Abstract

This research was motivated by television advertisements, which were considered the main factor influencing the awareness and buying interest of teenagers in Plemahan Village regarding advertised products. Apart from that, the services provided by Shopee through its various features can attract consumers' buying interest. Then, the user review feature is considered when determining purchases, both from positive and negative reviews. This research aims to 1) determine the effect of television advertising on online buying interest on e-commerce sites for teenagers in Plemahan Village, 2) find out the quality of service on online buying interest on e-commerce sites for teenagers in Plemahan Village, 3) determine the influence of user reviews on online buying interest on e-commerce sites for teenagers in Plemahan Village, 4) To find out the influence of television advertising, service quality, and user reviews on online buying interest on e-commerce sites for teenagers in Plemahan Village. This research was conducted using a survey method with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research sample consisted of teenagers in Plemahan Village who actively used the Shopee platform to shop online, totaling 108 respondents using the simple random sampling method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression techniques to evaluate the relationship between the studied variables. The research results show that 1) television advertising partially influences purchase interest with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. 2) service quality partially influences purchase interest with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. 3) user reviews partially influence purchasing interest with a sig value of 0.006 < 0.05. 4) television advertising, service quality, and user reviews simultaneously influence purchase interest with Fcount = 53.084 and sig value 0.000.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students who often feel bored, bored and lack of interest in the learning process. The attention and concentration of students become unfocused so that students become lazy and do not do the tasks given by the teacher. The purpose of this study was to increase the interest and learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS 7 SMAN 6 Kediri Economic Subjects through learning media based on quizizz educational games. This research approach was carried out using the Classroom Action Learning (PTK) method. This research must be carried out in a planned manner and according to existing procedures. The implementation of this research through II cycles, where cycle I interest and expected learning outcomes are good but not yet maximized so it is necessary to hold cycle II to increase the interest and learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS 7 SMAN 6 Kediri. The use of quizizz educational game-based learning media in Economics subjects has increased, the data can be seen from the pre-cycle learning outcomes of 37% after applying quizizz learning media in cycle I learning outcomes increased by 79%, while in cycle II learning outcomes increased by 97%. Interest in learning in economic subjects also increased as evidenced by the results of observations of learning interest in cycle I reaching 70% and in cycle II experiencing an increase of 87%. This proves that learning media based on quizizz educational games can increase the interest and learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS 7 SMAN 6 Kediri.

Abstract

Community support activities in using vacant land for catfish farming using simple media in Genengan Hamlet RT.06 / RW.04, Sambiresik Village make it a community opportunity to improve food security and economic improvement. Catfish farming was chosen because it has several advantages including a quick harvest period, catfish are resistant to disease and the culture media can be varied. The purpose of this service is to educate and guide the community in Genengan Hamlet RT.06 / RW.04, Sambiresik Village to overcome the problem of vacant and narrow land for catfish farming using simple media that is effective and efficient. This service uses five methods including socialization, training and practice, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, which through direct involvement in the community will provide solutions and training steps in detail so that they are easily understood. The results of this service are that the community is increasingly improving their skills in using vacant land, so an increase in food security and community income is expected from this activity to create new jobs and develop local industries through catfish farming.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of honesty cages on the development of business ethics among Management students. A quantitative approach was used, employing a simple linear regression method. The sample consisted of 39 students from Class 2G who had direct experience of using honesty canteens. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using statistical software. The results of the analysis show that the honesty canteen variable significantly affects student business ethics. This is evidenced by a t-test significance value of 0.000 and a t-count value of 8.693. The F-test also produced significant results, with an F-count value of 75.570 and a significance value of 0.000. With a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.671, 67.1% of the variation in student business ethics can be explained by the honesty canteen variable. It can therefore be concluded that honesty canteens play a role in fostering honesty, responsibility and ethics among students. These facilities are not only places for transactions, but also serve as a means of character education relevant to business ethics. This study therefore recommends developing and integrating honesty canteens into character education programs in higher education institutions
