawar, yaitu pada sungai-sungai (yang dikenal dengan lubuk larangan). Lubuk laragan ini mempunyai potensi ekonomi bila dibina lebih baik misalnya menggunakan bibit unggul ikan, pemberian makanan yang bergizi dan teratur, serta pengorganisasian yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Lubuk larangan adalah salah satu kearifan lokal yang dikelola secara bersama dan mempunyai badan hukum serta aturan-aturan yang disepakati secara bersama yang meliputi pihak Pemerintah Desa, dan Pihak Organisasi Pemuda. Muhammad Zein, Kepala Desa Muarakumpulan, mengatakan untuk membuat lubuk larangan harus dimulai dengan musyawarah desa untuk menentukan batas lubuk larangan. Panjang kawasan yang dijadikan lubuk larangan ini 1 km, dengan lebar 50-80 meter dan mempunyai tingkat kedalaman kurang dari 13 meter dan menjadi tempat persembunyian ikan bertelur, dan dibatasi pengambilan ikannya selama satu tahun. atas dasar kesepakatan bersama masyarakat. Secara sederhana orang akan cepat mengartikannya sebagai satu kawasan tertentu disungai yang dilindungi dalam masa waktu tertentu. Aturan juga menyebutkan, peralatan yang digunakan dalam mengambil ikan dibatasi pada alat tangkap yang dapat menjamin kelestarian ikan.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki sumber daya alam hayatinya yang sangat melimpah. Lebih dari  80.000 spesies atau jenis tumbuhan yang terdapat di dalam Indonesia, baik itu di darat maupun di laut. Hanya Sebagian kecil tumbuhan yang sudah di lakukan penelitian dan pemanfaat tumbuhan sebagai bahan dasar atau obat di masyarakat.  Sehingga Masyarakat hanya  sedikit yang memahami bagaimana  pe manfaatan dan kegunaan dari tumbuhan tersebut. Tumbuhan termasuk dalam metabolit sekunder yang merupakan sumber dari obat-obatan yang sering  digunakan dalam pengobatan berbagai jenis penyakit yang diderita oleh manusia. Beberapa tumbuhan yang digunakan untuk berbagai penyakit dimasyarakat adalag sebagai stimulan jantung dan peredaran darah, antitumor, antipiretik, antiepilepsi, antiinflamasi, antiulcer, diuretik, antihipertensi, menurunkan kolesterol, antioksidan, antidiabetik, antibakteri, dan antijamur. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pelatihan secara langsung kepada siswa SMP Pahlawan di Kota Medan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) Kota Medan, Kecamatan Medan Perjuangan, Kota Medan,  Provinsi Sumatera utara,  Indonesia. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan cara sosialisasi dan Praktek, dimulai dari manfaat simplisia serta cara pengolahan pembuatan simplisia kemudian dilanjut dengan Menunjukkan salah satu contoh simplisia yang sudah jadi, lalu menyususn rencana tindak lanjut. Luaran yang diharapkan untuk isntitusi adalah Laporan pengabdian masyarakat dan Jurnal Nasional terakreditasi dan luaran yang diharapkan untuk masyarakat dalam kegiatan ini adalah 1) Terciptanya Pemahaman Masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan pengawetan bahan alam dengan metode simplisia; 2) Terbukanya peluang bisnis bagi masyarakat mitra; 3) Terbentuknya masyarakat yang peduli kesehatan

Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation used in the budget directly to the performance-based budget and to analyze the effectiveness of the budget directly against the performance-based budget at the Medan Helvetia Subdistrict office. The data source of this study is sourced from secondary data, namely data obtained from documents and archives obtained from the Medan Helvetia District Office. While the data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is a comparative descriptive analysis that uses the preparation of performance-based direct spending budgets set by the general bureau and secretarial equipment of Medan Helvetia Subdistrict. The results of the research obtained using the Budget and Expenditure of the Medan Helvetia Subdistrict Office are quite effective. Budget and spending effectiveness ratio from 2019 effectiveness ratio of 84.22%, in 2020 effectiveness ratio of 93.33%, in 2021 effectiveness ratio of 97.7%.

Abstract

This paper existence of the Manpower Office provides training opportunities and improves the quality of labor for the community, expanding employment and placement of labor for the community is important to get a job. To overcome the abilities and skills (skills), the Manpower Office establishes a skills training program for the community to improve the ability of its human resources. Each empowerment program creates opportunities and encourages the development of skills and resources that make people more accountable for the tasks assigned to the community. Community empowerment aims at creating competitiveness that is determined by ability. As a supporter of activities, community institutions, and organizations provide opportunities for empowerment activities by obtaining and utilizing community rights. However, limited access, lack of knowledge, and conditions and conditions of the community are less supportive. Making people unable to compete with skills that can adjust to the needs of the job market or become independent business actors who benefit themselves and their environment.

Abstract

Companies can achieve goals in the company required employees who have high loyalty to the company then they will have a willingness to work hard and a sense of security in a company. This study aims to see how the influence of organizational culture, leadership, compensation, and work environment on employee loyalty at PT Mitra Naga Sejati Jaya Langkat. This research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. The population in this study was seventy-nine using saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled as many as seventy-nine people. Data analysis methods used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination.

Abstract

This study examined how leadership (X1), work stress (X2), and work conflict (X3) affect turnover intention (Y) among Bengkel Auto Star Plus Medan employees. This study included 40 Bengkel Auto Star Plus Medan employees. This study sampled 40 persons. A 2021 study was undertaken. This study employed SPSS 24.0 to process quantitative data from a multiple linear regression model. Work stress and conflict had a favourable and statistically significant effect on Bengkel Auto Star Plus Medan employees' turnover intention, but leadership had no effect. Leadership, work stress, and work conflict affected Bengkel Auto Star Plus Medan employees' turnover intentions. With the greatest t-count value of 4.596, work stress influenced turnover intention the most. 88. Leadership, stress, and workplace conflict explained 5% and predicted 11.5% of desire to leave. Leadership, job stress, and conflict affect employees' inclinations to leave.
