Abstract

Quadrocopter is an aerial vehicle platform that has become very popular among researchers from the past because it has advantages compared to conventional helicopters. The quadrocopter design is very simple and unique but seen from an unstable aerodynamic standpoint. From existing research, researchers have proposed many control system designs for quadrocopter. In this study, the author presents a fuzzy logic controller for quadrocopter. The method in this research is by designing hardware. After that the design for fuzzy controllers. Then the designed fuzzy controller is tested in the Hardware In Loop (HIL) setting. The experimental results and validation of the controller application functions are considered satisfactory and it is concluded that it is possible to stabilize quadrocopter with fuzzy logic controller.

Abstract

On April 19, 2020, the Republican Covid Task Force declared that the Covid-19 pandemic was a national disaster in Indonesia. At that time it was confirmed that there were 6575 cases and an increase of 5.23% compared to the previous day, then there were 5307 people in treatment which increased by 5.55% compared to the previous day, it was reported that 582 people died, which increased by 8.79 % compared to the previous day, and 686 recovered patients. WHO reports that the case fatality rate (CFR) or the death rate of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia reached 8.3%, which is twice the world's CFR. In this study, the main focus is to detect masks and body temperature used by visitors with various variations of masks on the market today, and next is to control the servo motor according to the detection conditions whether using a mask in real-time. Based on research on the system that has been tested, it shows that the components used to generate heat are very effectively used and can work as expected, and the MobilenetV2 method applied to the Raspberry Pi as the brain of the system can work as expected and has an accuracy rate of 99%. The AMG8833 sensor can read effectively at a maximum distance of 30 cm, the temperature reading deviation level is 0.1⁰C.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a very high level of vulnerability to disasters. Disasters that have often occurred in Indonesia have caused significant loss of life and material. Students as agents of change need to have good knowledge of disaster preparedness in order to provide positive changes to the community regarding disaster preparedness. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of knowledge of PGRI Semarang University students regarding disaster preparedness through the effective use of floating excavators. The method used in this research is descriptive analytic. The sample in this study were PGRI University students who met the inclusion criteria set by the researcher. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using univariate analysis which was carried out on the characteristics of the respondents, namely age and gender and categorical variables, namely knowledge using percentage and proportion sizes. The results showed that as many as 207 (65.1%) respondents had an increased and good level of knowledge regarding disaster preparedness through the effective use of floating excavators. The conclusions obtained from the results of this study are that the students of PGRI Semarang University already have a good level of knowledge which may be caused by disaster preparedness training through the effective use of floating excavators. Therefore, the floating excavator is one of the tools that can be used in disaster management that students can learn.

Abstract

Penggunaan bahan bakar minyak di Indonesia mengalami kenaikan pada setiap tahun. Kementrian ESDM menyatakan bahwa pada tahun 2023 penggunaan bahan bakar minyak mencapai 505 juta barel atau 80 juta kiloliter. Penggunaan hidrogen sebagai sumber energi pada alat las HHO dapat berpotensi untuk mengurangi emisi karbon sekaligus meningkatkan efisiensi energi. Metode yang dipakai untuk menghasilkan gas HHO salah satunya yaitu dengan menggunakan generator HHO tipe kering dry cell dan memakai plat stainless steel 316 sebagai elektroda. Untuk metode ini, sistem yang digunakan yaitu penguraian air (H2O) menjadi gas hidrogen (H) dan oksigen (O2) melalui proses elektrolisis dengan bantuan elektrolit. Penggunan HHO pada alat las memiliki beberapa kelebihan, seperti api yang menyala lebih panas dan stabil serta kemampuan untuk memotong dan menyambung logam dengan presisi tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Laju produksi gas dari generator HHO berdasarkan variasi persentase katalis serta pengaruh perbedaan ampere terhadap laju produksi gas generator HHO. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode triangulasi (integratif), dengan analisis bersifat induktif maupun kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi persentase katalis, semakin besar laju produksi gas. Konsentrasi katalis kalium hidroksida sebesar 1,5% menghasilkan laju produksi optimal dibandingkan dengan konsentrasi 0,5% dan 1%. Semakin besar volume air, semakin lama waktu yang diperlukan untuk melarutkan larutan elektrolit sebagai konduktor arus listrik. Peningkatan kandungan KOH dalam air meningkatkan konduktivitas listrik, sehingga larutan elektrolit menjadi lebih jenuh dan pekat. Selain itu, semakin tinggi arus ampere, semakin tinggi laju produksi gas, dengan ampere 30A menghasilkan produktivitas brown’s gas tertinggi dibandingkan 25A dan 20A. Hal ini disebabkan oleh peningkatan jumlah dan kepadatan muatan elektron yang mempercepat pencapaian elektroda dan pembentukan gelembung gas hidrogen. Penambahan KOH (kalium hidroksida) menyebabkan perubahan warna pada larutan elektrolisis HHO, semakin banyak KOH yang digunakan, senakin pekat pula warna larutannya. Peningkatan arus Listrik (ampare) serta penambahan katalis dapat mempercepat proses pembentukan gelembung gas HHO, sehingga bisa menghasilkan lidah api lebih Panjang untuk pengelasan.
