Abstract

The game of football besides demanding physical conditions, intellectual intelligence also plays a role to make it easier for players in mastering football skills and be able to play well. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between Intellectual Intelligence and Jong Aceh Academic football playing skills. This study approach used quantitative with a correlational type. The population and sample for this study were 18 Jong Aceh Academic players. This research data collection also consisted of two test items, there are Intelligence quotes and football playing skills. The results of this study showed that the SPSS output Pearson Correlation X.Y, = 0.644 ≥ F Table = 0.468, it mean the intellectual intelligence have a meaningful relation to the football skills, and affected 41,47%. then the output Sig results. (2-tailed) = 0.004 ≤ 0.05. It can be concluded that there is a significant and positive correlation between intellectual intelligence and soccer playing skills at the Jong Aceh Academy

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence in Physical Education students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Abulyatama University. The research hypothesis is that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence in Physical Education students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Abulyatama University. Correlation research method. The population is all Penjaskesrek FKIP Abulyatama University students, while the sample taken was 38 students. Data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed via Google Form. The data analysis technique uses a correlation formula. The results of the research showed that the average value and standard deviation of emotional intelligence were 83 and 2.30 and intellectual intelligence were 3.36 and 0.22. The correlation calculation result (r) is 0.73 and the t test calculation result is 6.44. To prove the results, the t-count was 6.44 and the t-table at the 95% significance level was 1.68 (t-count = 6.44 > t-table = 1.68), so the proposed research hypothesis was accepted as correct. This means that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence in Physical Education and Physical Education students Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Abulyatama University

Abstract

This is the problem that is often overlooked by teachers who do not prepare penjasorkes learning model, causing learners are not interested in following numbers athletics javelin learning and learners will feel bored. One model of learning that can stimulate learners to participate actively in the learning process is learning models athletics javelin numbers game form. Purpose of research to the development of learning models athletics javelin number of the games for elementary school students. This type of research is the development of research. The research subject of sixth grade students of State Elementary School 8 Banda Aceh totaling 23. The instrument used in the research instrument to validate the model development. Data collection was conducted validation and reliability. The results of this study concluded that: The athletic learning model number of javelin form games for elementary school students consisting of 14 statements can be included in the learning because it has a high level of validity with the acquisition of validity score of 0.649 so that it can be used for athletic learning model javelin number game form for elementary school students and Has a level of reliability with the reliability score of 0.624 that can be used on the number of javelin shapes game play Primary School students

Abstract

This study examines the management of sports facilities and infrastructure in preparation for PON XXI Aceh-Sumut 2024. The purpose of the study was to determine the planning, organizing, actuating, controlling in the implementation of PON XXI Aceh-Sumut 2024 Sports activities. Qualitative research method, research respondents are people related to the implementation of PON XXI Aceh-Sumut 2024 activities. Data collection techniques by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis using data triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it can be explained that planning has been prepared since the determination of the host for the implementation of PON XXI Aceh-Sumut 2024. Procurement of facilities and infrastructure has been planned according to the sports branches determined in Aceh Province. Organization is based on matters concerning common interests and provisions for placement of places based on previous matters. The facilities and infrastructure provided are in accordance with the needs determined for each sport being fostered. Actuation is carried out comprehensively based on the results of control in the field. Supervision (controlling) of the supervision process is also carried out well so that it will run smoothly as expected

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi sistem evaluasi kinerja guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Batusitanduk Walenrang Utara Kabupaten Luwu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan evaluasi dilakukan secara sistematis dan partisipatif dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak, implementasi dilaksanakan melalui supervisi klinis yang menekankan pada objektivitas dan kolaborasi, sedangkan tindak lanjut hasil evaluasi diwujudkan dalam bentuk pelatihan, pembimbingan, serta program pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan. Evaluasi kinerja guru berdampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme, disiplin, dan kualitas pembelajaran yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di madrasah. Dengan demikian, sistem evaluasi kinerja guru tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat penilaian, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen strategis dalam pembinaan profesional guru dan penguatan mutu pendidikan secara berkesinambungan.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To determine the planning for improving the performance of Islamic Religious Education supervisors at the Ministry of Religion of Binjai City, 2) To determine the organization of resources in improving the performance of Islamic Religious Education supervisors at the Ministry of Religion of Binjai City, 3) To determine the implementation of the supervisor performance improvement program Islamic Religious Education at the Ministry of Religion of Binjai City, and 4) To determine the supervision of improving the performance of Islamic Religious Education supervisors at the Ministry of Religion of Binjai City. This dissertation research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods because this research aims to obtain an overview of data originating from data collection by researchers regarding management of improving the quality of performance of Islamic Religious Education supervisors at the Ministry of Religion of Binjai City. Collection techniques use interview techniques, observation and document study, while to strengthen the validity of the data found and the authenticity of the research, the researcher refers to the use of data validity standards suggested by Lincoln & Guba, which consist of credibility, transferability, dependability and comfirmability.The results of this research are: 1) The plan to improve the performance of madrasa supervisors is carried out through a qualification improvement program, training, performance assessment and capacity development for Islamic Religious Education supervisors at the Ministry of Religion of Binjai City as well as the supervisory working group (Provincial/Regency/City Working Group). The initial efforts made to realize this program were preceded by building a mindset among madrasa supervisors with the aim of ensuring that supervisors know and understand their duties and functions, including preparing a supervision program in the form of coaching madrasa heads and teachers, monitoring the implementation of the 8 (eight) National Education Standards, Assessment , Teacher guidance and training as well as being an extension of the Ministry of Religion, 2) The organization carried out to improve the performance of madrasah supervisors is carried out as a team, however the aspect of coordination and synchronization in the implementation of activity programs between fields is not yet effective and needs to be improved, 3) The program to improve the performance of madrasah supervisors carried out through competency improvement training, capacity development, and performance assessment. However, the results have not been encouraging, especially in relation to the quality of supervisory coaching services which cover academic aspects for teachers in all subjects and managerial aspects of school principals which are felt to be less in line with the demands of expected performance standards and competencies, and 4) Supervision of improving the performance of Religious Education supervisors Islam in the Ministry of Religion of Binjai City is carried out jointly by involving various elements and working groups of provincial and district/city supervisors. This monitoring activity is intended to identify all forms of problems, find solutions and encourage improvements in the performance of supervisors.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of advertising and price on purchasing decisions with social media Instagram as a moderating variable. Research at the Muntira Skin Care Clinic in Sorong City used a quantitative research method with an associative research type. The sample in this study were all consumers who used Muntira Skin Care Clinic products in Sorong City. As for the sampling of this study using non-probability sampling technique. The data management method in this study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model through the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of this study found that advertising had no significant effect on purchasing decisions, price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, social media had an effect on purchasing decisions, Instagram social media moderated advertising on purchasing decisions, and social media moderated prices on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Advertising, Pricing, SocialMedia, Purchase Decision.Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana iklan dan harga mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dengan media sosial Instagram sebagai variabel moderating. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Klinik Muntira Skin Care Kota Sorong dan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari seluruh konsumen yang menggunakan produk Klinik Muntira Skin Care Kota Sorong. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling non probabilitas untuk pengambilan sampel. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Media sosial juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan media sosial Instagram memoderasi pengaruh iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, media sosial juga memoderasi pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: Iklan, Harga, Media Sosial, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Stunting in toddlers can have an impact on children's health and intelligence in the future, such as susceptibility to infection and decreased performance in school. This activity aims to train posyandu cadres in improving anthropometric measurement skills in toddlers. The target audience for this community service activity is posyandu cadres. Stunting indicates chronic nutritional problems as a result of long-lasting man many factors increase stunting in toddlers, both directly and indirectly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the stunting anthropometric tool in children aged 24-59 months in the working area of the Lageun Health Center. The population in this study were all toddlers aged 24-59 months, totaling 45 toddlers. The number of samples is 22 toddlers. The purpose of this training activity is to increase awareness of the targeted skills in independent early detection of stunting using anthropometric methods. The method of implementing this community service activity uses a combination of education, training, and simulation methods. The targets are pregnant women, mothers with children under five years old, and health cadres. Based on field studies, the stunting anthropometric tool shows effective results. The results of the implementation of activities show high enthusiasm from the target. It is hoped that this activity can parents' awareness of toddlers' nutritional health problems, so that t has an impact and can contribute to reducing the number of stunting cases to be precise in the Lageun Health Center area.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes on the subjects of Indonesia language on the material Plan A Place with Inquiri method of learning in class VIII.4 in Junior High School 18 Pekanbaru. This form of research is a classroom action research with as many as two rounds (Cycle). Each round is done with four stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study are students of class VIII.4 in Junior High School 18 Pekanbaru with the total of 35 students consisting of 14 male students and 21 female students. The data obtained in the form of Indonesian language learning results obtained from test and observation sheet of teaching and learning activities. Data collection methods used include test, observation and documentation. From the results in the first cycle of student learning outcomes to 40% with inactive classification. While in the second cycle of students in learning results increased to 60% with a very active classification. This situation indicates that improvements in the learning process of Indonesian with Inquiri method of learning in Indonesian language subjects in grade VIII.4 students in Junior High School 18 Pekanbaru can be said to be fully successful.
