Abstract

Requirement engineering is an essential part of software development. The initial process in software development is to determine the needs of the stakeholders. To convert stakeholder needs into features of the system to be developed takes a long time, so it is a challenge for researchers to be able to extract features automatically based on the description of the needs of stakeholders. Previous research has also implemented feature extraction using user reviews on applications that public users have used. The feature extraction results will be used for feature development in future updated versions. The extraction process can use several proven methods to provide results that match the needs of the stakeholders in the system. This study compared the automatic feature extraction method using Natural Language Processing (NLP) with Hierarchical Pattern Recognition (HPR) on the dataset requirements and user reviews. Performance evaluation was conducted to test feature extraction results using Accuracy, precision, recall, and F-measure. The study results show that each method has advantages when implemented on both datasets. The NLP method excels in classifying the NL Requirement dataset. The HPR method has its advantages in extracting user review data.

Abstract

Tenun merupakan warisan budaya Indonesia yang harus dilestarikan dan dijaga. Pendataan tenun secara komputerisasi merupakan salah satu bentuk pelestarian tenun pada bidang teknologi khususnya dibidang penolahan citra digital. Pendataan dapat dilakukan dengan pengenalan pola motif tenun. Untuk mendapatkan informasi citra tenun yang akan digunakan dalam pengenalan pola, proses ekstraksi fitur merupakan hal yang penting. Informasi dari hasil ekstraksi fitur dapat digunakan dalam proses pegenalan pola berupa klasifikasi dan temu kembali citra. Penelitian ini akan mengekstraksi fitur citra tenun Timor. Ekstraksi fitur tekstur menggunakan metode Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM). Hasil ekstraksi fitur dapat digunakan untuk pendataan citra tenun Timor serta juga dapat digunakan untuk klasifikasi motif tenun Timor. Pengujian menggunakan lima sampel citra tenun Timor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai parameter dari metode GLCM meliputi fitur Contrast, Correlation, Energy dan Homogenity. Fitur-fitur yang diperoleh dapat digunakan untuk proses klasifikasi dan pengenalan pola citra tenun Timor.

Abstract

Being a formal education institution, a school must have information to be shared to public. Such information could be new school year students enrollment, general situation of the school, school activities, students, teachers and administration staff's personal data. Up to this moment, school information is still conventionally publicly announced, both from mouth to mouth and by writing it on an announcement board. Such condition will positively impact in the delay of the information being shared. This situation still exists at West Tasifeto State Senior High School One which is considered one of the best schools located on the border of Indonesia – Timor Leste. Apart from the information sharing mentioned above, teachers and administration staff data processing is still manually handled by means of typing it on paper which mostly have bad effects on finding whenever needed. In this research, we developed an information system to share information and the data processing of teachers and administration staff in the form of website, to ease school data management. We believe that the existence of such media is able to process teachers and administration staff data, teachers attendance list management, school scheduling, and other school information. A Prototype Model is utilized in developing this website. The website-based information system at West Tasifeto State Senior High School One is believed to assist with the school information spreading to public, especially to the remote community, residing the border of Indonesia and Timor Leste. Anybody seeking the school information just easily logging on to the school Website and they can straightly find it without having to come to school.

Abstract

The segmentation process is the separation of parts of the object area from the background in an image, so that segmented objects can be processed for other purposes such as pattern recognition. The results of segmentation must be accurate, if it is not accurate in separating objects in the image it will affect the results of further processing. The segmentation process is carried out using the Otsu Thresholding method on sandalwood leaf images by first applying the Median filter to reduce noise. After obtaining the segmented image, then performing performance measurements. The segmentation results from each test are evaluated using the RAE (relative foreground area error) and ME (misclassification error). The segmentation results of 8 sandalwood leaf images from 2 existing conditions show that, sandalwood leaf image segmentation with good leaf conditions obtains the best segmentation results with smaller errors of 5 image data. While the images of sandalwood leaves affected by the disease as many as 3 image data have more diverse areas so that the segmentation results are not good without any morphological process

Abstract

This research builds a system for identifying the maturity level of areca fruit based on digital image processing using texture and color features through the Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) and Color moments. The initial stage of the research is image pre-processing so that it can be processed to the next stage, namely feature extraction. Texture feature extraction was performed using the Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM), namely the correlation value and color feature extraction using Color moments, the mean value used in this study. Classification is done based on the features that have been extracted before. This study uses the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) classification method. Tests were carried out to determine the parameters that cause changes in the classification results with scenarios including determining the number of Neighbors in KNN. By using 1 Neighbors in the KNN classifier, the best accuracy is 86.36% in the process of identifying the maturity level of areca fruit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem deteksi tingkat kematangan buah pinang dengan memanfaatkan pengolahan citra digital yang melibatkan fitur-fitur tekstur dan warna. Tahapan awal dalam penelitian adalah melakukan Pre-processing data citra agar dapat disiapkan untuk proses selanjutnya, yaitu ekstraksi fitur. Proses ekstraksi fitur tekstur dilakukan dengan menggunakan Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) untuk mengambil nilai Correlation, sementara ekstraksi fitur warna dilakukan dengan metode Color Moments dengan fokus pada nilai Mean. Klasifikasi dengan Support Vector Machine (SVM) dilakukan berdasarkan fitur yang telah diekstraksi sebelumnya, adapun parameter yang diujicobakan adalah jenis kernel yaitu Linear, Gaussian, Polynomial pada algoritma SVM. Dari hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan semua matrik performa dari kernel Polynomial mengungguli kernel yang lain dengan hasil Accuracy yang diperoleh sebesar 90,90%, Precision 90,90%, Recall 92,30% dan F1-Score mecapai 91,60% pada proses deteksi tingkat kematangan buah pinang.

Abstract

Globalisasi dan modernisasi membawa perubahan yang sangat besar terutama dalam bidang teknologi. Perkembangan teknologi memunculkan berbagai kemudahan dalam mengakses berbagai media sosial seperti, Facebook, Tiktok, dan Instagram, pengguna media sosial ini terus meningkat, tidak hanya dari kalangan dewasa namun juga pada anak-anak. Pilihan fitur yang beragam dan kemudahan dalam mengakses menjadi daya tarik bagi anak-anak dalam membuat akun media sosialnya sendiri. Penggunaan yang terlalu dini dapat berimbas pada berbagai persoalan mulai cyberbulling hingga munculnya postingan-postingan anak usia dini yang memuat unsur cyberporn. Hal ini tentu membawa keprihatinan tersendiri bagi orang tua yang memiliki anak yang sudah menggunakan internet dan memiliki akun media sosial diusia dini. Akses media sosial oleh anak tanpa pendampingan orang tua, lebih besar dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan dibandingkan efek positif. Melalui penyuluhan peran orang tua dalam pengawasan penggunaan media sosial pada anak usia dini akan membantu meminimalisir dampak negatif dari penggunaan media sosial yang berlebihan. Orang tua dapat memposisikan diri sebagai pengawas dan pengendali anak-anaknya dengan beberapa cara, yaitu: penerapan aturan penggunaan yang ketat, berteman dengan anaknya di media sosial, pembatasan kuota, pendekatan personal, membiasakan anak untuk tidak memegang ataua menggunakan medsos selama hari aktif sekolah, membiasakan anak untuk membaca buku, menjalin komunikasi yang efektif, dan menggunakan unsur KeTuhanan. PKM sosialisasi peran orang tua dalam pengawasan penggunaan media sosial pada anak usia dini dilakukan di RT 007 RW 036, Kecamatan Kota Kefamenanu, Kelurahan Kefa selatan, Kabupaten TTU.

Abstract

The current precision farming system is the right step in an effort to increase production or yield from the farm, one of which is the importance of a control system for feeding and measuring water quality in catfish farming. The farmer group in Oetalus village, northern TTU district is a farmer Nababan, et al. PkM Sistem Monitoring Kolam Lele Berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) pada Kelompok Tani Tnoposeo 1 Desa Oetalus Copyright © 2024 Nababan, et al. This articles is licensed under a Creative Common Attribution-NonCommercial-Share Alike 4.0 International License. 76 group that cultivates catfish traditionally, with a traditional farming system, various problems arise such as poor water quality, the presence of dead catfish due to catfish that have a cannibal system so that the production of farmers is less than optimal. In overcoming these problems, the PkM team provides a solution by developing an aquuture system with the support of the Internet of Things (IoT) for feeding and measuring water quality. The PkM method is carried out by means of socialization and direct training for making automatic feed and monitoring water quality. The location of the PkM implementation is about 7 Km with a total of 20 farmer groups. The catfish feed control system is carried out with the support of smartphones and telegram applications. From the evaluation of this activity, in general, farmer groups feel helped with a satisfaction level of 90% but there are still various obstacles related to network conditions and understanding of farmer groups related to IoT so that consistent assistance is needed to support future precision agriculture / livestock systems.

Abstract

Abstrak - SIMLITMAS merupakan sebuah sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk mengirimkan usulan, melaporkan progres kegiatan, dan melaporkan hasil kegiatan (penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat) yang berbasis internet (online). SIMLITMAS Pada universitas timor telah diterapkan namun terdapat kekurangan pada beberapa fitur dimana tidak terdapat menu penilaian untuk menilai hasil jurnal yang diupload serta fiturnya masih polos dan kurang menarik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi manajemen penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (SIMLITMAS) berbasis web di Universitas Timor agar terlihat menarik dan menambah fitur – fitur yang masih kurang pada SIMLITMAS sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menerapkan waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (SIMLITMAS). Hasil penelitian ini yakni sistem SIMLITMAS dapat membantu pihak Universitas timor dalam melakukan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat secara mudah, efektif dan terlihat menarik. Kata Kunci: Simlitmas, Sistem Informasi, Waterfall, Website, Universitas Timor. Abstract - SIMLITMAS is an information system used to send proposals, report activity progress, and report the results of activities (research and community service) based on the internet (online). SIMLITMAS has been implemented at Timor University but there are deficiencies in several features where there is no assessment menu to assess uploaded journal results and the features are still plain and less attractive. The aim of this research is to build a web-based research and community service management information system (SIMLITMAS) at the University of Timor so that it looks attractive and adds features that were still lacking in the previous SIMLITMAS. This research applies waterfall as a method for developing a research and community service management information system (SIMLITMAS). The results of this research are that the SIMLITMAS system can help Timor University carry out research and community service easily, effectively and look attractive.Keywords: Simlitmas, Information Systems, Waterfall, Website, Timor University.
