The students are obliged to protect from the violence, including when the students are in the school.The conditions right now where the teachers consider the strict method with violence is still effective to control the students who transgress the rules at school, or make some mistakes. Whereas the ways of violence could cause the children having a psycology trauma and make them to imitate to do the same actions. The punishment that has been given to the students who commit some mistakes should be given correctly, fairly and wisely and based on the effection, but not being with violence or the punishment with hates. The punishments for the students should be able to be a motivation for them to be better. Because of that, as a teacher actually they understand the meaning of punishments that will be given to their students.

Many parents let their children swallow the bitter pill because of their lecherous act. They make their children victims of sexual violence, regardless of the future of the next child. Sexual violence against children results in children going through life with physical impacts and trauma that have terrible, long-lasting, and even very difficult to get rid of. This study aims to analyze the factors and consequences that arise and to analyze the protection given to children as victims of sexual violence in the household. This research is a normative juridical research. The factors that cause children to become victims of sexual violence, among others, are for the interest of studying black magic and because the perpetrator's wife is no longer able to meet their biological needs. The consequence that arises in the child is that the child experiences trauma and is very disturbed psychologically. The protection provided for children is legal assistance, counseling services, health examination services, and monitoring services. In addition, according to Law Number 17 of 2016 the perpetrator is subject to criminal sanctions, given chemical castration, installation of electronic detectors, and rehabilitation.

Trafficking in persons is a crime that often occurs. Children are very vulnerable to become victims of human trafficking. Child trafficking is an act that is very inhumane and destroys the future of children. Child trafficking is usually carried out by persuasion, making promises, and deceiving the victims. Therefore, precautions must be taken to minimize child trafficking. To prevent this, several efforts were made, including improving the family economy, creating a harmonious family, increasing religious understanding, negative impacts and legal consequences of child trafficking, increasing supervision on children, keeping children away from hedonistic lifestyles and consumptive behavior, getting to know children's social environment, increasing children's education and skills.

Anak sering menjadi objek kekerasan fisik di rumah, terutama di saat anak melakukan kesalahan, melalaikan kewajibannya, atau tidak mematuhi aturan yang ditetapkan oleh orang tuanya. Orang tua yang seharusnya memberikan perhatian dan kasih sayang, malah melakukan kekerasan fisik dengan alasan untuk mendisiplinkan anak.Permasalahannya adalah anggota masyarakat belum memahami sepenuhnya sepenuhnya tentang pentingnya perlindungan anak dari kekerasan fisik, tanggungjawab masyarakat terhadap perlindungan anak dari kekerasan fisik,serta kurangnya kemampuan masyarakat dalam memecahkan masalah yang berkaitan dengan perlindungan anak dari kekerasan fisik.Luaran yang akan dihasilkan adalah berupa penyuluhan guna memberikan perlindungan, pencegahan dan penanggulangan kekerasan fisik terhadap anak serta pelatihan memecahkan permasalahan terkait sehingga masyarakat memiliki kemampuan untuk memecahkan permasalahan terkait dengan kekerasan fisik terhadap anak. Selain itu pelaksanaan program dan hasilnya akan dimasukkan ke dalam jurnal ilmiah.Khalayak sasaran program adalah 70 orang anggota masyarakat Lingkungan III Pulau Brayan Darat II Medan dan 70 orang anggota masyarakat Kelompok Tani Purnakaryawan Desa Manunggal Deli Serdang. Kegiatan ini diisi dengan pemberian materi berkaitan dengankekerasan fisik terhadap anak, motifnya, dampaknya, upaya pencegahannya serta memberikan pelatihan hukum bagi masyarakat(anggota perkumpulan) melalui pemberian kasus terkait untuk diselesaikan masalahnya.

Kekerasan pada anak kerap terjadi. Salah satu penyebab perilaku kekerasan pada anak adalah kebiasaan melakukan kekerasan oleh orang yang lebih dewasa yang seolah-olah sudah menjadi sebuah kebiasaan dan layak untuk dilakukan. Hal tersebut menimbulkan peniruan oleh anak, karena anak adalah peniru ulung. Mereka mulai melakukan kekerasan pada anak lainnya, tanpa mengetahui dampak bagi masa depannya. Perilaku kekerasan sangat berkontribusi kepada tindakan kejahatan yang sangat merugikan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah masyarakat belum memahami sepenuhnya tentang perilaku kekerasan pada anak serta dampaknya, pentingnya melakukan upaya pencegahan perilaku kekerasan pada anak, dan kurangnya kemampuan masyarakat dalam memecahkan masalah yang berkaitan dengan pencegahan perilaku kekerasan pada anak.Luaran yang akan dihasilkan adalah berupa penyuluhan pendidikan anti kekerasan untuk anggota masyarakat guna melakukan pencegahan perilaku kekerasan pada anak, serta pelatihan memecahkan permasalahan terkait pencegahan perilaku kekerasan pada anak, sehingga masyarakat memiliki kemampuan untuk memecahkan permasalahan terkait dengan pencegahan perilaku kekerasan pada anak. Selain itu pelaksanaan program dan hasilnya akan dimasukkan ke dalam jurnal ilmiah.Khalayak sasaran program adalah 100 orang anggota Ikatan Komunitas Pemuda Tanah 600 Medan Marelan dan 100 orang anggota Karang Taruna Karya Buana Medan.Kegiatan ini diisi dengan pemberian materi berkaitan dengan perilaku kekerasan pada anak serta dampaknya, pencegahan perilaku kekerasan pada anak serta memberikan pelatihan hukum bagi masyarakat melalui pemberian kasus terkait untuk diselesaikan masalahnya. Setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan diskusi.

Drug abuse is carried out not only by adults, but also by adolescents. Teenagers who should have been educated for the betterment of this nation, also fell into the circle of drug abuse. Drug abuse has very fatal consequences in adolescents. Among teenagers who use narcotics do not even continue their education. In fact, education is a very important thing for them, for the achievement of their goals and future. Teenagers do not understand that drug abuse has negative repercussions. For this reason, it is necessary to prevent it, so that adolescents avoid drug abuse. This research is a normative juridical research, which is research that conducts an assessment of library materials. The data source used is secondary data. Data collection tools used are documentation studies, with qualitative analysis techniques. In general, the impact of drug abuse can be seen physically, psychically, and socially. Some of the efforts that can be made to prevent drug abuse are increasing the role of the family, religious guidance, and education on the dangers of narcotics

: Children often become victims of sexual abuse. Effect of sexual abuse is fatal, not only for the present but also for its future. The problem is that perpetrators of sexual abuse to a child not only come from ordinary people, but come from various circles including teachers. Teachers who are supposed to educate children to achieve their goals, but they make children as victims. So that, it is necessary to conduct an assessment of sexual abuse to a child by teachers. The research is normative juridical research. The data sources in this research is secondary data. The technique to collecting data is documentation study. Based on the research discovered that sexual abuse to a child is done with the mode of giving the lure and threatening the child. The causes of sexual abuse to a child by teacher are the understanding of children who are lacking and afraid of reporting, weak faith, lack of legal awareness, and low teacher morale.Keywords: Sexual abuse, child, teacher, criminology

When covid 19 pandemic children follow the online learning from home. The child assigment is not only to write answers on paper, there are also make videos, and uploaded to youtube. Some children can't do it by them selves. The problem is that parent are upset when guiding a child to study at home. Parents often experience stress when dealing with the child's subject matter and tasks. This can lead to parental violence against the child. Child abuse has a negative impact. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent violence against children at home in covid 19 pandemic. The research is normative juridical research. The data sources in this research is secondary data.The technique to collecting data is documentation study.Based on the research discovered that violence against children negatively impacts who are lazy to learn and will not do school work and children are easily criminals of violence. Some prevention efforts to prevent children becoming victims of violence by parents are parents should understand that educating the child is main task, patiently accompanying and guiding the child, understanding the impact of violence to child, becoming a role model, building good communication, and always motivating themselves. Today's cash waqf has become one of the financing alternatives for fiscal instruments in the economy. The understanding of the benefits of waqf, which so far has only been used for direct worship facilities such as mosques and cemeteries, has shifted in a broader direction, especially to improve welfare and the economy. Cash waqf has two functions: as a means of worship and as a means of improving social welfare. Returns from the management of cash waqf can be used as instruments in poverty alleviation programs through the development of MSMEs and the establishment of tourist areas. The impact of developing tourist areas will be felt directly by the community if, in these tourist areas, MSMEs grow and develop. The utilization of productive waqf with the management of Hajj funds is in accordance with the intent of Law Number 34 of 2014 concerning Hajj Financial Management and Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf, both of which aim to provide benefit to Muslims. In its implementation, the utilization of waqf funds can be made into a hotel project or infrastructure supporting halal tourism, such as airports, MSME kiosks, and so on. Then the profits obtained will be channeled for the benefit of the people. On the other hand, the development of halal tourism facilities and infrastructure also creates jobs. In addition, Indonesia is already known as a Muslim-friendly tourist destination. This development of halal tourism can optimize Indonesian tourist destinations as Muslim-friendly tourist destinations. Cash waqf as a means of financing can be used for more than one particular sector and only certain models. Cash waqf can be used as an alternative solution for financing all sectors that support the economy, both for consumptive and productive purposes. The benefits of cash waqf for the productive sector can be realized by increasing community capital in developing their businesses, both for basic business capital and for supporting capital for their businesses. What about the attractive design and appearance of the area surrounding where they are attempting to become a community destination for visiting?
