Abstract

Desa Salamsari merupakan salah satu desa terletak diwilayah selatan yang berada di kecamatan Boja Kabupaten Kendal. Desa Salamsari terletak digaris lintang selatan yang berada didaerah dataran tinggi Kabupaten Kendal dimana mayoritas warga desa salamsari yang berprofesi sebagai buruh tani dan pedagang.Komoditas lokal wilayah tersebut menghasilkan jagung, ketela pohon, ketela rambat, pisang, talas dan lain-lainnya.Dengan melihat komoditas tersebut, agar dapat menambah nilai ekonomis, maka Tim Pengabdian akan memberikan Sosialisasi untuk menumbuhkan minat wirausaha dengan memanfaatkan potensi komoditas lokal dengan berbagai inovasi olahan. Kegiatan pengadian yang akan kami lakukan di wilayah tersebut adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi tentang kewirausahaan, memberikan motivasi kepada ibu – ibu untuk melakukan suatu usaha dengan tujuan untuk memanfaatkan komoditas lokal diantaran inovasi olahan jagung. Melalui pengabdian ini kami juga memberikan suatu demonstari cara mengolah bahan dasar jagung untuk bisa diolah menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi tentang Pemberdayaan Ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga Dalam Memanfaatkan Komoditas Lokal Sebagai Alternatif Tambahan Pendapatan Keluarga Di Kelurahan Salamsari Kecamatan Boja Kabupaten Kendal, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Adapun target luaran dari pengadian ini akan kami publikasikan pada jurnal nasional dan melalui media massa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction in order to increase repeat purchase intention at Kopi Blirik Restaurant located in Mijen District, Semarang City. The population in this study were visitors to the Kopi Blirik Restaurant who were over 17 years old. Samples taken as many as 75 people. The sample data collection technique in this study was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. The data processing method uses SPSS. The results of the regression analysis show the effect of service quality, including tangible (X1) has a positive effect of 0.478, reliability (X2) has a positive effect of 0.114, responsiveness (X3) has a positive effect of 0.125. While the coefficient of determination on the independent variables, namely tangible, reliability, and responsiveness, is able to explain the variations that occur in the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction (Y) of 36.9%. From the results of the t test the tangible variables (X1), reliability (X2), and responsiveness (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the consumer satisfaction variable (Y1), while consumer satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (Y2).

Abstract

The objectives of this service activity are: 1) Provide motivation and increase entrepreneurial knowledge and make alternative sources of additional income for families through socialization. 2) Providing knowledge skills to women in the Women's Farmer Group in Kedungpane Village, Mijen District, Semarang City about innovations in making various preparations with cassava as basic ingredients by conducting product manufacturing demonstrations. The PKM program was carried out in RW 01, Kedungpane Village, Mijen District, Semarang City. The method used was socialization through activities in several stages, including: preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation. The results of the evaluation are based on the results of the questionnaires that have been filled out by the participants that most of the responses are from their opinions. The results of the questionnaires that have been filled out by the participants are that most of the responses from their opinions include: being interested in doing business and innovating processed cassava, getting benefits and new knowledge and want more socialization about how to market the product

Abstract

Salamsari Village is a village located in the southern part of Boja District, Kendal Regency. This village is located in the highlands of Kendal Regency where the majority of Salamsari village residents work as agricultural laborers and traders. Most of the food processing businesses are housewives. Several business actors who named their group joined the name Jajanan Khas Ndeso which sells several processed snacks including: various criping (criping cassava, banana, taro, breadfruit, etc.), various peyek (peyek nuts, anchovies, dele, etc.), kembang goyang, cendol savory, widaran, tempe chips, lumpit, and others. The aim of this activity is to improve financial management in the Ndeso Typical Snacks business group in Salamsari Village, Boja District, Kendal Regency. In running their business, they have not managed it well, meaning that in terms of administration, there has been no proper and correct recording. For some business actors, there are even bookkeeping or financial management that is still mixed up with their household finances, so they cannot know for sure how much profit they have earned from the business, as well as difficulties in knowing the development of the business they are running. Based on this, the service team has an interest to carry out outreach related to financial management, including about bookkeeping which must be separate from household finances, as well as simple reporting with related businesses. So that you can know the profits and financial position so that you can determine the direction of business development better and increase. We will publish the output targets from this trial in national journals, HKI, YouTube and through mass media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction in order to increase Repurchase Interest in Lombok Idjo Restaurant located on Jl. Majapahit No.412, Palebon, Pedurungan District, Semarang City. The population in this study were consumers or visitors totaling 105 people. The results of hypothesis testing of research data from visitors who have been collected and analyzed with AMOS, from the relationship between research variables where p < 0.05 obtained, namely the tangible variable (X1) has a positive, significant effect on the consumer satisfaction variable (Y1), where the CR value is 2.732> 1.97 and the P-value is 0.006 < 0.05. The reliability variable (X2) has a positive, insignificant effect on the customer satisfaction variable (Y1) where the CR value is 2.026> 1.97 and the P-value is 0.043> 0.05. The responsiveness variable (X3) has no effect on customer satisfaction (Y1) at Lombok Idjo Restaurant where the CR value is 1.239 < 1.97. The tangible variable has no effect on repurchase interest (Y2) at Lombok Idjo Restaurant where the CR value is 0.856 < 1.97. The reliability variable (X2) has a positive, significant effect on the repurchase interest variable (Y2) where the CR value is 3.095> 1.97 and the P-value is 0.002 <0.05. The responsiveness variable (X3) has a positive, insignificant effect on the repurchase interest variable (Y2) where the CR value is 2.043> 1.97 and the P-value is 0.041> 0.05. The consumer satisfaction variable (Y1) has a positive, significant effect on the repurchase interest variable (Y2) where the CR value is 3.228> 1.97 and the P-value is 0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada permasalahan yang dikaji pada praktik usaha tempe saat ini, khususnya yang terkait dengan kualitas produk, kepuasan konsumen, dan pemasaran produk, kemudian permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh pengusaha tempe dalam pemasaran, menjaga kualitas produk, dan kepuasan konsumen, serta bagaimana metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki praktik usaha tempe secara lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan. Lokasi penelitian di Jalan Mustokoweni, Kelurahan Plombokan, Kecamatan Semarang Utara. Jumlah informan penelitian sebanyak 9 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan focus group discussion. Berdasarkan hasil focus group discussion, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari focus group discussion yang pertama, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa pemasaran yang dilakukan sudah ketinggalan zaman. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penggantian teknik pemasaran produk tempe yang selama ini dilakukan. Teknik pemasaran yang sebaiknya dilakukan adalah melalui media sosial, dan internet, seperti WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, atau Shopee. Hal ini akan memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang potensi pasar tempe dan strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan pasar tempe yang lebih luas. Selanjutnya, dari focus group discussion kedua, para pelaku UKM tempe, masyarakat, dan konsumen memahami cara mengurus sertifikasi produk halal yang kini semakin mudah dengan layanan administrasi sistem daring. Tentunya dengan adanya sertifikat produk halal, mereka berharap masyarakat, dalam hal ini konsumen tempe, akan lebih tenang dalam mengonsumsi produk tersebut karena kehalalannya terjamin.
