Abstract

In carrying out its work a manager will use the concepts of management to facilitate the implementation of the task. By applying good public management practices and true, then the success of building a village will be realized. This research uses qualitative method by using the main instrument of Chairman of RW which is also Chairman of 3G Community. Some supporting instruments include observation and interview guidelines and secondary data. The conclusion of this research is to plan and implement environmental improvement in the region of Glintung, the Head of RW directly formed a community called "Community of 3G" (Glintung Go Green). With the Chairman of the RW who also served as Manager in the community, now the village of Glintung transformed into a powerless village. This condition is because the 3G community has good management and strategy and effective in supporting the success of the program. As an umbrella for the implementation of environmental improvement, the Community adopted the management of the company for the public sector. While the big strategy is the empowerment of citizens through 3G community. Where the strategy gives a lot of benefits in the form of livelihood of citizens and communities in the implementation of environmental improvement.Keywords: Community, Social Movement, Public Management, Local Institution

Abstract

Quality of New Possible Service Proportar at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Darmo Permai Surabaya. One of the main tasks of the government is to provide services, including in terms of electrical services. PLN is the only BUMN appointed as a provider of electric power to meet the electricity needs of the people of Indonesia. So this study aims to determine and value the quality of public services at PT. PLN (Persero) area Darmo Permai Surabaya necessary of electric power can be seen from the increasing demand for electricity supply in each region. This becomes the trigger of PT. PLN (Persero) to make innovations in the form of products to help meet the electricity needs of consumers. PLN continues to improve its service productivity with Prepaid Electricity. The method used in this research is qualitative research method with descriptive type. The data were collected by interview, questioner and observation. Data analysis techniques conducted in this study is data reduction by selecting data according to research, also presenting data by presenting data that has been reduced and obtained from PT. PLN (Persero) Darmo Permai area of Surabaya, and also using data analysis techniques draw conclusions by deducing data that has been reduced and presented. Based on the results of research can be concluded that the quality of electricity service prepaid in PT. PLN (Persero) Darmo Permai Surabaya area can be said is good enough. But on the other hand, there needs to be improvements made. Lack of adequate parking facilities, but also the number of booths available, indirectly this will affect the quality of service itself. Keywords: Quality of service, public service, electricity prepaid

Abstract

Account Representative is the officer in charge at the Pratama Tax Office, which has already applied modern administrative system. This research aims to gain an overview of the characteristics of excellent service implementation at the KPP Pratama Surabaya Wonocolo. The implementation of excellent especially by officials Account Representative (AR) departmend of supervision and and consultation. The data were obtained from observations and interviews with relevant parties, especially (AR) department of supervision and consultation at the KPP Pratama Surabaya Wonocolo and the taxpayer. The results of the interviews and the data collected were analyzed using descriptive method with interpretive approach. Results from the research showed that in general the officials Accounting Representative (AR) of KPP Pratama Surabaya Wonocolo indicates excellent service with good implementation, the overview of the implementation of service excellence at the KPP pratama Surabaya Wonocolo was shown with attitudes approach related to care, efforts to serve with the best act that is based on ability, attitude, attention, appearance, actions, and responsibilities. To support these actions must be supported by integrity, professionalism (accountability and commitment), synergy, services (sincerity and transparency) and ethical code. Meanwhile, to achieve the objective of satisfaction was shown with some of the responses from taxpayer in general.Keywords : implementation, Accounting Representative, excellent service

This study is based on the meaning of clekit cartoon images. Cartoon drawing as a means ofsocial criticism often we meet in this media, in the era of the media today is usually a case that is pouredinto the cartoon to make the news more interesting. The method used is semiotic analysis which is included in descriptive qualitativeresearch. Here the qualitative method uses Sanders Sanders Pierce theory, by using the sign of the icons,indexes, and symbols. Abstract

The participation of CTB officers not only provide information, but also expected to be able to handle all kinds of issues that could come at any time the customer location and able to provide the best solutions for customers in resolving problems indihome internet bill PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. The types of problems that were varied. The problem is revealed here on the communication strategy officer CTB in collections Internet subscribers indihome PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk as customer facing cultural character, customers feel aggrieved because of the disruption of network and internet technical indihome. Researchers used the theory that interpersonal communication in communicating issues CTB officer charges made directly face to face with customers. The result of this research is the communication strategy used clerk CTB before the charge to the customer can work well and produce fade back thus creating communication between officers CTB with the customer. Abstract

New media has made a significant impact on past media because new media or internet media aremore accessible and used as social media today and are used as a tool to promote goods to be soldonline.This type of research is quantitative. This research was conducted using path analysis with theStatistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program Ver. 23.00 Sample data of 100 respondents tofemale students of SMK 1 Buduran Sidoarjo.The sampling technique used purposive sampling, namelyfor female students of SMK 1 Buduran Sidoarjo because of the technique of determining the samplewith certain considerations. The researcher only conducted a study on Buduran 1 Sidoarjo VocationalHigh School students who have active Instagram users and follow lipstick seller accounts onInstagram social media.The results of this study with the independent variables of consumer attitudesand purchase interest significantly influence the dependent variable, namely endorsement. This showsthat between consumer attitudes and purchase interest is influenced by endorsement.Keywords: endorsement, consumer attitudes, purchase interest, Instagram social media.

Abstract

Nilam (Pogostemon cablin Benth.) merupakan tanaman semak penghasil minyak atsiri yang memiliki nilai ekonomi yang tinggi. Budidaya tanaman nilam memiliki kendala yaitu adanya serangan kapang Synchytrium pogostemonis penyebab penyakit budok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ketahanan 3 varietas nilam terhadap penyakit budok, dan mengetahui efektivitas dari formula tunggal dan campuran minyak mimba dan seraiwangi terhadap kejadian penyakit budok dan pengaruhnya pada pertumbuhan tanaman. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua percobaan: 1) Efektivitas metode infeksi dan uji ketahanan tiga varietas nilam terhadap penyakit budok di rumah kaca, dan 2) Uji efektivitas minyak atsiri formula tunggal maupun campuran mimba dan seraiwangi sebagai pestisida nabati terhadap penyakit budok. Hasil percobaan efektivitas metode infeksi menujukkan bahwa metode perendaman akar tanaman dalam inokulum budok selama satu jam lebih efektif menginfeksi penyakit budok dibandingkan dengan metode penyiraman ke media tanam. Hasil uji ketahanan nilam varietas Sidikalang, Patchoulina 1 dan Patchoulina 2 menunjukkan bahwa varietas Patchoulina 1 lebih rentan terhadap penyakit budok karena menimbulkan keterjadian penyakit (KeP) dan keparahan penyakit (KP) hingga 20%, dengan karekter pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman yang lebih rendah dibandingkan varietas lain yang diuji. Sedangkan diantara minyak atsiri yang diujikan, formula minyak atsiri campuran (mimba dan seraiwangi) konsentrasi 0.5% lebih efektif dalam mengurangi penyakit budok, namun efektivitasnya masih lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan perlakuan fungisida benomil 0,3% dan bubur bordo 0,1%. Aplikasi formula minyak atsiri secara signifikan tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan nilam, sehingga formula campuran (mimba dan seraiwangi) 0,5% dapat digunakan untuk mengontrol penyakit budok pada tanaman nilam.

Abstract

Mixed Geographically Weighted Regression (MGWR) is a method for analyzing spatial data in regression that produces local and global parameters. Parameter estimation using WLS with a fixed tricube weighting function. The object of research in this study is poor population (X1), female household heads (X2), the education (X3), individuals with disabilities (X4), individuals having chronic disease (X5), individuals works (X6), uninhabitable houses (X7), and low welfare status (Y). This reseach applied to the low welfare status (Y) of each district/town in Central Java in 2019, and produced local variables are X1, X3, X5 and global variables are X2, X4, X6, and X7. However, only X1, X4, and X7 have a significant effect on Y in each district/town in Central Java, and X3 has a significant effect on only a few districts/cities, the other, X2, X5, and X6 have no significant effect on the model. The predictor variable has an effect of 98.92% on the model while the remaining 1.18% affected by other factors. The MGWR method divides 2 groups based on significant variables, (a) The first, a district/town whose low welfare status affected by X1, X3, X4, X7 covering Cilacap, Purbalingga, Kendal, Batang, Brebes, Pekalongan Town, and Tegal Town, (b) The second, districts/town whose low welfare status affected by X1, X4, X7 covering Banjarnegara, Purworejo, Temanggung, Kudus, Wonosobo, Pekalongan, Pemalang, Jepara, Wonogiri, Boyolali, Tegal, Magelang, Sukoharjo, Banyumas, Grobogan,  Klaten, Karanganyar,  Kebumen, Blora,  Semarang Town, Pati, Sragen, Demak, Magelang Town, Salatiga Town, Surakarta Town, Semarang, and Rembang.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the values, attitudes, and behavior on rice consumption reduction in rural and urban areas. The research was conducted in the Cikarawang Village and Sempur Village, Bogor. The total samples were 109 housewives who were proportional randomly selected. Data was collected through self-report techniques and analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics (different test, correlation test, and regression test). The results showed that there were significant differences between values, attitudes (cognitive aspects, affective aspects, and conative aspects), and behavior of rice consumption reduction on consumers who live in rural and urban areas. The correlation test also showed that the values, attitudes, and behaviors of rice consumption reduction were correlated significant . Values and also the attitude of consumers influenced significantly on the behavior of rice consumption reduction.
