Abstract

Attention process is a part of or a small part in memorizing phase with in a thinking process. This research is a qualitative research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. This research aims to describe knowledge attention process of ADHD students. The data was collected by interview and modified thinking aloud methods. At the step of attention looking for and understanding problem in attention process, SADHD was able to observe and determine the adequacy of data. However, at the stage of strategic planning, SADHD experienced a difficulty. At the stage of exploring solution, SADHD also experienced difficulty. At the stage of thinking and redefining, SADHD was able to check and convince the result.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to construct and validate an instructional design model that incorporates the theory and practice of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approach and provides a framework for the internal validation of instructional design model using expert and practitioners review procedures. The research consisted of three phases. In phase one, the theoretical foundations of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approach and instructional design were examined to guide the development of such model. In phase two, the model components were determined and an initial model was constructed. In phase three, the model was reviewed and validated by expert and practitioners in the field of instructional design through a three-round Delphi study. The result was a revised and validated Problem-Based Instructional Design Model to develop students’ creativity and provide the process of the internal validation of instructional design model.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendahuluan: Pandemi COVID-19 menjadi masalah utama yang dihadapi dunia saat ini. Pandemi tidak hanya mempengaruhi sektor kesehatan tetapi juga mempengaruhi aspek sosial, ekonomi dan pendidikan termasuk di Universitas X. Untuk menanggulangi pandemi COVID-19 pemerintah melaksanakan program Vaksinasi COVID-19. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan Tenaga teknis dan Non teknis Universitas X terhadap vaksin COVID-19. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Tenaga teknis dan Non teknis Universitas X dengan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang didapatkan 100 orang. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner yang diberikan kepada tenaga teknis dan non teknis Universitas X. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dengan aplikasi SPSS 26 dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan tenaga teknis dan non teknis Universitas X berdasarkan hasil analisis univariat yaitu dari 100 responden, dengan 64% memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik dan 36% responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan cukup. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SEM didapatkan yaitu berdasarkan indicator pernyataan yang paling dominan yaitu pernyataan ke 16. Kesimpulan: Tenaga teknis dan Non teknis Universitas X memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang vaksin COVID-19 Kata kunci: COVID-19, Survey, Tingkat Pengetahuan, Vaksin, Analisis Structural Equation Model

Abstract

Children who are dropping out of school are closely related to social welfare and become more critical to address immediately because the number of them is increasing day by day. The research objective is (1) To describe the socio-economic conditions of the dropping out of school children and solutions to overcome these problems, (2) To reveal the positive values contained in the social issues of children dropping out of school in Lala Village, Buru Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative design located in the village of Lala, Namlea, Buru Regency. The subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique, and data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, verification, and drawing the conclusion. The socio-economic conditions of children dropping out of school in Lala Village, Buru Regency are seen from their socio-economic situation. They help their parents to work to fulfill their daily needs. Most of the parents of children dropping out of school work as fishermen, construction workers, and hawkers because the amount of basic needs is greater than the amount of income; moreover, they also had no job opportunities. The involvement of local governments, community leaders, and religious leaders in disseminating strategic policies regarding the importance of education and scholarship programs for children who cannot afford or excel is a solution in overcoming the number of children dropping out of school.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to know: (1) The process of multimedia development of website-based learning on the subjects of Sociology, (2) information on the feasibility of multimedia products based learning website on the subjects of sociology grade X class Madrasah AliyahThis method of research is Research and Development (R&D) with the development method of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research was located at MAN 1 Batang Hari in March 2020. Data collection instruments are observations and polls. This multimedia learning feasibility is assessed by a team of learning design experts, website design experts, material experts and practitioners.The results explained that: (1) Multimedia based website learning has been developed with the address http://digsostory.com. (2) Multimedia-based learning website on the subject of sociology of class X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Batang Hari deserves to be used as a learning media after the interview and validation by experts and practitioners. Abstract

one important part of higher education is fieldwork lectures (KKL), which aim to combine theoretical learning with real-world work experience. This article discusses the positive impact of KKL on students, with particular emphasis on the benefits it gives them in personal development and preparation for future student careers. In addition to analyzing data from relevant literature, the study involved a thorough interview with students who have already attended fieldwork lectures (KKL). The results of the study show that KKL is very beneficial for student growth both in the field and outside the field. The practical skills that students acquire in the field, such as problem-solving, communication, and adaptability to the diverse work environment, are learned by students during the course of the KKL. This experience also gives them a better understanding of social issues, helps them understand real situations, and improves their understanding of real work. This fieldwork lecture program aims to bring students from the academic community into the more real world of the field, giving them invaluable practical experience.

Abstract

Bullying significantly impacts students' mental, social, and academic well-being, particularly in schools. This study analyzes bullying and proposes an anti-bullying program through a descriptive literature review. By reviewing scientific journals and research reports, it identifies the prevalence, causes, impacts, and effectiveness of existing programs. Findings indicate that 30-40% of students experience physical, verbal, or cyberbullying. Contributing factors include power imbalances, limited teacher involvement, and weak family support. Bullying impacts include anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, and declining academic performance.Programs emphasizing empathy and cooperation with active student participation are more effective than teacher-centered approaches. This study introduces a novel framework combining technology for reporting and monitoring cases with a community-based strategy involving students, teachers, and parents. This approach is essential to address challenges like cyberbullying in the digital era. By promoting collaboration among all school stakeholders, the program aims to create a safe and inclusive environment for students. The study provides evidence-based insights and practical solutions for developing more effective anti-bullying strategies, adaptable for schools in Indonesia and beyond. Abstrak Bullying berdampak signifikan pada kesejahteraan mental, sosial, dan akademik siswa, terutama di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini menganalisis fenomena bullying dan mengusulkan program anti-bullying melalui tinjauan literatur deskriptif. Dari berbagai jurnal ilmiah dan laporan penelitian, ditemukan bahwa 30-40% siswa mengalami bullying, baik fisik, verbal, maupun siber. Faktor penyebabnya meliputi ketimpangan kekuasaan, minimnya keterlibatan guru, dan lemahnya dukungan keluarga, sedangkan dampaknya mencakup kecemasan, depresi, rendahnya kepercayaan diri, dan penurunan prestasi akademik. Program yang menekankan empati dan kerja sama dengan melibatkan siswa secara aktif terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan pendekatan tradisional yang berfokus pada guru. Studi ini memperkenalkan kerangka baru yang mengintegrasikan teknologi untuk pelaporan dan pemantauan kasus, serta strategi berbasis komunitas yang melibatkan siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Pendekatan ini relevan untuk mengatasi tantangan seperti cyberbullying di era digital. Dengan mendorong kolaborasi seluruh elemen sekolah, program ini bertujuan menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan inklusif. Studi ini memberikan wawasan berbasis bukti serta solusi praktis untuk mengembangkan strategi anti-bullying yang lebih efektif dan dapat diterapkan di sekolah-sekolah Indonesia.

Abstract

Teaching materials are an important element in the learning process that facilitates students to understand concepts while providing practical experience in their application, however, currently, the availability of teaching modules is still very limited, including for thematic learning. This research aims to develop a thematic practicum module in the Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program. This research is a research and development (R&D) 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) with a one-shot case study design, which aims to develop a pre-existing product as a thematic learning module. Data analysis uses quantitative techniques. The research results include thematic-based practicum modules which were developed taking into account the developmental needs of early childhood and thematic learning principles that encourage learning through real experience and play which then go through a validation stage by experts. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of thematic practicum modules in the Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program (PIAUD) has met the validity category to support thematic learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Levers of Control dan komitmen kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan lapangan di PT Evans Group Labuhanbatu. Penerapan sistem pengendalian manajemen yang efektif melalui Four Levers of Control diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan. Selain itu, komitmen kerja yang tinggi juga diyakini dapat mempengaruhi hasil kerja dan dedikasi karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 50 karyawan lapangan PT Evans Group Labuhanbatu yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara penerapan Levers of Control dan komitmen kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan melalui penerapan sistem pengendalian yang efektif dan pengelolaan komitmen kerja yang lebih baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan LOC yang efektif dapat meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan melalui peningkatan komitmen kerja. Selain itu, komitmen kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap tingkat produktivitas karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi manajemen PT Evans Group untuk memperkuat sistem pengendalian berbasis LOC dan kebijakan yang mendukung komitmen kerja guna meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan lapangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Makanan dan Pengiriman Tepat Waktu terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ulang pada pelanggan di Pusat Oleh-Oleh Umbul Mas Labuhanbatu. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, yang menguji pengaruh variabel independen (kualitas makanan dan pengiriman tepat waktu) terhadap variabel dependen (keputusan pembelian ulang). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang, dengan nilai p-value yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Koefisien regresi untuk kualitas makanan adalah 0,450, dan untuk pengiriman tepat waktu adalah 0,330, yang menunjukkan bahwa keduanya berkontribusi positif terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas makanan dan pengiriman tepat waktu adalah faktor penting yang mempengaruhi keputusan pelanggan untuk membeli kembali. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi penyedia layanan untuk meningkatkan kualitas makanan dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman guna meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan pembelian ulang.
