Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as mediation at PDAM Tirta Dharma Jepara. In this study the independent variables that affect employee performance is limited to motivation, work environment with the mediation variable is job satisfaction. The population in this study is the total employee PDAM Tirta Dharma Jepara, amounting to 130 people. And elected as many as 116 respondents are used as a sample. Data testing techniques used include validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with alpha cronbach, multiple regression analysis, and significance test of coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the hypothesis and mediation test. The result of the research shows that the ability of the model to explain correctly the effect of motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction is 64,3% on employee performance. While the other by 35,7% influenced by other variables. From the mediation test can be seen that job satisfaction mediate the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance.Keywords: motivation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Islamic work ethichs toward the relationship of Locus of Control and Self Efiicacy toward nurses performance. The writer uses purposive sampling method to take the sample from Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. The data tested in this research covers validity test with product moment, reliability test with alpha cronbach, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test for testing and proving the research hypothesis.Result from regression analysis t-test shows that (1) Locus of Control has influence toward performance, as strong as Locus of Control influence inside the nurse the nurse self,, her performance increases (2) Self Efficacy has influence toward performance, as strong as self efficacy influence inside the nurse self, her performance increase, (3) Locus of Control variable is as moderating variable, enhancement of Locus of Control suppearted by Islamic, (4) Self Efficacy variabel is not moderating variabel reduction of self Efficacy supported by Islamic work ethics will reduce the nurse performance.Keywords : Locus of Control, Self Efficacy, Islamic Work Ethics , Performance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menguji kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi, pengaruh Motivasi, Lingkungan kerja Terpersepsi terhadap Kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 130 orang karyawan. Hasilpenelitian menunjukan pada model regresi pertama adanya pengaruh positip dan signifikan antara variable Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja Terpersepsi terhadap Kepuasan kerja. Pada model regresi kedua menunjukan Motivasi, Lingkungan kerja Terpersepsi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh secara positip dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Pada regresi model pertama dan model kedua menujukan fit model. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian tersebut maka Kepuasan Kerja memenuhi persyaratan sebagai variable mediasi. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi pada peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Terpersepsi melalui Kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. Types of data used are primary data is data obtained directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. Population in this research is employees of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling technique with a total sample of 102 respondents. The Data collected were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, the reliability testing using cronbach alpha and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The test results obtained that there is a positive and significant influence of training on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of compensation on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of labor discipline on employee performance.Keywords: Training, Compensation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Motivation, Competence, and Work Environment, on Employee Performance at The Agency Staffing, Education and Training of Semarang City. The population in this study is the total number of employees amounted to 100 respondents. The data used are primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. The technique used for primary data collection is done by means of questionnaires to the respondents. The data collected in the analysis using factor analysis to test the validity of item statement, reliability testing using cronbach alpha, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. Test result obtained that there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of work competence on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of work perceived work environment on employee performance. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terpersepsi dan lingkungan terpersepsi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kanindo Makmur Jaya, Jepara yang dimediasi melalui motivasi kerja.. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada di PT. Kanindo Makmur Jaya kabupaten Jepara yang berjumlah 2100 orang. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil 100 orang. Metode pengujian menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menun- jukkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan terpersepsi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi; (2) Lingkungan kerja terpersepsi berpengaruh positif dan sinifikan terhadap Motivasi; (3) Kepemimpinan terpersepsi berpengruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja; (4) Lingkungan kerja terpersepsi berpengaruh positif dan sinifikan terhadap kinerja; (5) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan terpersepsi, lingkungan kerja terpersepsi, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress, work environment, and motivation on the performanceof employees of Dinas Sosial Kota Semarang. Types of data used are primary data is data obtained directlyfrom the original source of the questionnaire. Population in this research is employees of Dinas Sosial Kotasemarang. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling technique with a total sample 117respondents. The data collected were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of question items, thereliability testing using cronbach alpha, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. Regressiontesting result show that there are negative significant influence of work stress on employee performance, thereare positive significant influence of work environment on employee performance, and there is positivesignificant influence of motivation to employee performance.Keywords: Work Stress, Work Environment, Motivation, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research examined and analyzed the Effect of Leadership, Motivation to Employee Performance with the Organizational Commitment as a mediation.The object of this research was employees atthe village of Batang Subdistrict. All member of population became sample research. The collecting data using the quistioner. The amount of responden 98. The Questioner completed only 96 respondent, 2 questioner failed (missing data). After the data was collected the data was examined validity and realiability. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin kerja, Motivasi, Kompensasiterhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Obyek penelitian dalam penulisan ini adalah CV.Property. Teknik pengambilansampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah responden 109 orang.Alat analisis datayang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dimanasebelumnya dilakukan uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas. Adapun hasil penelitiannya adalah : (1) Disiplinberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin baik disiplin kerja dalam diri karyawan,maka kinerja karyawan juga semakin meningkat. (2) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjakaryawan, semakin tinggi motivasi dalam diri karyawan, maka kinerja karyawan juga semakin meningkat. (3)kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin tinggi kompensasi yangdiberikan, maka kinerja karyawan juga semakin meningkat.
