Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Indosat Persero Tbk Semarang (Indosat Ooredo Hutchison Pandanaran Outlet). As one of the important factors in human resources, employee performance plays a crucial role in achieving company goals. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 110 employees selected using purposive sampling techniques. The analysis methods include validity testing with factor analysis, reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha, and hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that leadership style, work environment, and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation, compensation and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Boga Makmur Gracia Kendal. The type of data used is primary data sourced from questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of PT. Boga Makmur Gracia Kendal. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 110. In this research the test equipment used was validity testing using factor analysis, reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha and also hypothesis testing using multiple linear aggression. The results of this research state that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of compensation, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Kubota Indonesia. The respondents of this study are all employees of PT. Kubota Indonesia, totaling 95 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling (census) and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to the employees of PT. Kubota Indonesia and analyzed using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh ROA, FDR dan NPF t tt t erhadap Capital Adequacy RatioPada Bank Umum Syariah Di Indonesia Yang Terdaftar Di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Periode 2018-2020 DenganSize Dan Dana Pihak Ketiga Sebagai Variabel Kontrol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Bank UmumSyariah yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan pada periode 2018-2020. Sampel yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah sebanyak 38 bank umum syariah dengan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakanadalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan Tahunan (Annual Report) Bank Umum Syariah diIndonesia pada periode 2018-2020. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa ROA, FDR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR).NPF berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Size berpengaruh positifdan tidak signifikan terhadap Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Dana Pihak Ketiga berpengaruh negatif dan tidaksignifikan terhadap Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR).

Abstract

The millennial generation is a demographic group born between 1980 – 2000. As a generation that has grown up with rapid technological development, millennials have unique patterns of digital entertainment and development, millennials have unique patterns of digital entertainment and social media consumption. Understanding their preferences in these area is importantan for entertainment industry in developing effective content and platform strategies. This Study aims to analyze the pattern of digital entertainment and social media consumption, as well as preference for interaktive content, trends, and potential involment in content creation among the millennial generation. This research used a quantitative approach by distributing online survey to 110 millennial respondens. The collected data includes the use of digital entertainment platforms, sosial media, preferences for interactive content and trends, as well as interst in content creation. This research result show that the most widely used digital entertainment platforms among millenials are YouTube, Netfix, and Instagram. Meanwhile the most popular social media platforms are instagram, TikTok, and twitter. Millennials also a high preference for interaktive content and following ternd. Futhermore, there is quite a large potential for millennials to be involved in entertainment conten creation, with a high interest in participating in relevant training. This study provides valuable insights into the patterns of digital entertainment and social media consumption, as well as the preference and potential for content creation among the millennial generatin. These findings can help the entertainment industry in designing content and platform strategies that are more tailored to the needs of the millennial audience.

Abstract

The World Economic Forum (WEF) has released the Global Gender Gap Report 2022. The report examines gender inequality in four areas, namely, political empowerment, economic participation and opportunities, educational attainment and health and survival. In this year's WEF report, Indonesia generally obtained a GII score of 0.697 and was ranked 92nd out of 146 countries. The aim of this service is to help empower women through outreach activities regarding the marketing of small business products in order to increase their role in helping the family economy. It is hoped that an understanding of marketing and its strategies will motivate the women of RW VI, Sampangan Village, Gadjah Mungkur District, Semarang City, to enter the business world. Abstract

ABSTRAK PT Bumi Perkasa Lancar Semarang merupakan produsen sepeda yang bertujuan untuk memproduksi sepeda berkualitas dengan harga terjangkau untuk menginspirasi hidup sehat dan aktif. Pabrik berlokasi di lokasi yang strategis di Kawasan Industri Terboyo Megah dan dekat dengan bandara internasional Ahmad Yani dan pelabuhan laut Tanjung Emas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasional, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT Bumi Perkasa Lancar Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu total sampling yang mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasional, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasional, kompensasi, kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACT PT Bumi Perkasa Lancar Semarang is a bicycle manufacturer that aims to produce quality bicycles at affordable prices to inspire healthy and active living. The factory is located in a strategic location in the Terboyo Megah Industrial Area and close to Ahmad Yani international airport and Tanjung Emas sea port. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership, organizational commitment, and compensation on employee performance at PT Bumi Perkasa Lancar Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is total sampling in which the entire population is sampled. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The research results show that leadership, organizational commitment and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Modal Psikologis, Motivasi dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Objek penelitian ini adalah Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 167 orang. Jenis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang berasal dari kuesioner, dengan mengguhnakan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan metode uji instrumen, analisis regresi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari uji data dan analisis yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Modal Psikologis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (3) Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The economic contraction due to the Covid-19 pandemic has caused millions of people to lose their jobs, causing the number of poverty rates to increase. The existence of this situation encourages people to think of ways to earn income by utilizing plants, leaves in the surrounding environment as a form of ecoprint business. This batik model is very environmentally friendly and does not cause water, soil or air pollution. This ecoprint can grow new and independent entrepreneurs by being provided with facilities and skills from creativity and potential in accordance with regional capabilities. The training was carried out in stages, namely the process of handling fabrics with the ngetel (cooking) technique; fabric handling process with mordanting technique; and ecoprint engineering processes. The results of this service activity show that housewives are able to produce fabric products with ecoprint techniques, and produce one community, namely the genuk people's batik studio. Service evaluation is carried out by monitoring the activities of participants after the training and seeing the final results of the fabrics modified by participants according to the expertise of each participant through the formation of a WhatsApp(WA) group.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Motivasi Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. Sampharindo Perdana. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 147 orang. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, dimana sebelumnya dilakukan uji Validitas, uji Realibilitas. Adapun hasil penelitiannya adalah : (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (3) Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan
