Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menerapkan pembelajaran Kontruktivistik Teknik Picture and Picture yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan: 1)Motivasi belajar ekonomi, dan 2)Hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kediri. Pembelajaran Kontruktivistik Teknik Picture and Picture merupakan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa (student oriented), dengan siswa yang berperan aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, membangun dan memaknai sendiri pemahamannya. Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa motivasi belajar siswa dengan membandingkan hasil angket motivasi sebelum dan setelah menerapkan pembelajaran Kontruktivistik Teknik Picture and Picture meningkat sebesar 49,91%. Demikian pula dengan hasil belajar yang sebelum dilaksanakan pembelajaran Kontruktivistik Teknik Picture and Picture terdapat 50% dari jumlah keluruhan siswa memperoleh skor test di bawah 65 (kategori cukup) meningkat menjadi tidak ada siswa berada berada di kategori cukup. Sebesar 71% dari keseluruhan siswa berada di kategori baik sekali dan sisanya 29% berada di kategori baik. Saran dari peneliti untuk pengembangan penelitan ini yakni mengkaji pembelajaran Kontruktivistik Teknik Picture and Picture dalam meningkatkan kemapuan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

Religious programs cannot be carried out due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. However, after the repeal of PPKM, the school resumed carrying out the religious program. This study aims to analyze the school's efforts to revitalize religious programs when schools are allowed to hold face-to-face learning in line with the decline in the spread of Covid-19. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Research informants are school principals, PAI teachers, and students. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. This study found that the revitalization of religious programs was carried out after the program was not implemented optimally or even could not be implemented due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. This revitalization is essential as a form of school responsibility in strengthening character education, one of which is the religious program. The revitalized programs are 1) Quran recitation at the 0th hour, 2) commemoration of Islamic holidays, and 3) Yasin recitation. On the other hand, the school also revitalizes the teachers' understanding of the importance of religious education, teacher professionalism, and moral degradation as a challenge. Revitalizing religious programs can be done after the end of Covid-19 by revitalizing the program and teacher's understanding so that it can educate students' character through religious education in schools.

Abstract

Sosialisasi ini meripakan bentuk literacy kurikulum merdeka dikalangan praktisi yaitu Guru Mata Pelajaran Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti tingkat SD, SMP, SMA/MA kota dan kabupaten Kediri. Sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan analisis situasi yang diketahui dari Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Kediri Peyelenggara Kristen, yang menyatakan Guru Mata Pelajaran Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti tingkat SD, SMP, SMA/MA kota dan kabupaten Kediri kurang memahami Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam implementasi pada Pelajaran Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti. Sementara sebagai seorang guru sangat penting memahami kurikulum merdeka belajar agar dapat mengejawantahkan kurikulum merdeka dengan benar dan tepat pada peserta didik. Kegiatan Sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan oleh Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri bekerja sama dengan Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Kediri Peyelenggara Kristen. Adapun metode sosialisasi dikemas dalam bentuk workshop dan pendampingan. Hasil sosialisasi diketahui pemahaman Guru Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti terhadap kurikulum merdeka dan profil pelajar Pancasila meningkat.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of reality counseling containing local wisdom in increasing students' self-acceptance. The research method used is quantitative. The sample in this study was 33 students in class VII.1 of junior high school. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Then, the data was analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test (U-test). The results of the research found that the average student's self-acceptance score before being given the Reality Counseling intervention with Local Wisdom Content (pretest) was 138.1. Then the average student self-acceptance score after being given the intervention (posttest) was 110.56. There was a decrease in scores before and after the intervention of Reality Counseling activities containing Local Wisdom by 27.54. Then, after being analyzed using the nonparametric statistical test Mann Whitney U Test, the Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) was 0.034. Thus, it can be concluded that Reality Counseling activities containing Local Wisdom have a significant influence in reducing students' low self-acceptance. Reality counseling containing local wisdom can be an alternative in increasing students' self-acceptance so that they become students who are confident, enthusiastic and independent.

Abstract

Meaning of Life is an important part of students' future where the problems in it are related to students' psychology and have an impact on their learning activities at school. The aim of this research is to find out whether the WDEP strategy is able to increase students' Meaning of Life. This research is quantitative research where data was obtained from class XII students. Data was collected using questionnaires, interviews and observations. After the data was obtained, the data was analyzed using a paired t-test. The results of this research show that the Wilcoxon test regarding increasing the Meaning of Life of students obtained a calculated Z value of -2.810 where the Asymp Sig (2-tailed) value was 0.00. These results indicate that the Asymp sig value is less than 0.05 (0.00 0.05). These results indicate an increase in students' Meaning of Life after receiving WDEP treatment. This shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. These results show that the WDEP strategy is able to increase students' Meaning of Life. With WDEP, students have clear goals, life satisfaction, freedom of will, self-control, and attitudes towards death and are able to have a reason to continue to exist.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membekali ibu-ibu Rt 27 desa Baleturi dalam memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah dengan menanami sayur-sayuran melalui sosialisasi dan pendampingan budidaya tanaman organik baik menggunakan polybag maupun aquaponik di pekarangan rumah. Pada masa pandemi menanam sayuran bisa bermanfaat untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan keluarga dan menerapkan beberapa teknik sederhana dalam memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan yang kosong dan mudah di implementasikan oleh warga RT 27 terutama kelompok ibu rumah tangga. Metode pelaksanaan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini melalui 4 tahapan, yaitu: 1) sosialisasi program, 2) pelatihan dan praktek, 3) pendampingan, dan 4) monev. Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membekali ibu-ibu Paguyupan Amreh Mulyo tentang membuat Packaging Produk yang baik dan menarik, serta Memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang digital marketing . Metode pelaksanaan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini melalui 4 tahapan, yaitu: 1) prakegiatan, 2) pelatihan dan praktek, 3) pendampingan, dan 4) monev. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan ketrampilan dan pengetahuan untuk Packaging Produk dan digital marketing. Abstract The purpose of this community service is to equip Amreh Mulyo Paguyupan women about making good and attractive product packaging, as well as providing knowledge and understanding of digital marketing. The implementation method of this training activity goes through 4 stages, namely: 1) pre-activity, 2) training and practice, 3) mentoring, and 4) monitoring and evaluation. The results of this community service are improving skills and knowledge for product packaging and digital marketing.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi salah satu pilar utama dalam mendukung keberhasilan organisasi, tidak terkecuali institusi pendidikan. SD Negeri Bangsal 3 Kota Kediri menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pengelolaan guru. Tujuan: Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut melalui pendekatan berbasis kepribadian, seperti MBTI, guna meningkatkan efektivitas kerja guru dan memperbaiki pengelolaan SDM di sekolah. Metode: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil: Di akhir kegiatan guru dapat mengenali kepribadian lebih jelas yang pada akhirnya sangat membantu kinerja kepala sekolah dalam memetakan pengeloaan sumber daya manusia agar efektif sesuai strategi dan karakteristik guru. Kesimpulan: Pendekatan berbasis kepribadian melalui MBTI dan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) berhasil meningkatkan efektivitas kerja guru serta membantu kepala sekolah dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia secara lebih strategis dan sesuai karakteristik masing-masing guru.

Abstract

MSMEs contribute significantly to the national economy, but still face the challenge of low financial literacy, particularly sharia finance. This community service activity aims to improve MSMEs' understanding of digital sharia financial literacy, both regarding digital sharia financial products and the dangers of non-bank online loans and online gambling. Quantitative and qualitative methods were used in this MSME mentoring. In addition to distributing questionnaires using a linkert scale, educational interventions and interactive discussions were conducted to improve MSMEs' understanding of digital sharia financial literacy. The subjects who received mentoring were MSME business owners fostered by Rumah BUMN Sidoarjo. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in MSME understanding, reflected in four indicators after receiving mentoring. These indicators are knowledge of sharia financial products, interest in using sharia financial products, understanding the dangers of non-bank online loans, and understanding the dangers of online gambling. This activity proves that mentoring MSMEs through digital sharia financial literacy can improve MSME financial resilience in the digital era.

Abstract

Community support activities in using vacant land for catfish farming using simple media in Genengan Hamlet RT.06 / RW.04, Sambiresik Village make it a community opportunity to improve food security and economic improvement. Catfish farming was chosen because it has several advantages including a quick harvest period, catfish are resistant to disease and the culture media can be varied. The purpose of this service is to educate and guide the community in Genengan Hamlet RT.06 / RW.04, Sambiresik Village to overcome the problem of vacant and narrow land for catfish farming using simple media that is effective and efficient. This service uses five methods including socialization, training and practice, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, which through direct involvement in the community will provide solutions and training steps in detail so that they are easily understood. The results of this service are that the community is increasingly improving their skills in using vacant land, so an increase in food security and community income is expected from this activity to create new jobs and develop local industries through catfish farming.
