Abstract

Saat ini sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) telah berhasil menjelma menjadi sumber penggerak ekonomi baru di Indonesia. Maka tidak berlebihan apabila kita menyebut bahwa ekonomi di Indonesia tumbuh pesat lewat sektor UMKM. Peran UMKM terhadap perekonomian dan penyerapan tenaga kerja memang tidak lagi diragukan. Namun kondisi UMKM di era pandemi seperti ini dapat diibaratkan hidup segan mati tak mau. Penularan virus corona yang demikian cepat dan masif telah memaksa pemerintah menerapkan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB), hal ini akan juga berdampak mematikan berbagai aktivitas bisnis pelaku UMKM. Tatkala mobilitas masyarakat dan pelaku bisnis dibatasi, maka semakin sempit ruang gerak warga sebagai konsumen, maka aktivitas usaha dan bisnis pun kian terbatas atau stagnan. Sehingga perusahaan atau pelaku bisnis lesu. Untuk memberikan semangat lagi pada pelaku bisnis , maka perlu adanya pelatihan marketing secara on line guna meningkatkan kegiatan pemasaran. Adapun materi kegiatan pelatihan on line ini dapat berupa design Web, desain pesan, dll. Dengan adanya pelatihan tersebut para pelaku bisnis dapat bangkit lagi yang berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan meningkat. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 Juni 2020 s.d 27 Juni 2020. Peserta PKM pada pelatihan ini yang hadir sebesar 49 orang . Hal ini dilakukan agar kegiatan pelatihan marketing online ini dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai UMKM di Desa Mekarjaya, Bandung, dengan kreativitas sebagai variabel mediasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis jalur, hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan berpengaruh positif baik langsung maupun melalui peningkatan kreativitas terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kreativitas menjadi perantara penting dalam menghubungkan pelatihan dan kinerja, serta menjadi kunci optimalisasi hasil kerja. Implikasi manajerialnya, pelatihan harus fokus pada peningkatan keterampilan teknis dan pengembangan kreativitas. Sinergi antara lembaga pelatihan, pemerintah desa, dan pelaku UMKM diperlukan untuk menciptakan ekosistem pembelajaran yang mendukung daya saing berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian finansial pelaku UMKM di Desa Mekarjaya melalui penguatan literasi keuangan. Fenomena di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku UMKM di desa tersebut belum menerapkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen keuangan secara sistematis, seperti pencatatan keuangan, pemisahan keuangan pribadi dan usaha, serta perencanaan keuangan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya literasi keuangan berdampak negatif terhadap kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan dan keberlanjutan usaha. Akan tetapi, terdapat antusiasme dan keinginan kuat dari para pelaku usaha untuk belajar dan memperbaiki praktik keuangan mereka. Intervensi edukatif berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis komunitas menjadi strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman finansial dan daya saing UMKM secara berkelanjutan. Penguatan literasi keuangan terbukti menjadi fondasi penting dalam mendorong kemandirian finansial, meningkatkan efisiensi usaha, dan memperluas akses pelaku UMKM terhadap layanan keuangan formal. Dengan pendekatan partisipatif, program ini diharapkan mampu mendorong transformasi UMKM desa yang lebih adaptif dan mandiri secara ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze strategies for increasing employee engagement through employee empowerment and self-development programs. The research approach used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing according to the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that empowerment and self-development strategies have a significant influence on increasing employee engagement. By providing autonomy in decision-making, providing relevant training, and supporting career development, employees feel more valued and in control of their work. Furthermore, a supportive organizational culture and regular recognition have been shown to increase motivation and a sense of belonging to the organization. Although challenges remain, such as budget constraints, ineffective training methods, and difficulties in measuring success, the results of this study confirm that employee engagement can be significantly improved if organizations consistently implement empowerment and self-development strategies on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology is driving the emergence of a competitive digital business ecosystem. To survive and thrive in this competition, companies are required to rely not only on technological innovation but also on effective human resource (HR) management. This study aims to analyze the role of human resource management in enhancing digital business competitiveness, specifically through recruitment, competency development, motivation, and performance management. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through literature review. The results indicate that human resource management plays a crucial role in enhancing digital business competitiveness through various strategies, ranging from digital talent recruitment, training and competency development, motivation and reward systems, to managing an adaptive work culture. Furthermore, employee retention and career development have proven to be key factors in maintaining the sustainability of digital talent amidst intense competition. The use of technologies such as HRIS, big data, and artificial intelligence also makes HR management more efficient, enabling companies to increase productivity while strengthening their competitive advantage in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by human resource (HRM) management in managing a multi-generational workforce in the digital age and identify strategic solutions that organizations can implement. The diversity of generations, consisting of Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y (Millennials), and Generation Z, creates differences in work values, communication styles, technology use, and expectations regarding the work environment. The research method used was a qualitative approach, with a literature review of various journals, books, and recent research reports related to HRM management and multi-generational workforce dynamics. The results of this study indicate that managing a multi-generational workforce in the digital age is inseparable from a number of complex challenges. Intergenerational communication gaps, negative stereotypes, differences in work values, and limited digital skills are key obstacles frequently encountered in organizational environments. Furthermore, changes in the increasingly flexible work environment and diverse employee expectations add to the complexity faced by HRM management. However, the study also found that solutions such as open and empathetic communication, the use of multiple communication channels, ongoing training, the development of non-technical skills, and the implementation of HRIS technology can reduce gaps and increase work effectiveness. Efforts to build an inclusive work culture have been proven to strengthen cross-generational collaboration and create a more harmonious, productive, and adaptable work environment.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has created disruption in various industrial sectors, requiring companies to adapt through digital-based human resource management. This study aims to analyze the role and strategies of Digital Talent Management in helping companies face the challenges of technological disruption. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach, through literature review and secondary data analysis from various sources related to digital talent management and organizational transformation. The results show that the effective implementation of Digital Talent Management (DTM) can help companies face technological disruption through more adaptive, innovative, and data-driven human resource management. The use of technologies such as AI, people analytics, and HR Tech platforms has been proven to improve recruitment efficiency, competency development, and employee retention. Furthermore, a work culture that supports innovation, continuous learning, and flexible work systems such as remote working also strengthens employee engagement and productivity. With holistic talent management and a positive employee experience, companies can create a competent and highly competitive digital workforce, enabling them to adapt to change and maintain excellence in the era of digital transformation.
