Abstract

Quality Assurance and Supervision Center (Pusat Pengawasan dan Penjaminan Mutu-P3M) is a work unit which preparing, controlling, evaluating, and developing Internal Quality Assurance System (Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal-SPMI). At the moment P3M experiencing some problems regarding documents management. That is because in managing document such as organizing, numbering, ratification, publishing, revisioning, and extermination are still done manually. It wasted time, documents building up, and document distribution process is delayed because there is a different schedule to coordinating with related workers.Based on that problem, therfore the solution that can be offered is designing and building an application which can help to manage SPMI documents.  With this application, eventhough the interested party with particular document are absent, the interested party still can access the document online because this application is web based.The results of the trial showed that this application can provide convenience in the management process that is at the stage of drafting, document search, validation, publishing, revision and evaluation, as well as the distribution of documents to every unit.Quality Assurance and Supervision Center (Pusat Pengawasan dan Penjaminan Mutu-P3M) is a work unit which preparing, controlling, evaluating, and developing Internal Quality Assurance System (Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal-SPMI). Abstract

Dewi Sinta Hotel and Restaurant is a hotel in the Tanah Lot Temple area, Bali. Dewi Sinta Hotel and Restaurant is the first hotel in Tanah Lot Temple. This hotel has problem about service quality to customer satisfaction. Dewi Sinta Hotel and Restaurant need tool or application for analyze impact of service quality to customer satisfaction and then solve the problem. The application has quality service dimensions in customer satisfaction questionnaire. This application focus for analyze customer satisfaction questionnaire with multiple linear regression method. This application can result customer characteristic information and impact of service quality to customer satisfaction. The information will help managers for evaluation process about service quality in Dewi Sinta Hotel and Restaurant.

Abstract

Abstract : In running the business process PT PetroKimia Gresik already use information technology (IT) in the form of hardware and software are handled by the IT department. Problems that occur in the use of hardware and software by other departments (external unit) submitted a complaint to the IT department. Complaint handling process is happening now is not well documented because there is no standardization of document complaints, resulting in complaints data search takes a long time. Also the head part and the external unit can not monitor the handling of complaints. Based on these issues, then made the complaint handling applications using administrative workflow system (AWS). AWS to run their activities by providing information to the user through a notification that contains instructions and comments about the activities to be done. The results showed that the application of complaint handling can help IT departments, this can be proved by the test results stating that the function can run 100% in accordance with existing procedures. Then test the results obtained 86.95%. This means the application to handle complaints can be declared fit for use.

Abstract

UD New Sehati is enterprise small middle which active in production and sell may kinds of chips. Payroll system in UD New Sehati calculated based on amount of work day. Overtime calculated based on letter instruction overtime which determined by owner and calculated by hour. Besides that, The employee get bonuses based on the active work employee which assessed from amount of product which has been produced, amount of work day, amount time of delayed and amount of overtime which shown be in the shape of the best value until the worst to make easy the owner give amount of bonuses. Time works for male employee consist or two shifts are morning shift and day shift and nothing overtime. The time work begin at 07.00-16.00 WIB and for day work at 16.00-21.00 WIB. Change shift do every week. Time work for female employee at 07.00-16.00 WIB and nothing shift. Employee presence write by coordinator employee  so that at risk in mistaken in recording. Begin Friday the owner must be count all salary for employee which will be give the employee in Saturday. From some problem happened so that give the solution in the shape of information system payroll employments which can help in storage data employee, make shift schedule, information overtime, letter instruction overtime, storage presence, storage overtime, give bomuses and calculated payroll employee which produce report payroll and report outcome finance for owner and  slip salary to employee

Abstract

PT. Supramedika Prima Cabang Surabaya is the sole distributor of selling health equipment and drugs reagent in eastern indonesia based in jakarta. The sales activity on PT. Supramedika Prima currenty includes approval reservation, procedures of payment (for cash or credit), delivery order, to the procedure billing if payment made on credit. As an evaluation on company requires information of sales made each month. Incomplete information owned currently can obstruct activities evaluation selling by sales manager especially ifthe transaction data being tucked or not copied. The solution to take over those problems were made a sistem which can be used to save and manage sales data, and  generate information which is needed as evaluation. That solution is an sales information system. Information system which has been made was adapted by company requirement. Sales data which has been saved and proceed by a system was used to generate company requirement report. The conclusion of test result, this sales information system can generate nine (9) reports which can be used by manager as an evaluation. This information system has a billing remainder system that can be showed when sales staf did login, this system can be used as a tools which can help bill collector staf to remain bill schedule for customer.Keywords: Application, Information Systems, Sales, Health Equipment, Reagent, Evaluation

Abstract

The diversity of the community in Surabaya can be quite diverse. In addition to the public consists of Surabaya city itself, also consists of non-Surabaya. The Surabaya city communities would require public facilities such as hospitals, bank, or university. Non-residents of Surabaya is not easy to find the desired public facilities, given that non-Surabaya residents do not know the location of public facilities in the city of Surabaya.Existence of the desired public facilities as well as the route to be taken. To support this capability, this system will be developed on Android-based mobile devices for supporting feature Global Positioning System (GPS) and mobile Google Map (mGMap). In order for the location of public facilities as well as the route to be taken by the more accurate method used Ant Colony, Ant Colony method work is by adding pheromone on edge-edge which is the best part of the tour are determined from the start of the algorithm is executed. The advantage of this method is capable of determining the shortest distance to the desired location of public facilities accurately by using more parameters. Some of the most influential parameter is the number of cycles, the number of routes, as well as the number of nodes used.With this system people are expected to know the location of Surabaya public facilities appropriately and accurately. Abstract

UD. New Sehati is small and medium entreprises (SME) which stand since January 2000. This SME move in production and sell many kinds of chips. The sell activity in UD. New Sehati begin from registration of stock product, registration sells, order, retur, barter and report which is connected sells. The problem happened is indispline ini registration administration sells, management income, order which directly to owner which is not written by employee, registration flow stock product, retur, and barter, with doesn’t have report which connected sells. The solution to solve problem is made information system which can made to save the master data is needed. Registration stock product in warehouse and shop, registration transaction is happened, history from the registration and manage that data become the report which connected sells to make easier the owner to do control and evaluation, with can take the decision to make bisnis strategy in entreprise. The conclusion result of test and try which has done information system this sell is produce result nineteen (19) report with connected sells which can used by the owner as subject for evaluation to take decision and make strategy of business in entreprises.

Abstract

PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (PT BJTI) is a service company engaged in service of loading / unloading of containers. The success of PT BJTI today can not be separated from their employee training. Currenly, PT BJTI still use papper to create the documents for employee training. During the last three years, the number of stored documents reaches 1114 document. The human resources department also experienced constraints in terms of a long search time training data for the storage of training documents that stacked into one. Based on this problem, it made an administrative application management training activities using administrative workflow system (AWS). This application applies the theory of AWS to ensure the process flow can run well. Result showed that the application is able to reduce paper documents up to 100% and speed up the search process of training data. This is reflected in the time required search of training data, initially takes 5 minutes to 15 seconds after using the application.

Abstract

CV. Gemilang Indonesia is a digital printing company and now currently experiencing problems with the company marketings and their business process is still conventional, the second problem is that the company can only accept orders through telephone and on the spot meanwhile the payment confirmation only through calls to the customer and the last problem is internal's problem the owner of the company didn't get the reports per periode to overcome the problems that CV. Gemilang Indonesia, the authors build an online shop application. This application can helps customer to order the products, they no longer have to come to the office to buy the products, they also get the invoice and also can review their history order. This application can also generate sales report for the owner of the company.
