Abstract

Roads carrying capacity can be interpreted as a road capacity to support passing vehicles. This study was aimed to determine the priority of road handling at border of Depok City with South Jakarta by looking at the physical condition, road equipment and supporting facilities, costumer satisfaction and roads carrying capacity. Using descriptive analysis method for the physical conditions of roads and road equipment, CSI methods for the results of questionnaires and LoS for roads carrying capacity. The results showed that the road conditions in the category of moderate and lightly damaged conditions, conditions of road equipment and supporting facilities in South Jakarta were better than those on roads in Depok City and roads costumer satisfaction index in the category was less satisfied and quite satisfied. Roads carrying capacity at the border is in the fairly good to very bad category. The priority of road handling is determined, for roads at  Depok City are first priority for Margonda Road, second priority for Kukusan Raya Road and Tanah Baru Road and for roads at South Jakarta are first priority for Lenteng Agung Raya Road, second priority for Srengseng Sawah Road, third priority for Moh. Abstract

Urban expansion is a major driving force altering local and regional hydrology. To explore these environmental consequences of urbanization this research would like to forecast the land-use change and assesses the long-term runoff water through hydrologic modeling. To know the detrimental effects of future disasters, especially drought, flood, and tropical storms, this research provided by a simulation technique, and based on two skenarios. First, simulation with a land-use change skenario. Second, simulation without a land-use change skenario. It provided by some parameters such as characteristics of catchments, land use, contour, river, soil, infiltration, and rainfall intensity. The objective of using different skenario is to know what kind of hydrological responses. Moreover, the outcomes would indicate that land use and climate change would likely be subjected to impacts the tremendous loss of life and damage due to excessive runoff and flooding. This is the primary watershed that affects the greater Jakarta urban zone, which has had increasingly severe flooding annually impacting and displacing hundreds of thousands of people. However, urbanization will considerably increase runoff water. Finally, the results of this research would have significant implications to support decision-makers, academia, and the wider public in preparing urban planning, water resources management, development of better regulations and their effective implementations. The techniques described in this proposed research can be used in other areas.

Abstract

Bogor District consists 40 sub-districts and 483 villages, with development policy in the development of Metropolitan Jabodetabekpunjur, which makes the potential to grow rapidly. The increase of GRDP value is indirectly affected by the condition of economic activity, including the existence of economic facilities and infrastructures and its sustainability. The objectives of this research are to identify market development location (environmental aspect), to identify market development feasibility (economic aspect), and to draw up the concept of distributed market development (social aspect). This research uses the methodology of agency and field surveys, observations and interviews using descriptive analysis technique, scoring system, descriptive statistics and strategic decision making. The results obtained from this research: there are 26 sub-district traditional markets and 47 village traditional markets by lacks of 450 markets, under the category of 12 most feasible markets, 16 feasible markets, and 12 unfeasible markets; the first optimization model is achieved by Kemang sub-district while the second position is achieved by Dramaga sub-district and the third position is achieved by Ciawi sub-district; and the development in 2018-2038 by the highest population in Gunungputri and the lowest population in Cariu, under total needs of 280 markets and still lacks of 202 markets.

Abstract

Kota Sukabumi memiliki aset tanah yang dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung infrastruktur. Aset memiliki nilai ekonomis dan nilai komersial atau nilai pertukaran. Dalam pengadaan aset tanah harus disesuaikan dengan rencana pola ruang dalam peta RTRW. Pengeloaan aset yang buruk mengakibatkan banyak aset pemerintah hilang dan dipindahkan tangankan dengan cara dijual belikan secara ilegal.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu : 1). Membuat Sistem Informasi Aset Tanah untuk aset yang berfungsi umum dan khusus berbasiskan spasial, 2). Menghitung nilai asset tanah 3). Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai asset  tanah.Lokasi penelitian di Kota Sukabumi. Data yang digunakan berupa data aset, citra satelit resolusi tinggi, peta zona nilai tanah, peta administrasi Kota Sukabumi, peta Rencana Pola Ruang dan data penilain kondisi aset dengan variabel jarak ke CBD,aksesbilitas,fasilitas dan dilingkungan dari hasil survei lapangan.Perhitungan nilai aset menggunakan metode analisis spasial dengan menggunakan tool overlay,buffering, intercept dan query. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai tanah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Kota Sukabumi memiliki 582 aset berupa tanah, luas keseluruhan  229.015 Ha, dengan nilai aset rp. 5.141.005.001.480. dengan mengunakan perangkat lunak ArcGis 10.2. Variabel-variabel penelitian memberikan pengaruh yang kuat dan siginifican terhadap nilai tanah, dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar r = 0.74. Hasil hitungan regresi linier berganda didapatkan nilai intercept (Y) sebesar rp 1473954,915, nilai koefisien jarak ke CBD (X1) = rp - 563,134, artinya setiap kenaikan jarak dari CBD ke lokasi (X1) maka nilai tanah akan turun sebesar rp 563,134. Aksesbilitas (X2) = rp 547909,954,artinya setiap ada perubahan aksesbilitas maka nilai tanah akan naik  rp = 547909,854. Fasilitas (X3) = rp 3357,466, artinya setiap ada peningkatan fasilitas (X3),maka nilai tanah akan naik sebesar 3357,466, lingkungan (X4) = rp 99206,181, artinya setiap perbaikan limhkumah  (X4) maka nilai tanah akan naik sebesar rp 99206,181, variabel aksesbilitas memberikan pengaruh terbesar dan yang paling kecil variabel jarak ke CBD. Kata Kunci : nilai, regresi liner berganda, sebaran, pemetaan, prioritas.

Abstract

An assessment on Comparison of Illegal-Unreported-Unregulated (IUU) Fishing practices based on type of port in Jakarta Bay conducted on 8-12 February 2021 in 2 (two) classes of fishing port namely PPS (Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudra)   Nizam Zachman and PPN (Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara) Muara Angke. IUU Fishing violation practices is a fishing activity that is inconsistent and not in accordance with the conservation values and fisheries management, and violates international, regional, and national policies. Indonesia’s losses due to the practice of IUU fishing reach IDR 300 trillion annually or about 25% of Indonesia's total fishery potential. Aims of the assessment are to identify a violation rate of IUU Fishing, determine the value of IUU Fishing index and strategy for prevention and eradication of IUU Fishing practices in Jakarta Bay fishing port. Add the methods/analyse here … As a result of the studies showed that the highest of IUU Fishing violation rate occured at PPN Muara Angke which were about 184 of vessels compare with PPS Nizam Zachman which were only 63 vessels that contravene with rules. In addition, according to the index values of IUU Fishing at both fishing ports were moderate namely about 2,03 for PPS Nizam Zachman and 1,77 for PPN Muara Angke. Furthermore, based on the result of SWOT analysis that there are 3 (three) strategies to prevent and eradicate IUU Fishing practices consisted of: i) the strategy of optimization of integrated services which has a weight value of about 33,5%; ii) the strategy of establishment of law enforcement institution forum which has a weight value of about 31,3%; iii) the strategy of administration sanction for offender of unreported fishing which has a weight value of about 20,3%; and iv) the strategy of strengthening of vessels owner or patron (collectors) which has a weight value of about 15,0%

Abstract

Street vendors are one part of SMEs who have experienced the impact of Covid-19, inclusive of street vendors on Jalan Sukasari, Bogor City. The purpose of this study was to determine the most influential factors in recovery and resilience strategies, as well as street vendors in Sukasari street, Bogor City, and alternative recovery strategies for street vendors on Jalan Sukasari, Bogor City. Data collection was conducted by interviews and questionnaire filler by street vendors in Sukasari street. The research analysis used is the Fuzzy-Eckenrode approach analysis as one approach forMulti-Criteria Decision Making. The most influential factors on the resilience of street vendors in Sukasari street, Bogor city after the Covid-19 pandemic based on Fuzzy-Eckenrode analysis are work culture, leadership, and social networks. Alternative strategies based on Fuzzy-TOPSIS analysis are government assistance strategies, digital technology introduction strategies, and debt relief strategies.

Abstract

Wilayah Pengembangan (WP) Timur Kabupaten Bogor (7 kecamatan), memiliki posisi strategis dan mengalami perkembangan yang pesat serta sedang dalam proses pemekaran Kabupaten Bogor Timur. Penyelenggaraan infrastruktur jalan harus bisa mengantisipasi perkembangan suatu wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja jaringan jalan kabupaten di WP Timur berdasarkan Indeks Prasarana Jalan (IPJ) dan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Jalan. Gabungan berbagai aspek dari IPJ dan SPM Jalan menghasilkan 7 variabel penilaian kinerja jaringan jalan. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini dengan membuat perbandingan nilai dari 7 variabel pada eksisting jalan dengan nilai standar kinerja jalan yang ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) jaringan jalan kabupaten di WP Timur tidak memenuhi variabel aksesibilitas, kondisi jalan dan beban lalu-lintas rendah (2) Kinerja jalan per kecamatan sebagai berikut: Cariu memenuhi semua variabel penilaian. Sukamakmur dan Tanjungsari tidak memenuhi variabel mobilitas dan kondisi jalan. Jonggol tidak memenuhi variabel aksesibilitas dan kondisi jalan. Klapanunggal tidak memenuhi variabel aksesibilitas, mobilitas dan kondisi jalan. Gunung Putri dan Cileungsi tidak memenuhi variabel aksesibilitas, mobilitas dan kondisi jalan serta beban lalu-lintas rendah (3) Perlu adanya pembangunan jalan baru pada kecamatan yang belum memenuhi variabel aksesibilitas dan mobilitas (4) Diperlukan peningkatan kondisi jalan dan perawatan jalan untuk kecamatan yang belum memenuhi variabel kondisi jalan.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangannya, seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi online, layanan transportasi umum online (Ojol) mulai dirasakan yaitu Grab/Gojek. Pengaruh perkembangan Ojol di Kota Bogor tentunya akan berdampak pada tingkat pelayanan transportasi umum dan akan berdampak pada kondisi lingkungan dan kehidupan. Tujuan penelitian: 1. Mengidentifikasi kondisi perkembangan angkutan umum perkotaan tahun 2016-2021 dan pengaruhnya setelah adanya layanan ojek online di Kota Bogor; 2. Menganalisis besarnya nilai dan pengaruh perkembangan angkutan ojek online terhadap perilaku pelayanan angkutan umum perkotaan pasca walikota Kota Bogor dan mengkaji aspirasi masyarakat terhadap dampak ojol terhadap perilaku angkutan umum perkotaan; dan 3. Mengembangkan perilaku angkutan umum perkotaan di Kota Bogor dan dampaknya pasca beroperasinya ojek online. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan crosstab. Hasil kajian: 1) tahun 2016-2021 menunjukkan data jumlah angkutan umum kota menunjukkan data yang menurun yaitu pada tahun 2017-2020 terjadi penurunan jumlah angkutan umum kota secara drastis yaitu sebanyak 2.897 unit; 2) Hasil analisis tabulasi silang menunjukkan bahwa sebelum adanya layanan ojek online, layanan angkutan umum kota memang lebih buruk; dan 3) Kinerja perilaku pelayanan angkutan umum perkotaan akibat layanan ojek online.

Abstract

Berbagai kegiatan berkembang di kabupaten ini, mulai dari rumah tinggal atau villa, kemudian resort, berbagai tempat wisata, hotel dan penginapan muncul. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengantisipasi kecenderungan yang akan berkembang, perlu dikaji strategi pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang terbangun dalam upaya mengatur dan memperketat pembangunan, khususnya di daerah resapan air, secara lebih selektif, terutama dalam memberikan izin pembangunan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1). Menganalisis perubahan penggunaan lahan pada tahun 2015 dan 2022. 2). Menganalisis intensitas pemanfaatan ruang terbangun di Kecamatan Cisarua. 3). Merumuskan strategi pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang di Kecamatan Cisarua. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam perubahan penggunaan lahan pada tahun 2015 dan 2022 adalah SIG dan analisis deskriptif, analisis untuk mengetahui intensitas pemanfaatan ruang wilayah terbangun di kabupaten Cisarua dengan menggunakan model perhitungan KZT dari Perbup No. 92 tahun 2018 dan analisis deskriptif untuk merumuskan strategi pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang di kabupaten Cisarua dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Perubahan penggunaan lahan dari tahun 2015-2022 pada lahan terbangun di Kecamatan Cisarua seluas 56,62 Ha yang paling banyak mengalami peningkatan perubahan yaitu untuk bangunan rumah tinggal seluas 39,39 Ha dan perubahan non bangunan menjadi lahan terbangun pada kisaran tahun 2015-2022 sebesar 57,38 Ha.

Abstract

Traffic as part of transportation planning is a vital indicator of tourism development. Bogor Regency is one of the favorite tourist destinations in Jabodetabek. One of the tourist attractions in Bogor Regency is natural tourism around the Puncak Bogor area. This study aims to analyze land use around Jalan Cikereteg-Pancawati, analyze the performance and level of traffic service on the road, and conduct a SWOT analysis for traffic management strategies. The study used GIS to analyze changes in land use and analyzed the level of road service on Jalan Cikereteg-Pancawati. The traffic performance analysis was conducted by analyzing the volume values and degrees of saturation on Sundays and Thursdays. The land use analysis showed that the area is dominated by forests, plantations, and rice fields, indicating great potential as a tourist area. The traffic performance analysis revealed that Sundays have higher volume values and degrees of saturation than Thursdays, with the highest degree of saturation occurring on Sunday segment 3. The study concludes that the traffic management strategy for Jalan Cikereteg-Pancawati should focus on managing pavement repairs and road widening, providing bus and car parking, and utilizing available human resources and supporting regulations for the development of Bogor Regency as a natural tourism area. The study's findings suggest that effective traffic management is crucial for the sustainable development of natural tourism in Bogor Regency. The proposed traffic management strategies can help alleviate traffic congestion and improve the overall tourist experience, ultimately contributing to the region's economic growth and social well-being.
