Abstract

The Carocok Beach tourist area has tourism potential that can be developed because it is located on the coast and is easily accessible and close to the center of Painan city. This tourist area needs to consider its sustainability so that the next generation can enjoy it. The aim of this research is to analyze the sustainability status of the Carocok Painan Beach Area. The research method is qualitative and quantitative with the Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) analysis technique with the Rapid Appraisal Index Rap-fish modified into Rap-ecotourism. The sustainability status of the Carocok Painan Beach tourist area is included in the quite sustainable category with an average index value of 57.37. The index values for the 5 dimensions are the ecological dimension quite sustainable (56.16), the economic dimension quite sustainable (51.29), the social dimension quite sustainable (54.63), the infrastructure dimension quite sustainable (63.01), and the laws and institutions are quite sustainable (61.76).

Abstract

The supporting infrastructure for tourism in Hambalang Village and Tajur Village is still inadequate. This is evident from the lack of adequate tourist facilities and infrastructure, such as roads, parking lots, toilets, and other public facilities. The objectives of this research are: (1) To identify the distribution of tourist attractions and their potential to become prominent tourist destinations in Hambalang Village and Tajur Village, Citeureup District, and (2) To determine the needs for supporting tourism infrastructure in Hambalang Village and Tajur Village, Citeureup District. This research uses Likert data analysis techniques, descriptive analysis, and the miz method to achieve these objectives. The research results show that all tourist attractions in Hambalang and Tajur Villages have the highest potential for natural physical tourist attractions, with Agrowisata Villa Hambalang (2.25) ranking the highest. Based on the potential for artificial physical attractions, the highest scores are 129 Resto & Coffee (2.53). The infrastructure prioritized for development in Hambalang Village based on the IPA analysis results are: (1) Signposts or directions, (2) Gazebos (shelters), and (3) Individual/family seating areas. Meanwhile, the infrastructure prioritized for development in Tajur Village based on the IPA analysis results are: (1) Provision of road networks, (2) Signposts or directions, (3) Eating places, (4) Provision of electricity networks, (5) Provision of clean water networks, and (6) Provision of telecommunication networks. With the right infrastructure development, the tourism potential in Hambalang and Tajur Villages can be optimized, thus attracting more tourists and boosting the local economy.

Abstract

Congestion is one of the problems that often occurs in several areas, such as the Damage Circle Line Intersection. This research aims to identify the causes of traffic problems, the characteristics of traffic movements, and the level of service in the area. The research method was carried out by collecting related data from the results of literature studies, agency surveys, and observations. There are several transportation problems at the Damage Circle Line Intersection. The Damage Circle Line Intersection has transportation problems because of the road capacity and vehicle and other commonly known as conflict points. In addition, the traffic light is not functioning properly, and the level of road service is quite low, indicating that road service is quite high, while the travel speed is low.

Abstract

South Tangerang City, a rapidly growing buffer zone for DKI Jakarta, faces increasing demands for spaces for economy, ecology, social interaction, sports, and recreation. To address this, expanding Public Green Open Space (GOS) is crucial. GOS serves ecological, social, cultural, aesthetic, and economic functions in urban planning. This study aims to: 1) analyze the adequacy and location of existing Public GOS in relation to the Spatial Plan (RTRW); 2) assess the potential land for additional GOS; and 3) formulate a strategy to increase the GOS area to 20% of the total city area. Using remote sensing, Weighted Sum Overlay, Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP), and SWOT analysis, the results show that the current GOS area is 14.77% below the target, lacking 2,434 hectares to meet the 3,297-hectare target. The existing GOS covers 5.23% or 866 hectares. The potential to expand the GOS by 15.40% (2,539 hectares) would bring the total to 20.64% or 3,402 hectares. A defensive strategy is recommended to reduce weaknesses and avoid threats, including revising the RTRW to allocate at least 20% for Public GOS, creating regulations for green infrastructure and buildings, and promoting green economy programs.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan Kota Bogor yang merupakan salah satu KSN Jabodetabekpunjur semakin berkembang baik dari pertumbuhan penduduk dan perkembangan fisik wilayah yang menyebabkan aktivitas didalamnya semakin meningkat. Peningkatan aktivitas ini selaras dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan transportasi Kota Bogor dimana saat ini kendaraan didominasi oleh kendaraan pribadi. Konsep pengembangan kawasan berorientasi transit atau Transit Oriented Development menjadi solusi dalam pengembangan kawasan yang mengintegrasikan pusat kegiatan dan jaringan angkutan umum. Kota Bogor dalam Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 55 Tahun 2018 dan Peraturan Daerah Kota Bogor No 6 Tahun 2021 menetapkan pengembangan berorientasi transit skala kota pada kawasan Terminal Baranangsiang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Mengidentifikasi eksisting kawasan TOD Terminal Baranangsiang Kota Bogor, dan 2) Menilai kesiapan teknis kawasan TOD Terminal Baranangsiang Kota Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis secara deskriptif dan spasial terkait kebijakan yang mendukung pada lokasi eksisting dan menggambarkan kondisi eksisting lokasi secara aktual, serta menganalisis secara deskriptif dan melakukan pengukuran menggunakan rating scale terhadap variabel kawasan TOD untuk mengukur kesiapan Kawasan Terminal Baranangsiang sebagai kawasan TOD. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Kawasan Terminal Baranangsiang telah didukung beberapa kebijakan yang dapat mendorong sebagai kawasan berorientasi transit. Dilihat dari lokasinya, Kawasan Terminal Baranangsiang sangat strategis, sudah didukung oleh sistem transportasi dan pemanfaatan lahan yang sangat cocok dikembangkan sebagai kawasan berorientasi transit. Dilihat dari kesiapannya, kesiapan Kawasan Terminal Baranangsiang dirinci dari bloknya adalah blok A 67%, blok B 75%, blok C 72%, dan blok D 64% sebagai kawasan Transit Oriented Development. ABSTRACT The development of Bogor City, which is one of the Jabodetabekpunjur KSN, is growing both from population growth and physical development of the area which causes activities in it to increase. This increase in activity is in line with the increasing transportation needs of Bogor City where currently vehicles are dominated by private vehicles. The concept of transit-oriented development is a solution in developing areas that integrate activity centres and public transport networks. Bogor City in the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 55 of 2018 and Bogor City Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2021 stipulates city-scale transit-oriented development in the Baranangsiang Terminal area. The objectives of this research are 1) Identify the existing Baranangsiang Terminal TOD area in Bogor City, and 2) Assessing the technical readiness of the Baranangsiang Terminal TOD area in Bogor City. The method used in this research is descriptive and spatial analysis related to policies that support the existing location and describe the actual existing conditions of the location, as well as descriptive analysis and measurement using a rating scale on TOD area variables to measure the readiness of the Baranangsiang Terminal Area as a TOD area. The results of this study are that the Baranangsiang Terminal Area has been supported by several policies that can encourage it as a transit-oriented area. Judging from its location, the Baranangsiang Terminal Area is very strategic, already supported by a transport system and land use that is very suitable to be developed as a transit-oriented area. Judging from its readiness, the readiness of the Baranangsiang Terminal Area detailed from its blocks is block A 67%, block B 75%, block C 72%, and block D 64% as a Transit Oriented Development area.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Jalan Lingkar Dramaga Kabupaten Bogor merupakan jalur strategis yang menghubungkan pusat ekonomi, pendidikan, dan permukiman. Keberadaan jalan strategis ini mendorong terjadinya konversi lahan pertanian menjadi permukiman dan kawasan komersial di sepanjang jalan. Urbanisasi tidak hanya meningkatkan kebutuhan infrastruktur dan layanan jasa, tetapi juga menimbulkan tantangan terhadap daya dukung lingkungan, seperti kapasitas resapan air dan ketersediaan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH). Pergeseran fungsi lahan di satu sisi berdampak pada perubahan ekonomi dengan meningkatnya sektor perdagangan dan jasa, tetapi juga berpotensi menimbulkan kemacetan dan risiko sosial di sisi lainnya. Undang-Undang No. 26 Tahun 2007 dan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bogor No. 11 Tahun 2016 menekankan keseimbangan antara pembangunan fisik dan pelestarian lingkungan, meskipun implementasinya masih menghadapi kendala koordinasi dan pengawasan. Penelitian ini menganalisis perkembangan lahan dan bangunan serta merumuskan arahan pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang yang berkelanjutan. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta kunjungan ke instansi terkait. Metode penelitian mencakup analisis overlay, intensitas pemanfaatan ruang, dan tata bangunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan sektor perdagangan dan jasa serta kepadatan bangunan, yang memicu kemacetan dan penurunan kualitas lingkungan. Kesesuaian pemanfaatan ruang pada tahun 2018 dan 2024 mengalami peningkatan, tetapi masih terdapat ketidaksesuaian di zona pertanian dan tanah kosong yang dapat dikembangkan. Arahan pengendaliannya antara lain diperlukan pembatasan pembangunan, pengawasan kegiatan perdagangan, penambahan infrastruktur, serta persyaratan izin yang lebih ketat guna memastikan pemanfaatan ruang yang terkontrol dan sesuai RTRW di setiap segmen.  Kata Kunci: Lahan, Pemanfaatan Ruang, Pengendalian, Perencanaan   ABSTRACT Dramaga Ring Road in Bogor Regency is a strategic route that connects economic, educational, and residential centers. The existence of this strategic road encourages the conversion of agricultural land into settlements and commercial areas along the road. Urbanization does not only increase the need for infrastructure and services, but also poses challenges to the carrying capacity of the environment, such as water absorption capacity and the availability of Green Open Space. The shift in land use on the one hand has an impact on economic change with an increase in the trade and service sector, but also has the potential to cause congestion and social risks on the other. Law No. 26 of 2007 and Bogor District Regional Regulation No. 11 of 2016 emphasize the balance between physical development and environmental preservation, although their implementation still faces coordination and supervision constraints. This research analyzes the development of land and buildings and formulates directions for sustainable space utilization control. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and visits to relevant agencies. Research methods included overlay analysis, space utilization intensity, and building codes. The results show an increase in the trade and service sector and building density, which triggered congestion and decreased environmental quality. The suitability of space utilization in 2018 and 2024 has increased, but there are still discrepancies in the agricultural zone and vacant land that can be developed. The control directions include the need for development restrictions, supervision of trade activities, additional infrastructure, and stricter permit requirements to ensure controlled development following the spatial plan in each segment.   Keywords: Controlling, Land, Planning, Space Utilization

Abstract

ABSTRAK Jalan Raya Cijulang di Kecamatan Cijulang, Kabupaten Pangandaran merupakan jalan arteri primer berstatus nasional yang berperan penting sebagai jalur utama menuju kawasan wisata dan penghubung antarkota melalui Bandara Nusawiru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi sarana dan prasarana jalan serta menilai tingkat pelayanan menggunakan metode Level of Service (LOS) berdasarkan standar PKJI 2023. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi perhitungan volume lalu lintas, kapasitas jalan, dan derajat kejenuhan (degree of saturation) dengan membandingkan antara hari kerja dan hari libur pada jam sibuk. Selain itu, dilakukan analisis deskriptif terhadap persepsi masyarakat melalui kuesioner yang menilai kenyamanan, keamanan, dan kelancaran lalu lintas. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa pada hari kerja volume lalu lintas sebesar 1.083 smp/jam dengan tingkat pelayanan LOS C, sedangkan pada hari libur volume meningkat menjadi 1.264 smp/jam tetapi dengan tingkat pelayanan LOS C, yang mengindikasikan peningkatan kepadatan volume kendaraan akibat meningkatnya aktivitas wisata. Berdasarkan persepsi masyarakat, mayoritas responden mengeluhkan kemacetan pada akhir pekan dan minimnya fasilitas pendukung keselamatan. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan kapasitas jalan, perbaikan fasilitas pendukung, serta manajemen lalu lintas yang lebih optimal. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pemerintah daerah dalam perencanaan peningkatan infrastruktur dan sistem transportasi yang lebih efektif untuk mendukung perkembangan pariwisata dan ekonomi di wilayah Cijulang.   Kata Kunci: Jalan, Lalu lintas, LOS, Pelayanan, Prasarana   ABSTRACT Jalan Raya Cijulang, located in Cijulang District, Pangandaran Regency, is a national primary arterial road that plays a vital role as the main route to tourist destinations and as an intercity connector via Nusawiru Airport. This study aims to identify the condition of road facilities and assess its service level using the Level of Service (LOS) method based on PKJI 2023 standards. The analytical methods include calculations of traffic volume, road capacity, and degree of saturation, comparing data between a weekday and a weekend during peak hours. Additionally, a descriptive analysis of public perception was conducted through questionnaires evaluating comfort, safety, and traffic flow. The survey results show that on weekdays, the traffic volume was 1,083 pcu/hour with a LOS C, while on weekends, it increased to 1,264 pcu/hour, but still remained at LOS C. This indicates increased traffic density due to heightened tourism activities. Based on public perception, most respondents reported congestion during weekends and a lack of adequate safety-supporting facilities. The study concludes that improvements in road capacity, supporting infrastructure, and traffic management are necessary. These findings are expected to provide input for local governments in planning more effective infrastructure and transportation systems to support tourism and economic development in the Cijulang area.   Keywords:Infrastructure, LOS , Road, Service, Traffic

Abstract

Terminal Bojonggede merupakan terminal penumpang tipe C yang terletak di Kecamatan Bojonggede, Kabupaten Bogor, dan termasuk ke dalam kawasan pengembangan pusat pelayanan wilayah sesuai RTRW Kabupaten Bogor Tahun 2024-2044. Terminal ini memiliki peran strategis karena terletak di wilayah penyangga Ibu Kota dan berfungsi sebagai simpul penting dalam mendukung mobilitas harian masyarakat, khususnya pengguna Commuter Line. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana serta menganalisis persepsi dan harapan masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan Terminal Bojonggede. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dengan pengelola, dan kuesioner kepada masyarakat dan para pengguna Terminal. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terminal Bojonggede belum sepenuhnya memenuhi standar pelayanan penyelenggaraan yang berlaku. Secara keseluruhan, Terminal Bojonggede masih memerlukan peningkatan pada beberapa aspek-aspek fasilitas seperti fasilitas keselamatan jalan, fasilitas keamanan, petugas operasional, toilet, dan tempat parkir kendaraan umum dan pribadi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis persepsi dan harapan masyarakat, kualitas pelayanan Terminal Bojonggede dinilai masih belum sepenuhnya optimal. Dari enam variabel utama, hanya variabel kemudahan yang masuk ke dalam kategori sangat layak, sedangkan variabel keselamatan, kehandalan, dan kenyamanan dikategorikan kurang layak, serta variabel keamanan dinilai yang paling tidak layak.    Kata Kunci: fasilitas, kualitas infrastruktur, standar pelayanan, terminal   ABSTRACTBojonggede Terminal is a Type C passenger terminal located in Bojonggede District, Bogor Regency, and is included within the regional service center development area according to the Bogor Regency Spatial Plan (RTRW) 2024–2044. This terminal plays a strategic role due to its location in the buffer zone of the national capital and functions as an important node in supporting daily mobility, particularly for Commuter Line users. This study aims to identify the availability of facilities and infrastructure and to analyze public perceptions and expectations regarding the service quality of Bojonggede Terminal. Data were collected through field observations, interviews with terminal management, and questionnaires distributed to the public and terminal users. The data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The results indicate that Bojonggede Terminal has not yet fully met the applicable service standards for terminal operations. Overall, the terminal still requires improvements in several facility aspects, including road safety facilities, security facilities, operational personnel, toilets, and parking areas for both public and private vehicles. Based on the analysis of public perceptions and expectations, the service quality of Bojonggede Terminal is considered not yet fully optimal. Of the six main variables assessed, only the Ease of Use variable falls into the very adequate category, while the Safety, Reliability, and Comfort variables are categorized as inadequate, and Security is considered the least adequate.   Keywords: facilities, infrastructure quality, service standards, terminal

Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan lalu lintas sering terjadi di kota-kota besar, salah satunya di Simpang Sawangan Permai, Kecamatan Sawangan, Kota Depok yang memiliki tingkat kepadatan cukup tinggi. Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk sejalan dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan transportasi, sehingga menimbulkan ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah kendaraan dengan kapasitas jalan yang tersedia dan berujung pada kemacetan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi simpang dan menilai kinerja simpang serta faktor penyebab kemacetan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi langsung melalui traffic counting. Metode analisis  yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, meliputi analisis volume lalu lintas, kapasitas simpang serta kinerja simpang menggunakan acuan PKJI 2023, serta analisis deskriptif pengaruh penggunaan lahan terhadap transportasi berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas simpang sebenarnya sebesar 2.109 SMP/jam pada jam puncak pagi dengan qtotal 1953 SMP/jam. Nilai DJ sebesar 0,93 melebihi kriteria simpang >0,85 sehingga simpang dianggap tidak memadai. Nilai tundaan sebesar 16,44 SMP/detik menunjukkan rata-rata kendaraan mengalami keterlambatan. Peluang antrean berada pada rentang 34,48%–67,83%, yang mengindikasikan hampir dua pertiga kendaraan akan mengalami tingkat kerawanan antrean sedang hingga tinggi. Faktor hambatan samping dipengaruhi oleh aktivitas komersial seperti perdagangan, parkir kendaraan, serta pergerakan pejalan kaki di sekitar simpang.   Kata Kunci: kemacetan, kinerja simpang, simpang   ABSTRACT Traffic problems often occur in major cities, one of which is at the Sawangan Permai Intersection, Sawangan District, Depok City, which has a relatively high level of density. The increase in population is in line with the increasing need for transportation, resulting in an imbalance between the number of vehicles and the available road capacity, which leads to congestion. This study aims to determine the condition of the intersection and assess the intersection performance as well as the factors causing congestion. The data collection method used was direct observation through traffic counting. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive quantitative, including analysis of traffic volume, intersection capacity, and intersection performance using the PKJI 2023 as a reference, as well as descriptive analysis of the influence of land use on transportation based on previous studies.The results of the analysis show that the actual intersection capacity is 2.109 pcu/hour during the morning peak hour with a total flow (qtotal) of 1.953 pcu/hour. The degree of saturation (DS) value is 0,93, exceeding the intersection criteria of >0,85, so the intersection is considered inadequate. The delay value of 16,44 sec/pcu indicates that vehicles experience delays. The queue probability is in the range of 34,48%–67,83%, which indicates that nearly two-thirds of vehicles will experience a moderate to high level of queuing probability. Side friction factors are influenced by commercial activities such as trading, vehicle parking, and pedestrian movements around the intersection.   Keywords: Traffic Congestion, Intersection Performance, Intersection

Abstract

Tingginya mobilitas masyarakat di Kota Bogor mendorong perlunya peningkatan konektivitas antar moda transportasi, khususnya antara Stasiun Bogor dan Stasiun Paledang. Pembangunan skybridge diusulkan sebagai solusi untuk menghubungkan kedua stasiun secara langsung dan aman bagi pejalan kaki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi eksisting di kawasan sekitar stasiun serta menganalisis persepsi masyarakat terhadap rencana pembangunan skybridge. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada masyarakat dan pengguna transportasi kereta api. Persepsi masyarakat dianalisis menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur tingkat tanggapan terhadap aspek kenyamanan, keamanan, aksesibilitas, dan efisiensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi eksisting masih belum mendukung konektivitas yang layak, dengan jalur pejalan kaki yang sempit dan kurang aman. Sebagian besar responden memberikan penilaian positif terhadap rencana pembangunan skybridge, menunjukkan harapan besar terhadap peningkatan kualitas perjalanan dan integrasi moda transportasi kereta api. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi dasar pertimbangan bagi pihak terkait dalam proses perencanaan dan implementasi infrastruktur.
