Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Negeri 3 Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju, mengetahui pengaruh dari kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Negeri 3 Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju, mengetahui pengaruh dari lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Negeri 3 Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kompetensi, kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Negeri 3 Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Negeri 3 Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju, kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Negeri 3 Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Negeri 3 Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju dan kompetensi, kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Negeri 3 Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju. Abstract

In this study, several things were explained, including; 1). regional financial ratios for the past 5 (five) years 2). The Effect of Regional Revenue, General Allocation Funds and Balancing Funds on the implementation of regional autonomy in Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi. This study uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis which uses variables using the formula of regional financial ratios, multiple linear regression analysis and performs the t test and F test to answer hypotheses. The results showed that: 1). Judging from the financial ratios in the Mamuju Regency it is still lacking so the Mamuju Regency government still relies on the central government, 2). In the regression analysis of the three independent variables (X1, X2 and X3) simultaneously there was no significant effect on the dependent variable (Y), because the three dependent variables showed the value of Tcount ≤ Ttable or sig ≥ 0.05, meaning Ho was accepted and H1, H2 and H3 is rejected. While based on the correlation analysis shows that the Regional Original Revenue, the General Allocation Fund and the Balancing Fund have a strong and positive influence (+) on the Regional Autonomy Implementation in Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi, where an R value of 0.669 is indicated and the coefficient of determination or R square is 0.447.

Abstract

Rice farmers are actors who carry out farming on paddy fields which are managed based on physical, biological and socio-economic environmental capabilities in accordance with their goals, abilities and resources to produce rice for the daily basic needs of the people of Aralle District, Mamasa Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of capital and land area on the income level of rice farmers in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency and to analyze the most dominant variable influencing the income level of rice farmers in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency. The variables used in this research are capital factor (X1), land area factor (X2), and income level (Y). The method used in this research is using the accidental sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 100 rice farmer respondents in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to measure the effect partially and simultaneously. The results obtained show that the capital variable has a significant effect on the income level of rice farmers in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency and the variable land area has a significant effect on the income level of rice farmers in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency. While the factor of land area that most dominantly influences the level of income of rice farmers in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency, because from the results of multiple linear regression analysis the beta value obtained is the highest at 2,380 with the lowest significant value, namely 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational commitment variables on employee performance at the West Sulawesi Regional Settlement Infrastructure Center. The research method used is by using quantitative methods with primary data using a questionnaire. Respondents in the study were all employees who worked at the West Sulawesi Provincial Settlement Infrastructure Center, the samples used were technical Nonprobability Sampling with a total sample of 36 respondents. The formula in this study uses multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, t test, and f test. The results in this study indicate that work motivation and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at the West Sulawesi Regional Settlement Infrastructure Center. The contribution of work motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance at the West Sulawesi Regional Settlement Infrastructure Center is still weak with a value of 41.6%, meaning that there are still other factors of 58.4% which have an influence on employee performance at the West Sulawesi Regional Settlement Infrastructure Center.

Abstract

Perubahan iklim telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap sektor kelautan dan perikanan, termasuk pengolahan hasil laut di daerah pesisir. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat pesisir akibat perubahan iklim dan mencari peluang untuk mengadaptasi serta mengurangi dampaknya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Desa Pesisir Makmur, sebuah daerah yang bergantung pada hasil laut untuk mata pencaharian mereka. Melalui pelatihan, diskusi kelompok, dan pendampingan, masyarakat diberikan pemahaman mengenai perubahan iklim, serta pelatihan tentang teknik pengolahan hasil laut yang lebih tahan terhadap perubahan iklim. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah peningkatan kapasitas adaptasi masyarakat dan ketahanan ekonomi berbasis hasil laut.
