Abstract

This article will discuss the implementation of policies related to PATEN services in the Loa Janan District. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Sources of data come from observations, interviews, and literature studies. Data analysis used an interactive data analysis model. The results showed that the communication pattern carried out by Loa Janan District was quite good. The infrastructure facilities in Loa Janan District were quite good and adequate in implementing integrated administrative services. In terms of staff and abilities, it is still not ideal because there are officers who do not have the expertise appropriate to the field. Implementing officers have implemented transparency in the services provided to the community, but it has not been maximized because there are still people who feel discriminatory actions in delivering services. The existing procedures for the PATEN service in Loa Janan District are more concise and can bring benefits closer to the community.Keywords: implementasi, kebijakan, PATEN

Abstract

Di bidang pemerintah masalah pelayanan memegang peran sangat besar karena menyangkut kepentingan umum, bahkan kepentingan rakyat secara keseluruhan, karena peranan umum yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah melibatkan seluruh aparat pegawai negeri. Pelayanan adalah kunci keberhasilan dalam berbagai usaha/kegiatan yang bersifat jasa. Perananya sangat besar dalam upaya memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan, memperhatikan peran layanan yang semakin menonjol, maka tidaklah heran apabila masalah pelayanan mendapat perhatian besar dan berulang kali dibicarakan, baik oleh masyarakat maupun manajemen itu sendiri, baik secara khusus maupun dalam kaitannya dengan pokok usaha kegiatan organisasi.

Abstract

The land of a river bank village of Tering Lama continues to erode, and it could cause this village to disappear. This research attempts to study the factors that influence its existence in order to survive. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method to determine such factors. The study found that there are some influentual factors, namely traditions, habits, social interaction, environmental conditions, and the role of the government. The most determining ones are the environmental conditions and the role of the government. In fact, while some have left the river bank area, a considerable number of people of Tering Lama village can still survive from degraded environmental conditions such as landslides because they are very enthusiastic in protecting the environment to preserve their traditional culture that has existed for so long.  In cooperation with village government, their important effort was placing sand bags in the eroded river bank as sheet pile. Recently, they had been supported by the district government by constructing gabion wire as sheet pile. All of these ecological efforts are of importance in preserving their culture and tradition.

Abstract

This study aims to describe related forecasting of New National Capital (IKN) development in sustainable development. This research uses a literature study that focuses on media and reports. The following are CNN Indonesia, Tempo, Jawapos, and reports from Bappenas, State Secretariat, and DPR. Go.id. The results of this study indicate that the IKN development forecast is formulated for smart transportation, smart grid, and green building and the development process must meet the principles of justice, participation, and gender equality (especially for women) which are important foundations in sustainable development. In addition, there are several challenges faced by IKN in the future based on the findings in the mass media. First, integration is needed based on basic conditions where all design and construction must be based on current topographic and geological conditions. Second, land grading and all infrastructure plans must refer to drainage plans to prevent flood disasters. Third, coordination of underground infrastructure is required. According to Takehiro, one thing to pay attention to is securing the right of way (ROW) area, especially for manholes and larger structures such as sewer lift pumps. Fourth, it is necessary to prepare space to ensure the accessibility of future expansion. IKN development must also pay attention to economic, social, and ecological impacts. This is because development tends to only think about infrastructure and large-scale land clearing with economic interests, which fail.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze how resource management is to increase the capability of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) in the Mahakam Ulu District Government. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, using primary data, and secondary data, which were analyzed through an interactive model.  This study concludes that the management of human resources in increasing the capability of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) in the Mahakam Ulu Regency Government, in general, has been carried out well but not optimal, it can be seen that competence development has been carried out through Training, Bimtek, Seminars, Webinars and supported by adequate funding. Likewise, the provision of incentives is carried out through TPP, as stated in Perbub No. Perbub 23 of 2021 with varying amounts according to the level of position. Then a conducive work environment and leadership elements have developed a strategy by building teamwork, starting with good coordination before carrying out supervision in the field. Furthermore, the human resource procurement process has been carried out through the 2019 CPNS procurement and inpassing process. However, this number has yet to reach the ideal number under the existing workload and inadequate work support facilities and tools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the actual conditions naturally in employee service to the community at the village office. The results of this study indicate that the Effectiveness of Employee Services in the Level of Community Satisfaction in the Jawa Village Office, Samarinda Ulu District, that employees have implemented services to the community in accordance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) but there are still some that have not been carried out in accordance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) due to inadequate human resources and infrastructure, so that if it is linked to community satisfaction, it means that community satisfaction is not fully satisfied as a whole based on the research focus. There are still a number of indicators that have not worked out in accordance with the level of community satisfaction related to the Tangibles (Physical Evidence) dimension. Things that are not adequate and are still being complained by the community starting from the sub-district office which is still lacking in staff, discipline in working hours, lack of information disclosure to the public regarding service procedures. Whereas in the Reliability dimension, employees are able to provide services appropriately and correctly and provide quick responses to the community, Responsiveness where employees as service providers always provide clear and directing information and provide solutions for the community as well as assurance that employees provide services according to the needs of the community and responsiveness applies to all communities without being selective, Empathy has been running according to community expectations, namely employees who are attentive, friendly and polite to all members of the public and fellow employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of work discipline on employee performance at Korem 091/Aji Surya Natakesuma. The data collection technique was through distributing questionnaires to 39 respondents. The data processing technique used in this study to determine the effect of the work discipline variable (X) on the performance variable (Y) is by using simple linear regression and the coefficient of determination. The results of calculations from simple linear regression analysis are as follows constant (a) of 5.041 and regression coefficient (b) of 0.492 with a positive regression coefficient value. It turns out that the effect of work discipline on employee performance can be seen in the coefficient of determination test where the coefficient of determination test shows that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.789 or 78.9%. So it can be said that 78.9% of the influence of employee performance is caused by work discipline. The results showed that the work discipline variable had a significant positive effect on employee performance at Korem 091/Aji Surya Natakesuma, so the hypothesis proposed was acceptable.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Optimization of the PKK Mobilizing Team in Improving Family Welfare in Bangun Mulya Village, Waru District, North Penajam Paser Regency, namely in planning, implementing and fostering according to the applicable rules and stages. This research was conducted in Bangun Mulya Village, Waru District, North Penajam Paser Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using descriptive qualitative methods. As for data collection techniques through observation and interviews, as well as through books and documentation. The data analysis used is an interactive model data analysis developed by Milles, Huberman and Saldana (2014). The results showed that the PKK Mobilization Team in Bangun Mulya Village, Waru District, North Penajam Paser Regency had made efforts to improve family welfare which could be seen from planning, implementing, to coaching activities even though it was not optimal. This is due to limited community funds to develop the results of the activities carried out by the PKK team, lack of understanding of the community in understanding what has been given and conveyed in the activities carried out by the PKK team, entrepreneurs or home industries are not running optimally because the community is less innovative and creative in developing ideas resulting from training and it is difficult to get young mothers to participate in PKK activities.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of online services as a form of implementing electronic government for making family cards at the Department of Population and Civil Registration in the Covid-19 Era in Berau Regency is classified as effective and can be carried out quite well in society, there are aspects of achieving goals, integration and adaptation making the measurement of its effectiveness included in a good achievement to be called effective where convenience for the community as a goal has gone according to the wishes to be achieved, as well as the aspect of integration where the socialization process has gone quite well even though it has not been evenly distributed and there are still obstacles, next namely the aspect of adaptation that can be known by both the apparatus and the community have tried their best to adapt to changes in services at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of the Berau Regency, the last is the obstacle factor experienced so that they will always try to improve and find a solution so that the implementation of electronic government .political marketing lies in the minimal and limited funds used in a series of political marketing processes.
