Abstract

Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia telah meluncurkan Program MB-KM untuk perguruan tinggi yang terdiri atas 8 skema. Beberapa diantara skema tersebut telah dilakasanakan dan terus berproses di Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang. Khusus untuk skema Membangun Desa dan Kewirausahaan, UNIMEN telah mengimplentasikan ke dalam program EKKN tematik yang telah berlansung selama 2 periode. Namun belum pernah diadakan sebuah penelitian untuk mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi kegiatan tersebut berdampak baik bagi mahasiswa, dosen, ataupun perguruan tinggi itu sendiri. Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi diadakannya penelitian ini. Adapun luaran kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu menghasilkan artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal nasional bereputasi. Hasil peneltian ini pun diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat baik di bidang pendidikan, social, dan ekonomi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan berupa edukasi kepada siswa melalui Pelaksanaan Bimbingan Konseling Kelompok Dengan Teknik Solution Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) Pada Siswa di Pesantren Darul fala Enrekang. Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan abdi masyarakat ini adalah siswa yang mengalami problematika perilakuan menyimpang seperti bullying yang masih dilakukan oleh sesama santri didalam kelas maupun dalam berkehidupan di asrama. Ketersediaan tenaga ahli dari rekan-rekan dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang, dan juga guru-guru yang ada di Pondok Pesantren darul fala Enrekang, sehingga terlaksana kegiatan tersebut dengan baik. Manfaat yang didapatkan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah adanya perubahan perilaku membully yang terjadi pada peserta didik di Darul Falah setelah diberikan tindakan menggunakan konseling kelompok dengan menggunakan pendekatan SFBC kemudian dapat mengedukasi siswa dan juga dapat mengurang perilaku membully dari sebelum diberi perlakuan masih sering terjadi perilaku tersebut dan setelah diberi perilaku perilaku tersebut sudah mulai berkurang.

Abstract

Bimbingan dan konseling adalah proses interaksi antara konselor dengan klien baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dalam rangka memecahkan permasalahan yang sedang dialami oleh siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling secara tatap muka terbatas untuk memaksimalkan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah pada masa pandemic yang dilaksankan di salah satu SMP di Kabupaten Enrekang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP 3 Enrekang. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan tatap muka terbatas yang dilakukan oleh guru BK dimasa pandemic memberi dampak yang signifikan kepada siswa. Keaktifan dan komunikasi yang dilakukan secara langsung dengan memerhatikan protokol kesehatan, membantu guru dalam menanamkan karakter bagi anak dalam pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling tatap muka terbatas.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) in order to synthesize the literature and formulate a physical education learning model to improve junior high school students’ flexibility in floor exercises. The method used is a systematic literature review based on the analysis of six selected relevant journal articles. The process involved extracting key findings related to the importance of flexibility, learning challenges faced by junior high school students, the effectiveness of teaching methods and styles, as well as the influence of motivation. The synthesis results confirm that flexibility is crucial for floor exercise movements (such as backbends and forward rolls), and that junior high school students face both physical and psychological challenges. The literature highlights the effectiveness of various approaches, such as the use of media, practice style, and peer tutoring, along with the importance of motivation. These findings provide the conceptual foundation for designing the model. The conclusion of this study is that the synthesis of SLR findings offers a solid basis for formulating an adaptive and effective learning model to improve junior high school students’ flexibility in floor exercises through a comprehensive approach that considers both physical and psychological aspects.

Abstract

Studi kelayakan syariah dan konvensional berbeda dalam prinsip penilaian. Syariah menggabungkan aspek finansial (NPV, profitabilitas) dengan prinsip Islam (larangan riba, gharar), sementara konvensional hanya berfokus pada keuntungan dan risiko ekonomi. Perbedaan utama terletak pada kerangka nilai dan kepatuhan syariah. Pemahaman ini penting bagi investor dalam memilih analisis yang sesuai.

Abstract

Pinched nerves are a disease experienced by many people in Indonesia. Most suffer during the productive age period of 30-60 years. Sufferers of a pinched nerve will experience that if a pinched nerve occurs in the lower back, there will be sharp pain in one part of the waist, groin, legs, feet, hips or buttocks, and even numbness in the back of the calf or sole of the foot. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of regular swimming on reducing pain in people with pinched nerves. This research design uses direct demonstration and the sampling technique uses incidental sampling. The results of this study were that there was an effect of regular swimming on reducing pinched nerve pain from an initial VAS score of 8 (controlled severe pain) to 2 (mild pain). The conclusions in this study show a significant increase in pain reduction, which is expected in cases of pinched nerves or HNP and good treatment with regular swimming.

Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia memainkan peran penting dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan sebagai alat komunikasi di Indonesia. Sebagai bahasa pengantar dalam pendidikan, bahasa ini memfasilitasi penyebaran pengetahuan melalui buku pelajaran dan jurnal ilmiah, serta menciptakan istilah baru dari konsep asing. Di sisi sosial, bahasa Indonesia berfungsi sebagai simbol identitas nasional yang menyatukan keberagaman budaya dan suku. Maka fungsi bahasa secara ekspresif, konatif, referensial, dan estetis itu menguatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dengan hiruk-pikuk kesenian dan pendidikan. Akan tetapi, bahasa Indonesia dihadapkan pada masalah, seperti pengaruh bahasa asing dan rendahnya kualitas pendidikan bahasa. Namun di tengah-tengah kondisi tersebut juga tersedia peluang inovasi kurikulum, pengembangan kebudayaan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa

Abstract

Education is very important as one of the main foundations in developing human potential has a significant impact on the progress of a country. The future of the nation depends on the quality of education applied in the current era. High quality education can be realized if educational institutions seriously pay attention to the quality of education. The decline in the quality of education in Indonesia occurs in the input and process aspects of education. One of the causes is the lack of quality, competence, and professionalism of the majority of madrasah principals. Therefore, an important step to improve the quality of education is to empower the role of madrasah principals. Madrasah principals have a central role as a driver of overall school productivity activities that depend heavily on the quality of leadership of the madrasah principal. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the role of madrasah principals in improving the quality of education in (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah ‎Nurul Ihsan Village ‎Mangun Jayo District Tebo Tengah Regency Tebo. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects involved the Principal, Islamic Religious Education Teachers, Students, and parents. Data were collected through observation and interviews. The data were analyzed qualitatively descriptively using reduction methods, data review, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the role of the principal in improving the quality of education is carried out through several efforts, such as developing curriculum administration, facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and community participation. Inhibiting factors include a lack of personnel appropriate to the subjects taught and a lack of professionalism of teachers in making plans. Supporting factors include new ideas in creating a good learning atmosphere.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of center-based learning in kindergarten institutions located in Tebo Tengah District. This research employed a qualitative approach, focusing on data related to the administration of the center learning model, the stages of center learning, the implementation of center activities, and children’s developmental progress achieved through the learning process. The objects of this study consisted of two institutions in one district, namely TK Al-Azhar Tebo and TK Alhimmah Muara Tebo. The subjects included teachers, principals, and students. Data collection techniques involved passive participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the kindergartens in Tebo Tengah District implement center-based learning using the three play scaffolding stages: pre-play scaffolding, during-play scaffolding, and post-play scaffolding. However, each institution shows differences in the execution of center learning, time allocation, and teacher assignments.
