Abstract

This study aims to determine the constraints and problems in the marketing of micro business products in Probolinggo Regency so that it can be used in policy making by the local government for efforts to increase the marketing of the micro business. The object of this research is micro business actors in Probolinggo Regency. The analysis used is micro business data analysis, policy analysis, analysis of marketing potential and problems and analysis of micro business marketing strategy directions. Based on the analysis and identification of conditions in the field, the results of the marketing strategy for micro-enterprises in Probolinggo Regency are located in quadrant I, meaning that in this quadrant they face enormous market opportunities and internal strengths. The strategy set is Room A with Rapid Growth Strategy, which is a fast-flow growth strategy to show maximum development for certain targets and in a short time. The following is an action plan for marketing micro-enterprises in Probolinggo Regency.

Abstract

Pudding Modisco merupakan salah satu bentuk makanan tambahan untuk meningkatkan berat badan pada anak. Dan ini salah satu bentuk makanan yang bisa memperbaiki gizi buruk atau stunting. Maka dari itu dalam pengabdian pada masyarakat ini team melakukan metode simulasi dan Tanya jawab dalam pembuatan pudding modisco. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan tambahan pengetahuan kepada ibu-ibu peserta tentang tumbuh kembang anak dan upaya mencegah stunting.

Abstract

Bullying is an act of oppression that is carried out intentionally and repeatedly with the aim of hurting another person. Bullying can occur physically, verbally, or in subtle ways such as forcing or manipulating. Bullying can have a negative impact on victims, perpetrators and witnesses. Victims can experience psychological stress, behavioral changes and trauma. There are several reasons why someone does bullying, namely because they see their parents often fighting. Unhealthy parenting patterns, too liberated, too harsh, or lacking love and attention. This community service activity aims to provide education regarding the negative impacts of bullying and maintain the mental health of children in Mojowono village, Kemlagi subdistrict, Mojokerto regency. The target of this community service activity is 111 elementary school children from grades 1 to 6 using the hybrid learning method. The results of the evaluation of children's understanding of the material showed that 85% of children really understood the material presented
