Abstract

Objectives: To compare the oocyte count, embryo count, pregnancy rate, and the presence of OHSS in patients undergoing In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) with long and short protocols at Yasmin Clinic, Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakarta. Methods: A cross sectional study was done at Yasmin Reproductive Clinic, Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakarta, Indonesia. Data was collected from the medical records of 200 infertile women undergoing IVF, 100 women with long protocols and the other 100 with short protocols. Variables compared in these 2 groups are the oocyte count, embryo count, the pregnancy rate, and presence OHSS using Mann-Whitney U Test with SPSS 11 Program. Result: From 200 women undergoing IVF procedure, 45.5% of them aged between 35-40 years old, with the youngest is 22 years old and the oldest is 48 years old (average age=35 years, SD=4.7), and almost half of them (45%) have BMI between 18.01-23.00 kg/m2. 185 women has primary infertility. These subjects came to the clinic mostly due to male factor (23.5%), idiopathic cause (19%), and ovulation disturbance (13%), whilst endometriosis, tubal factor, and other factors take just little percentage. When compared between long and short protocols, the number of oocyte retrieved is significantly different (p=0.007, CI=5.84-7.11), whereas embryo numbers (p=0.054, CI=1.80-2.39) and the pregnancy rate (p=0.525, CI=0.21-0.33) found to be not significantly different. There were 2 cases of moderate OHSS developed in the long protocol group. Conclusion: Although the number of embryo produced and the pregnancy rate are found to be not significantly different between the two groups, long protocol of IVF is found to produce more oocyte to be retrieved and develop more OHSS events compared to short protocol. Due to this result, GnRH antagonist can be considered when planning an IVF procedure. However, a longitudinal multicenter study with larger sample size is needed to validate the current data. Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan salah satu unsur yang sangat penting bagi kemajuan suatu Negara maka selain memberikan perhatian untuk pelayanan kesehatan Negara juga membuat dan memberlakukan peraturan-peraturan di bidang kesehatan (hukum kesehatan) sebagai pedoman yuridis dalam pemberian layanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Hukum kesehatan adalah semua ketentuan hukum yang hubungan langsung dengan pemeliharaan atau pelayanan kesehatan dan penerapannya. Hukum kesehatan merupakan cabang dari ilmu hukum yang secara relatif baru berkembang di Indonesia, hukum kesehatan ini salah satu cakupan dari aspek hukum perdata. Hukum Perdata adalah segala aturan hukum yang mengatur hubungan hukum antara orang yang satu dengan orang yang lain dalam hidup bermasyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis normative yang mengolah data dari bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder serta bahan hukum tersier. Whistleblower mendapat perlindungan dari penguasa untuk mengungkap suatu kebenaran hukum sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan dengan batasan batasan tertentu dalam suatu perbautan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapat, Hukum mengatur hubungan hukum. Hubungan hukum itu terdiri dari ikatan-ikatan antara individu dan masyarakat dan antara individu itu sendiri. Ikatan- ikatan itu tercermin pada hak dan kewajiban.Begitupula dengan hubungan tenaga medis dan pasien, dalam hubungan ini kepentingan dari kedua belah pihak dilindungi oleh hukum. Setiap pertanggungjawaban harus mempunyai dasar, yaitu hal yang menyebabkan timbulnya hak hukum seseorang untuk menuntut orang lain sekaligus melahirkan kewajiban hukum untuk memberi pertanggungjawabannya. Secara teoritik kemampuan bertanggungjawab dapat diartikan sebagai kondisi batin yang normal atau sehat dan mampunya akal seseorang dalam membeda-bedakan hal-hal yang baik dan yang buruk, atau dengan kata lain, mampu untuk menginsyafi sifat melawan hukumnya suatu perbuatan dan sesuai dengan keinsyafan itu mampu menentukan kehendaknya.

Abstract

Every child has different cognitive development. This research aims to find out games that can develop the cognitive abilities of young children aged 5-6 years. This research uses a qualitative approach, the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method and bibliometric analysis. The data source comes from Google Scholar using the year range 2018-2023, Harzing's Publish or Perish (Pop) and VOSviewer. The research results show that: the cognitive aspects of children aged 5-6 years can develop through play; obtained 4 clusters consisting of 4 colors, namely red, blue, green and yellow; fruit counting board games, letter cards, congklak and puzzles are in the very good category. The implication of this research is that playing is very crucial in children's lives, without realizing it, playing can develop one aspect of children's cognitive development.

Abstract

Setiap anak memeliki perkembangan kognitif yang berbeda-beda. Pada penelitian tersebut bertujuan untuk mengetahui permainan yang dapat mengembangkan kognitif anak usia dini usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian menggunakan pedekatan kualitatif metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) serta analisis bibliometrik. sumber data berasal dari Google Scholar menggunakan rentang tahun 2018-2023, Harzing’s Publish or Perish (Pop) dan VOSviewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: aspek kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun bisa berkembang melalui permainan; didapatkan 4 cluster yang terdiri dari 4 warna yaitu merah, biru, hijau dan kuning; permainan papan hitung buah, kartu huruf, congklak dan puzzle, masuk pada kategori sangat baik. implikasi dari penelitian  yaitu bermain sangat krusial pada kehidupan anak, tanpa disadari dengan bermain bisa mengembangkan salah satu aspek perkembangan kognitif anak.

Abstract

The Old Age Security (JHT) Program is a government program that aims to fulfill workers' rights to decent work, including income, benefits, and social security. On April 26, 2022, the Minister of Manpower issued Permenaker Number 4 of 2022 which revised the previous the old age security regulations. This study aims to analysis the implementation of the Permenaker by evaluating previous cases, so that the government can learn and implement this policy more effectively. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method, collecting data through literature studies. The results of the study indicate that Permenaker Number 4 of 2022 has the potential to be a better solution to the old age security problem than the previous period, as long as its implementation is optimal. Good implementation can be achieved by balancing the top-down and bottom-up approaches, because a tendency that is too dominant on one side can have a negative impact on the quality of policy implementation.

Abstract

Eaery child has innate abilities, one of which is creative thinking. Creative thinking is a stage that can be utilized by young children to solve problems they face. Stimulating children to develop creative thinking involves channeling their ideas through play activities, making them trained to develop their creative thinking abilities and learn to solve problems they encounter. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of play-based learning on the creative thinking abilities of young children. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The results show that through play activities, children can create various creations based on their own ideas or thoughts, which are then applied through games. With creative thinking abilities, children also become trained and accustomed to solving problems they face. Play-based learning is proven to enhance creative thinking abilities in young children. The conclusion of this study is that play-based learning can enhance the creative thinking abilities of young children. Various types of games such as Loose Parts Play, playing with playdough, and "What If" can be utilized to develop children's creativity.
