Abstract

Latar belakang: Pemantauan pertumbuhan balita selama ini belum berjalan seperti yang diharapkan, karena kesadaran masyarakat akan keberadaan posyandu masih jauh dari harapan. Masyarakat belum menyadari sepenuhnyabahwa posyandu milik masyarakat yang harus dikembangkan, karena pemberdayaan posyandu merupakan daridan untuk masyarakat setempat. Petugas kesehatan atau pihak puskesmas diharapkan mampu mengembangkanposyandu karena mereka menjadi pendamping yang akan memberikan motivasi masyarakat untuk pelaksanaankegiatan posyandu.Tujuan: untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, evaluasi, hasil yang dicapai dan kendalayang dihadapi di Posyandu Harapan Pertiwi di Dusun Druwo Desa Bangunharjo Sewon Bantul Yogyakarta.Metode: Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus yang bersifat deskriptif.Unit Analisis adalah Posyandu Harapan Pertiwi di Dusun Druwo Bangunharjo sewon Bantul Yogyakarta. Data diambil secara purposive sampling melalui wawancara mendalam dengan checklist observasi. Analisis data denganexplanation building yaitu tehnik penjelasan hasil wawancara dan analisis checklist hasil observasi serta penulusuran dokumen.Hasil: menunjukan bahwa perencanaan kegiatan Posyandu Harapan Pertiwi di Dusun Druwo Bangunharjo SewonBantul Yogyakarta sudah tersusun dengan baik mengikuti aturan perencanaan, melibatkan seluruh komponendan menghasilkan dokumen perencanaan. Struktur organisasi pelaksana Posyandu merupakan organisasi yanginformal di masyarakat.Simpulan: Bahwa perencanaan, struktur organisasi, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi kegiatan PosyanduHarapan Pertiwi sudah sesuai dengan peraturan dari dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bantul. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Prestasi belajar merupakan tingkat keberhasilan dalam mempelajari materi pelajaran yang din- yatakan dalam bentuk indeks prestasi setiap bidang studi setelah mengalami proses belajar mengajar. Dukungan keluarga yang baik akan membantu siswa dalam mencapai prestasi yang optimal, selain dari keluarga motivasi juga dapat didapatkan dari lingkungan sekitar.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial keluarga, dengan prestasi belajar pada mahasiswa.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pe- nelitian adalah mahasiswa tingkat II Program studi DIII Kebidanan Mamba’ul Ulum Surakarta. Jumlah sampel adalah 79 mahasiswa dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian pada variabel dukungan sosial keluarga, menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan variabel prestasi belajar menggunakan data sekunder. Analisis hubungan 2 variabel dengan analisis chi square.Hasil: Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh hasil terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan prestasi belajar (OR = 3,20 ; CI 95% 1,14 hingga 8,93 ; p = 0,027).Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan dukungan sosial keluarga dengan prestasi belajar.ABSTRACTBackground: Learning achievement is the level of success in learning the subject matter is expressed with a grade every field of study after experiencing the learning process. Relationship analysis two variables with chi square analysis.Results: Based on the results obtained by analysis of a significant relationship between social support families with learning achievement (OR = 3.20; 95% CI 1.14 to 8.93; p = 0.027).Conclusion: There is a relation families social support with Learning achievement.

Abstract

Abstract: The discipline of learning is a complex matter because it is influenced by many factors. Internal factors such as self-awareness, interest, motivation and emotional maturity, while external factors such as family and school environment. A child must learn to be responsible for these tasks and parents provide sufficient training and provide encouragement to children. The process of interaction between people, a wide range of skills needed to make the process of interaction goes well. For that we need a form of emotional intelligence. This study aims to analyze the relationship between emotional intelligence and parenting parents with discipline Midwifery Academy student learning. This study is an analytic observational study with cross sectional approach. Target population 4th semester student Midwifery Academy YAPPI Sragen. The subjects of the study a number of 57 students. The independent variables were emotional intelligence and parenting parents and the dependent variable is the discipline of learning. Data processing using multiple linear regression. There is a relationship between emotional intelligence (b = 0.66; CI = 95% = 0.47 to 0.84; p <0.001), parents' parenting (b = 1.21; CI = 95% = -1 , 86 to 4.29; p = 0.432). Emotional intelligence and parenting parents together can explain the variation of learning discipline scores of 55.7%, while the rest is explained by other variables not examined. There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and parenting parents with student learning disciplineKeywords: Emotional Intelligence, Parenting Parents, Discipline of Student Learning Abstrak: Kedisiplinan belajar merupakan suatu hal yang kompleks karena dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Faktor internal berupa kesadaran diri, minat, motivasi dan kematangan  emosi, sedangkan faktor eksternal berupa keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah. Seorang anak harus belajar bertanggung jawab atas tugas-tugas tersebut dan orang tua memberikan latihan yang cukup serta memberikan semangat kepada anak. Proses interaksi antara manusia, dibutuhkan berbagai macam ketrampilan agar proses interaksi berjalan dengan baik. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu bentuk kecerdasan emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kecerdasan emosi dan pola asuh orang tua dengan kedisiplinan belajar mahasiswa Akademi Kebidanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi sasaran mahasiswa semester 4 Akademi Kebidanan YAPPI Sragen. Subyek penelitian sejumlah 57 mahasiswa. Variabel independen dalam penelitian adalah kecerdasan emosi dan  pola asuh orang tua serta variabel dependen adalah kedisiplinan belajar. Pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linear ganda. Ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi (b=0,66; CI=95% =0,47 hingga 0,84; p<0,001), pola asuh orang tua (b=1,21; CI=95% =-1,86 hingga 4,29; p=0,432). Kecerdasan emosi dan pola asuh orang tua secara bersama-sama mampu menjelaskan variasi skor kedisiplinan belajar sebesar 55,7%, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dan pola asuh orang tua dengan kedisiplinan belajar mahasiswa.Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosi, Pola Asuh Orang Tua, Kedisiplinan Belajar Mahasiswa.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa dituding sebagai penyebab rendahnya kualitas lulusan sebuah pendidikan. faktor motivasi menjadi dilematis, karena dengan rendahnya motivasi belajar, sebenarnya tidak mungkin mahasiswa dapat menguasai bahan pembelajaran dengan baik, namun harus diluluskan demi kelangsungan institusi pendidikan tersebut. Hal ini menjadi relevan, karena secara tidak langsung didukung oleh kebanyakan mahasiswa yang tujuan utamanya dalam mengikuti belajar hanya sekedar untuk memperoleh ijazah saja dan bukan untuk ilmu pengetahuannya. Subjek dan Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif observasional analitik dengan rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Lokasi penelitian di jurusan Ortotik Prostetik Poltekkes Surakarta. Dengan sampel mahasiswa mahasiswa jurusan Ortotik Prostetik Poltekkes Surakarta tahun 2015/2016 sebanyak 60 mahasiswa dengan variabel dependen adalah motivasi belajar dan variabel independen komunikasi interpersornal dosen-mahasiswa, keaktifan organisasi dan aktualisasi diri, dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakankuesioner dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear.Hasil : Terdapat hubungan positif yang secara statistik signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dosen-mahasiswa dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa diperoleh nilai t hitung 3,36 dengan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Terdapat hubungan positif yang secara statistik signifikan antara keaktifan organisasi dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa diperoleh nilai t hitung 2,24 dengan signifikansi 0,029 < 0,05. Terdapat hubungan positif dan secara statistik signifikan antara aktualisasi diri dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa diperoleh nilai t hitung 2,19 dengan signifikansi 0,033 < 0,05 Komunikasi interpersonal, keaktifan organisasi, dan aktualisasi diri mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan secara satistif signifikan ketika bersama-sama dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa Ortotik Prostetik (OP) Poltekkes Surakarta dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 7,94 dengan p value 0,000 < 0,05.Kesimpulan : Komunikasi interpersonal, keaktifan organisasi, dan aktualisasi diri secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan yang positif dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa Ortotik Prostetik (OP) Poltekkes Surakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) develop puzzle media in learning how to read symbols/images with the Know Want Learned method to improve reading comprehension skills in fourth grade students, (2) describe the quality and feasibility of learning media products in the form of puzzles using the know want learned method. in improving the reading comprehension ability of fourth grade students. This study uses research and development procedures (Research and Development). The media puzzle development procedure consists of five stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Product trials are carried out on a small and large scale. The population is 10 elementary schools in Cluster I Ki Hajar Dewantoro, Ngargoyoso district, sample 3 public elementary schools. Data collection techniques using tests, observations, journals, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is in the form of data analysis of puzzle media products, prerequisite test, and discriminatory test. The results showed that the puzzle learning media that the researcher developed referred to the needs of students and teachers needs, with the aim of improving students reading comprehension skills. The puzzle media that the researcher developed is an educational learning media in the form of a rectangle with a size of 20 cm x 30 cm made of staff so that it is safe for students to use as learning media. The puzzle media that the researcher developed included symbol puzzles, symbol puzzles, and symbol/image puzzles. This Puzzle Learning Media is effectively used in learning how to read symbols/pictures because it can improve reading comprehension skills for fourth grade elementary school students in Cluster I Ki Hajar Dewantoro. Abstract

This study aims to (1) develop puzzle media in learning how to read symbols/images with the Know This study aims to describe the development process, development results and produce learning tools based on Team-Assisted Individualization (TAI) with questions of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) which are effective for improving critical thinking skills for students in grade 6. This study uses research and development procedures (Research and Development). The procedure for developing TAI-based learning tools in accordance with the HOTS question approach consists of five stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Product trials are carried out on a small and large scale. The subjects consisted of 48 students from SD Negeri 01 Gedong, and 27 students from SD Negeri 01 Pondok. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis techniques are in the form of learning device analysis, normality analysis, and analysis of the effectiveness of TAI-based learning device products with HOTS questions. The results showed that the TAI-based learning device product with HOTS questions developed showed effectiveness in improving critical thinking skills. It can be seen from the average value of students' critical thinking skills between the pretest and posttest according to the target, namely there is a significant difference (0.000 <0.05). This means that there is a significant difference in the critical thinking ability of the sixth grade students of SD Negeri 01 Gedong and SD Negeri 01 Pondok between the pretest and posttest. There is a significant difference that shows TAI-based learning tools with HOTS questions are effective for improving critical thinking skills.
