Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the impact of online transportation services on the economic welfare of the people of Mojokerto city through job opportunities. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach using a survey method and using random sampling data collection method. While the measurement uses a Likert scale. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this study uses PLS (Partial Least Square) with the smartPLS 3.0 program. Online transportation services have a direct influence on job opportunities for the people of the city of Mojokerto with a T statistic of 9.007 (P value = 0.000). Online transportation services have a direct influence on the economic welfare of the people of Mojokerto city with a T statistic of 10,746 (P value = 0.000). Job opportunities have an influence on the economic welfare of the people of Mojokerto city with a T statistic of 11.471 (P value = 0.000). Online transportation services have an influence on the economic welfare of the people of Mojokerto city through job opportunities with a T statistic of 7.193 (P value = 0.000). Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Destination Image dan Harga terhadap Revisit Intention dengan kepuasan pengunjung sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi dan kuesioner. Pada teknik analisis data digunakan pendekatan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa setiap variabel dinyatakan valid karena memiliki nilai korelasi < 0,05. Selain itu, setiap variabel juga dinyatakan reliabel karena memiliki nilai Cronbach's Alpha > 0.6 atau 6%. Pada hasil uji path analysis didapatkan bahwa variabel destination image dan harga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan pengunjung, variabel destination image, harga, dan kepuasan pengunjung memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel revisit intention, serta variabel destination image dan harga memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel revisit intention melalui variabel kepuasan pengunjung. Hal itu dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel dan nilai sig 0,00 < 0,05. Oleh karena itu diharapkan kepada pihak JOGLO PARK agar bisa memberikan kenyamanan pada tempat wisata dengan harga yang disesuaikan agar mendapatkan kepuasan pengunjung, sehingga pengunjung bisa memiliki keinginan kembali ketempat wisata tersebut.

Abstract

The Corona outbreak has hit various joints of the economy. The spread of the virus, which requires human activities to be carried out through social distancing (social distancing) and at an extreme level, taking lockdown steps will have an impact on slowing economic activity (supply and demand) This study aims to identify the economic subsector that can survive and even increase amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The method in this study uses the System Literature Review (SLR), by examining several sources used as material in searching and obtaining literature including articles, electronic media and the web. These sources are used as the basis for analyzing and drawing conclusions in making the results of the study. The results of the research on the identification of economic subsectors that can increase in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic show that the economic sectors that are able to survive and actually experience an increase in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic are the agriculture , plantation, livestock, forestry and fisheries sectors. In terms of the subsector, the increase occurred in plantation crops driven by harvests in strategic plantation commodities including oil palm, cocoa and cloves. Then, the fisheries subsector is also projected to increase in line with decreasing rainfall that affects catches. Other economic sectors that are projected to survive are the electricity, gas and clean water sectors, as they are the basic needs of the community on a daily basis.

Abstract

Cenil or Cetil is a traditional food or snack made from a mixture of starch and granulated sugar, colored, shaped into small balls, eaten with grated coconut. Cenil is a traditional Javanese snack, especially in the East Java area. Cenil mbok mini was founded in 1967 and is still active until now in 2023, so for around 56 years cenil mbok mini has become one of the culinary mainstays of Mojowiryo village, Kemlagi subdistrict, Mojokerto regency. Cenil is neatly packaged and increasingly modern in terms of packaging and manufacturing methods. This Community Service aims to introduce traditional food to the community, as well as to preserve traditional food so that it does not become extinct. The method used in this training is Preparation Step, Implementation Step, and Evaluation Step. As a result of this dedication, traditional snacks have labels to be marketed. Marketing strategies can help improve MSMEs.

Abstract

Current technological developments require young people to get information easily through gadgets. The ease of internet access that is developing sometimes brings up advertisements that trigger online gambling. However, these activities can be diverted by doing positive activities, namely learning business, so the purpose of this community service is to socialize the operation of gadgets to prevent the impact of online gambling and improve the business of Beratkulon Village. The method used in this community service has three steps, namely, preparation steps, implementation steps, and final steps. The results of this community service are, socialization of the operation of gadgets to help prevent online gambling and utilize business so that positive activities occur among village youth, so that village youth increasingly understand to avoid online gambling activities turning into useful business activities. The hope from the results of this activity is to immediately implement the results of the socialization that is applied so that the quality of human resources in Beratkulon Village is getting better, especially village youth.

Abstract

Meatballs are one of the popular processed meat products, easy to find, and liked by the public. Meatballs can also be stored for a long time, so business actors do not need to worry about the quality of the meatballs being damaged, so the production and operational processes need to be carried out properly. The high demand for meatball orders occurs on certain days, the stock of meatballs tends to be less than satisfactory. The purpose of this community service is to provide an understanding to UD. Hani Jatirejo so that they can control product stock, so that consumer demand for products can be met. The methods used in this training are the Preparation Stage, the Implementation Stage, and the Evaluation Stage. The results of this service are the implementation of visits and observations on the operation and production of meatball making, as well as the provision of product stock control counseling in meeting the number of customer requests UD.
