Abstract

Latar belakang: knee Joint atau sendi lutut merupakan salah satu sendi terbesar dalam tubuh, sendi ini merupakan sendi yang kompleks. Osteoarthritis merupakan kelainan sendi degenerasi non inflamasi yang terjadi pada sendi yang dapat digerakkan dan sendi penopang berat badan dengan gambaran khas memburuknya rawan sendi. Salah satu penanganan pada gangguan sendi menggunakan arthroscopy. Arthroscopy adalah prosedur pembedahan yang progresnya dapat dilihat melalui pemeriksaan radiografi. Pemeriksaan radiografi knee joint pada kasus osteoarthritis menggunakan proyeksi anteroposterior (AP) weight bearing dan lateral. Sedangkan di RS Ortopedi Prof Dr. R Soeharso Surakarta pemeriksaan knee joint pada kasus Osteoarthritis menggunakan proyeksi AP Standing, Lateral Standing dan tambahan Proyeksi Skyline. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui informasi anatomi penggunaan proyeksi skyline pada post arthoscopy dan alasan penggunaan proyeksi skyline pada pemeriksaan knee joint dengan kasus osteoarthritis. Subyek dan metode: subyek penelitian ini adalah satu orang petugas operator, dua orang radiografer dan satu orang ahli radiologi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi di Instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof. Dr. R Soeharso Surakarta dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan hasil wawancara di buat transkrip wawancara, reduksi data, tabel kategorisasi, koding terbuka, dan dibuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian: informasi anatomi penggunaan proyeksi skyline pada pemeriksaan knee joint post arthroscopy adalah osteoarthritis genu dextra Grade 4 dengan pembentukan osteofit prominent pada condylus medialis et lateralis os femur et tibia, juga pada os. patella dengan penyempitan joint space, deformitas dan fusi serta subchondral cyst. Alasan pemeriksaan knee joint pada kasus post arthroscopy di Instalasi radiologi RS Ortopedi Surakarta menggunakan proyeksi skyline adalah dapat menampakkan celah sendi, dan memperlihatkan ada tidaknya iregularitas pada permukaan sendi antara tulang tibia dan patella.   Kata kunci: arthroscopy, joint, knee, osteoarthritis   Background: the knee joint is one of the largest joints in the body, a complex joint. Osteoarthritis is a noninflammatory degenerative joint disorder that occurs in movable joints and weight support joints with a typical picture of worsening joint proneness. One treatment for joint disorders is using arthroscopy. Arthroscopy is a surgical procedure whose progress can be seen through radiographic examination. Knee joint radiographic examination of osteoarthritis cases using an anterior (AP) weight bearing and lateral projection). Meanwhile, at the Orthopedic Hospital, Prof. Dr. R Soeharso Surakarta, the joint Knee examination on the case of Osteoarthritis used the projection of AP Standing, Lateral Standing and additional Skyline Projections. The aim of the study: the purpose of this study was to find out the anatomical information on the use of skyline projections on postarthoscopy and the reasons for using skyline projections on Knee joint examinations with osteoarthritis cases. Subjects and method: the subjects of this study were one dispatcher, two radiographers, and one radiologist. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a type of case study. The data collection method uses observations, interviews, documentation at the Radiological Installation of Orthopedic Hospital in Prof. Dr. R Soeharso Surakarta and library studies. Results: radiographic examination of the Knee joint post arthroscopy with projections: AP projection, Lateral projection, and Skyline projection. The anatomical information on the use of skyline projections on Knee joint post arthroscopy is Grade 4 osteoarthritis of the dextra gene with the formation of prominent osteophytes in the conditionyl medialis et lateralis os femur et tibia, as well as in the os. It is a subchondral cyst with narrow joint space, deformity and fusion and subchondral cyst. The reason for the Knee joint examination on the postarthroscopy case at the Radiological Installation of Orthopedic Hospital in Prof. Dr. R Soeharso Surakarta using skyline projections is that there is no irregularity in the joint surface between the tibia and patella bones.Conclusion: the reason for the Knee joint examination on the postarthroscopy case at the Radiological Installation of Orthopedic Hospital in Prof. Dr. R Soeharso Surakarta using skyline projections is that there is no irregularity in the joint surface between the tibia and patella bones.   Keywords: arthroscopy, joint, knee, osteoarthritis

Abstract

The role of a notary is crucial in facilitating legal certainty and protection for the community. In civil law, notaries hold a highly strategic position as their profession deals with fundamental and critical issues in every legal action, particularly within civil law. The public, both as subjects and objects of legal transactions, bear significant burdens regarding legal administration. Violations by notaries can be classified as breaches of professional ethics or breaches of the law, with consequences that may include civil liabilities (compensation), criminal penalties (imprisonment and fines), and administrative sanctions (dismissal from office). Every unlawful action causing harm to others must be accounted for by the perpetrator. In criminal law theory, offenses are categorized into intentional and negligent acts. Any action causing undue harm and violating the law constitutes an illegal act. This study analyzes the juridical implications of drafting a power of attorney for sale from normative and case-based perspectives. The research revealed that a notary's failure to conduct adequate checks on document legality for a Power of Attorney for Sale resulted in unlawful actions that harmed legitimate parties, leading to material losses.

Abstract

Dali Ni Horbo merupakan makanan tradisional khas batak yang difermentasi dari susu kerbau mengandung bakteri asam laktat bersifat probiotik yang dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakterisasi probiotik isolat DNH 16 yang meliputi aktivitas antimikroba, toleransi terhadap asam dan garam empedu. Aktivitas antimikroba dilakukan terhadap Staphylococcus aureus menggunakan metode difusi cakram. Toleransi terhadap asam dan garam empedu dilakukan dengan menentukan pertumbuhan isolat pada media MRS Broth pH3 dan MRS Broth dengan 0,3 % garam empedu berturut – turut pada λ 600 nm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan isolat DNH 16 berbentuk basil, katalase negatif, heterofermentatif. Aktifitas antimikroba dari isolat DNH 16 yaitu 4,6mm. Viabilitas pertumbuhan terhadap asam yaitu 91,6 %, viabilitas pertumbuhan terhadap garam empedu yaitu 66,5%. Hasil menunjukan bahwa isolat DNH 16 berpotensi sebagai bakteri probiotik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggali penerapan framework tata kelola TI yang tepat khususnya untuk keamanan informasi yaitu dengan mengkombinasikan ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 27005:2018 dan NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 dalam konteks Perusahaan fintech, serta bagaimana prinsip-prinsip tersebut membantu dalam mitigasi risiko terkait ancaman keamanan informasi. Model tata kelola tersebut terdiri dari 6 (enam) tahapan praktis untuk memperkuat keamanan informasi yang cocok diterapkan khususnya pada Perusahaan fintech, yaitu Inisiasi dan Tata Kelola Perusahaan, Desain dan Implementasi keamanan informasi, Penguatan sumber daya manusia, Keamanan operasional, Keamanan pengembangan, serta Evaluasi dan peningkatan. Model tata kelola ini mendukung perusahaan fintech dalam membangun sistem keamanan informasi yang tangguh, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan, yang mampu melindungi aset, menjaga kepercayaan pelanggan, serta dapat memastikan kelangsungan operasional di tengah ancaman siber yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in financial technology (fintech) has created an urgent need for robust governance mechanisms. While AI drives digital transformation by enabling automation, personalization, fraud detection, and operational efficiency, it also introduces critical challenges related to ethics, security, transparency, and regulatory compliance. This study proposes an Ambidextrous AI Governance Framework, grounded in the COBIT 2019 framework, to address these challenges in fintech organizations. The framework balances exploration (innovation, agility, and ethical practices) with exploitation (risk control, compliance, and operational efficiency) through five integrated governance layers: Governance, Strategic Alignment, Ambidextrous, Operational, and Compliance & Assurance. A design science research approach was employed, including a literature review, expert validation, and simulation within a controlled fintech environment. The results showed that the proposed framework improved governance maturity across COBIT domains and embedded principles of trustworthy AI, such as transparency, accountability, and fairness. This research provides a scalable and adaptable model aligned with international standards, such as ISO/IEC 42001, and regulatory frameworks, including the EU AI Act and OJK guidelines. The proposed governance design enables fintech organizations to innovate responsibly while mitigating risks, ensuring compliance, and fostering trust in AI-driven financial services.

Abstract

Peranan sistem informasi sangat penting untuk pengelolaan data bagi perusahaan besar atau perusahaan kecil. Toko arloji putra adalah sebuah toko yang menjual suatu produk jam tangan dan jam dinding. Saat ini, Toko Arloji Putra masih melakukan pencatatan secara manual di dalam buku stock, yang mana rentan terhadap lunturnya tinta, sobekan kertas, kesalahan hitung, dan mengetahui data stock barang serta pembuatan laporan masih menggunakan pencatatan di buku stock. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan aplikasi pengelolaan data persediaan inventory jam dan pembuatan laporan secara terkomputerisasi agar pencatatan dapat lebih cepat, akurat dan efisien serta mengurangi kemungkinan kesalahan pencatatan dan kehilangan barang. Dalam membangun sistem tersebut akan menggunakan metode Waterfall untuk menjelaskan langkah-langkah penelitian, UML untuk tahapan perancangan sistem, PHP untuk proses pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai database.

Abstract

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-based brain tumor classification is pivotal for early diagnosis and treatment planning. This study enhances the VGG16 pretrained model through freeze-5 fine-tuning (i.e., freezing the first five convolutional layers) and dataset fusion of two public repositories, yielding 5,023 training and 1,311 testing images. Preprocessing includes normalization and grayscale-to-RGB conversion, followed by moderate augmentation (rotation ≤ 15°, shift ≤ 0.1, zoom ≤ 0.1, brightness [0.9–1.1]). The base VGG16 (without top layers) is extended with GlobalAveragePooling2D, Dense (1024, ReLU), Dropout (0.5), and Dense (4, softmax) layers. The model is compiled with the Adam optimizer (lr=1e-4), EarlyStopping, and ReduceLROnPlateau callbacks. On the test set, the proposed configuration achieves peak accuracy of 99.16 % and macro-F1 of 0.99, outperforming prior hybrid approaches. An ablation study confirms that the freeze-5 strategy combined with data augmentation significantly boosts generalization without overfitting. These results underscore the critical role of optimal layer-freezing and dataset fusion in brain tumor classification. Future work will explore ensemble architecture and real-time clinical deployment.
