Abstract

This study aims to determine the readiness of teachers who teach in schools that are not driving schools in implementing the independent curriculum in the 2024/2025 school year. The population in this study were elementary, junior high, and high school / vocational school teachers in Jambi city, Padang city and Banyuasin Regency. The technique used in this study is a non-probality sampling technique, namely Quota sampling. Data collection through a questionnaire with the help of google form which contains 10 closed statements with a choice of 5 scales and 1 open statement. The data collected was analysed with the help of excel and then converted into qualitative data. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that teachers in Jambi City, Padang City and Banyuasin Regency are ready to implement the independent curriculum in the 2024/2025 school year.

Abstract

Untuk mendukung keberlangsungan dan efisiensi proses manajemen administrasi, pengelolaan administrasi yang berbasis elektronik harus diimplementasikan dalam bentuk inovasi pengelolaan dokumen resmi. Diperlukan adanya inovasi dalam cara mengelola surat secara digital dimulai dari aktivitas menerima, mendata, menyimpan, dan menghapus surat, sehingga akan tercipta hasil kinerja yang transparan dan tepat. Dengan menerapkan manajemen surat terkomputerisasi, maka diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja dalam menunjang kegiatan organisasi. Sehingga, kegiatan seperti disposisi surat dari pimpinan ke pegawai, sebaran surat undangan oleh pimpinan ke pegawai dan ajuan surat dari pegawai ke pimpinan dapat difasilitasi melalui aplikasi persuratan elektronik. Dengan demikian, akan memudahkan seluruh sivitas akademika dalam komunikasi di mana pun dan kapan pun. Dalam kegiatan pengembangan aplikasi persuratan UNJA, akan digunakan metode waterfall yang hanya sebatas pada implementasi saja. Terdapat fitur yang paling utama untuk tersedia di dalam aplikasi persuratan UNJA, yaitu fitur template surat sesuai dengan jenis surat, fitur editor online untuk mengetik surat pada template surat secara online, dan fitur tanda tangan elektronik tersertifikasi yang dapat menguatkan kekuatan hukum yang sah atas surat yang dibuat. Oleh karena itu, Universitas Jambi melalui Lembaga Pengembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi melakukan pengembangan aplikasi persuratan elektronik untuk lingkungan internal universitas. Dengan aplikasi tersebut, diharapkan dapat memudahkan dalam membuat surat melalui template surat yang telah tersedia di aplikasi namun tetap mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang sah, dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan pelayanan di lingkungan universitas melalui bantuan teknologi.

Abstract

Following the advancement of science and technology, human needs have also undergone significant development. This change is most apparent in the field of education, where demands on the quality, accessibility and relevance of learning are becoming increasingly complex and dynamic. The learning process is an interaction between teacher and student that aims to achieve these results, a learning tool is needed in the form of e-LKPD that displays interesting chemistry material with a paperless presentation, so that it can be accessed via smartphone, laptop, and other technology, making it more practical to use. This research is conducted to improve students creativity through the development and implementation of e-LKPD based on Project Based Learning (PjBL) that utilizes banana peel organic waste in learning Green Chemistry material and to understand the feasibility of e-LKPD conceptually and procedurally based in the National Board of Education (BSNP). This research is a development research that adapts the Hannafin & Peck development model. The instrument used for the research consisted of interview guidelines and questionnaires. The developed product was validated by material and media experts and evaluated by teachers, then individual and small group trials were conducted. The data analysis techniques used include quantitative data analysis and qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the trial was very feasible because the average score of the material expert was 4,6 (very feasible) and tge media expert was 4,7 (very feasible). In addition, based on the assessment of procedures by teachers obtained 4,5 (very feasible), the percentage of individual learner responses with a percentage of 93,9 % (very feasible) and small group 94,5 % (very feasible).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the TGT model on students’ learning motivation in Green Chemistry. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with a Non-Equivalent Control Group. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, consisting of two classes: the experimental class, which applied the TGT model, and the control class, which used the Think Pair Share (TPS) model. Research instruments included observation sheets and a learning motivation questionnaire. The data were analyzed using normality and homogeneity tests, independent and paired t-tests, and ANCOVA to determine the effect of the learning model on students’ motivation.The results showed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The average final questionnaire score for the experimental class was 117, while the control class scored an average of 102. The independent t-test yielded a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000, indicating that the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) was accepted, meaning there was a significant difference between the experimental and control classes. The paired t-test showed that both classes experienced a significant increase in learning motivation, but the increase was greater in the experimental class. Furthermore, the ANCOVA results demonstrated that after controlling for covariate variables, the TGT model still had a significant effect on students’ learning motivation.In conclusion, the TGT model positively influences students’ learning motivation at SMA N 11 Muaro Jambi on the topic of Green Chemistry. This model can serve as an alternative instructional strategy that is more engaging and effective for teaching chemistry.

Abstract

Video is an audio visual media that displays images and sound. Learning videos present material, information and explain complex concepts to students in a more interesting way. This learning video is channeled using a problem-based approach. This study aims to determine the feasibility of problem-based learning videos according to the validation of material experts and media experts, to find out teacher assessments and student responses to the media developed. This study is a development research using the Lee & Owens model which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The development product was validated by material experts and media experts and assessed by chemistry teachers who were then tested in small groups. The data analysis techniques used were qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that the learning video obtained a percentage of 87.8% with very decent qualifications from two material experts, 87.8% with very decent qualifications from two media experts and 96% with very good qualifications from chemistry teachers. Meanwhile, in the small group trial, the learning video obtained a percentage of 90.5% with very good qualifications. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the problem-based learning video developed is suitable for use as a medium in the chemistry learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the development process, the feasibility according to media and material experts, teacher assessments, and student responses to the electronic student worksheets (e-LKPD) based on a contextual approach assisted by Canva on green chemistry material that has been developed.The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Hannafin and Pack development model, which consists of 3 stages: Analysis, Planning, Development/Implementation.The instruments used were interview sheets and questionnaires.The data analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis.The results of this study indicate that the contextual approach-based e-LKPD on green chemistry material received feasibility validation from media experts with an average score of 4.7 and material experts with an average score of 4.7, both categorized as very feasible.Obtained an assessment by teachers with an average score of 4.6 in the very good category and student responses to the e-LKPD media with a percentage of 89.47% in the very good category.Based on the research results of developing e-LKPD using a contextual approach assisted by Canva on Green Chemistry material, this media is suitable for use as a learning medium in chemistry education.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui keterampilan proses sains peserta didik model collaborative-creative dan model PBL bermedia laboratorium virtual dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik serta mengetahui tingkat kognitif peserta didik dengan tes soal keterampilan proses sains. Mengunakan desain mix method. Teknik pengambilan sampel total random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, tes soal esai keterampilan proses sains, dan observasi kemudian Uji Annova Satu arah. Hasil penelitian kelas eksperimen I diperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 80,41 dengan skor tertinggi 96 dan skor terendah 65. Kemudian rata-rata posstest kelas eksperimen II sebesar 78,79 dengan skor tertinggi 96 dan skor terendah 60, Sedangkan rata-rata skor posstest kelas kontrol sebesar 76,38 skor tertinggi 90, skor terendah 56. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa model collaborative-creative dan PBL bermedia laboratorium virtual cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik

Abstract

Kajian ini menyajikan analisis kritis terhadap praktik perkebunan sawit (Elaeis guineensis) dari perspektif filsafat lingkungan dan ilmu pengetahuan (sains). Analisis menggabungkan data kuantitatif terbaru mengenai luas lahan, produksi, dan dampak lingkungan, termasuk kaitannya dengan deforestasi dan emisi gas rumah kaca, dengan landasan teoretis seperti deep ecology, ecofeminism, dan etika lingkungan yang relevan untuk memahami dimensi normatif dan empiris dari ekspansi sawit. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur kritis, sintesis data sekunder dari lembaga internasional dan nasional, serta pendekatan analitis interdisipliner. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa ekspansi sawit berkontribusi signifikan terhadap konversi lahan dan emisi, tetapi juga memiliki peran ekonomi yang besar bagi negara-negara produsen. Ketegangan antara kesejahteraan ekonomi dan keberlanjutan lingkungan pada negara-negara tersebut menuntut kebijakan berbasis hukum yang lebih tegas, mekanisme tata kelola lahan yang transparan, serta tindakan restorasi pada lahan gambut yang terdampak. Rekomendasi praktis meliputi penguatan regulasi izin konsesi, insentif untuk praktik sawit berkelanjutan, rewetting lahan gambut, serta dukungan pada petani skala kecil untuk transisi ke praktik wanatani dan sertifikasi yang kredibel.
