Abstract

Khalayak sasaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah para pelaku UMKM yang ada di Desa Tegalarum Kecamatan Mranggen Kabupaten Demak. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku UMKM ini adalah pernah melakukan pencatatan transaksi keuangan secara sederhana dan kronologis sehingga tidak dapat diketahui kondisi keuangan dan perkembangan usaha yang dilakukan. Oleh karena itu tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dan juga pelatihan tentang pentingnya pencatatan transaksi yang terjadi pada UMKM. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan juga pelatihan contoh transaksi usaha secara sederhana. Dengan kegiatan ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman, pengetahuan dan keterampilan di bidang pembukuan sederhana pada para pelaku UMKM. Kata kunci : pencatatan, transaksi ekonomi, UMKM

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, internal and external factors on entrepreneurial intentions. The research object of the Faculty of Economics, University of Semarang with the analysis unit of students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Semarang who is still an active status. The type of data needed in this study is primary data that comes from the answers of the respondents to the questionnaires that were distributed. The results showed that attitudes, subjective norms, internal factors and external factors had a positive and significant effect on intrapreneurial Intentions. The results of this study are only able to explain intrapreneurial Intentions only 35.8% and the remaining 64.2% are explained by other variables.

berkembang, ukuran dan kematangan perusahaan mempengaruhi keputusan untuk melakukan outsourcing sumber daya manusia. Organisasi menghadapi masa sulit karena perubahan kondisi ekonomi, globalisasi dan cepat memajukan kemajuan teknologi (Stewart, 2007). Untuk mengatasi perubahan ini, organisasi mencari solusi dan salah satu strategi paling dipublikasikan dalam beberapa kali adalah outsourcing. Outsourcing adalah istilah yang kompleks karena mencakup beberapa deskripsi dan umumnya mengacu pada relokasi pekerjaan (Cubides, 2006). Pada dasamya, outsourcing adalah pengalihan layanan atau fungsi yang sebelumnya dilakukan dalam organisasi untuk penyedia di luar organisasi dan merupakan komponen yang semakin penting dalam banyak strategi bisnis (Hem & Burke, 2006). Dalam dunia sekarang ini semakin meningkat persaingan, organisasi dipaksa untuk mencari cara-cara barn untuk menghasilkan nilai. Dunia bisnis telah melakukan fenomena outsourcing dan perusahaan telah mengadopsi prinsip prinsip untuk membantu mereka memperluas ke pasar lain (Bender, 2009). Manajemen Strategis outsourcing mungkin merupakan alat yang paling kuat dalam manajemen, dan outsourcing inovasi adalah perbatasannya (Quinn, 2010).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of budgetary participation on budgetary slack by moderating information asymmetry and budget emphasis. The existence of a research gap is the basis for conducting this research. This research is categorized as a survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population in this study were structural officials in the SKPD of the 24 Kendal City Offices. The subjects in this study were the head of the department, the secretary, the head of the finance sub-section, the head of the planning sub-section, and staff at the Kendal Regency Government. The sampling technique used the census method where all employees of the finance department at the Kendal City SKPD had the same opportunity to become respondents in this study. The results of the study indicate that budgetary participation has an influence on Budgetary Slack. This study also proves empirically that information asymmetry and budget emphasis are able to moderate the effect of budget participation on budgetary slack.

Abstract

Various business sectors carried out by MSMEs actors continue to experience growth and development. This fact confirms that MSMEs has promising potential for expansion and provides good opportunities for business actors. The same goes for MSMEsactors in Bendungan Village, Gajahmungkur Sub-district, Semarang. They must consistently improve their performance to continue to provide positive contributions to the local population. Social capital and financial capital need attention, besides continuously honing the human resource capabilities of MSMEs actors. Based on the above, research conducted on 103 UMKM actors in Mranggen District, Demak Regency, successfully proves that (1) partially, social capital and financial capital have a significant positive effect on MSMEs performance, and (2) human resource competence proves to strengthen the influence of social capital and financial capital on MSMEs performance. The resulting coefficient of determination is 30.3%.
