Abstract

Masa remaja ditandai dengan pertumbuhan dan kematangan seksual yang berdampak pada perubahan bentuk tubuh, sehingga perhatian pada citra tubuh menuntun pada usaha-usaha mengontrol berat badan. Namun demikian, hal tersebut tentunya tidak dengan mudah dilakukan, sehingga remaja menjadi rentan terhadap permasalahan citra tubuh. Hal tersebut didukung dengan aspek psikososial dimana pada usia tersebut lingkup sosial remaja telah berfokus pada teman sebaya, sehingga peran dari teman sebaya tentu mempengaruhi kondisi psikososial remaja, khususnya kesehatan mental remaja. Tidak  sedikit memunculkan perilaku-perilaku beresiko pada remaja, seperti bullying, khususnya Body shaming. Body shaming pada remaja beresiko mengurangi kesehatan mental pada individu, seperti rentan melakukan perilaku diet yang salah, mengalami gangguan makan, gelotophobia, dan sebagainya. Berdasar hal itu, pemerintah melalui UU ITE (Undang-undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik) Pasal 45 ayat 1 dan Pasal 27 ayat 3 dan Pasal 310 KUHP turut menekankan pentingnya menghindari Body shaming. Psikoedukasi tentang body shaming perlu diberikan sejak dini, yaitu salah satu program pencegahan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman remaja mengenai pengertian, dampak-dampak, dan strategi mengurangi Body shaming. Hasil dari kegiatan ini siswa lebih memahami dampak body shaming dan memberi kesempatan untuk remaja terbuka dengan pengalamannya.

Abstract

PSYCHOEDUCATION OF THE IMPACT OF BODY SHAMING ON ADOLESCENT. Body shaming is a form of commenting on or embarrassing the physical condition of others. The rise of the phenomenon of body shaming in society occurs because individuals are considered not in accordance with the ideal standard of perfection of appearance that applies in society so that the community is considered as a social controller of perfection of appearance. In addition, social comparison and physical attractiveness of individuals play an important role in evaluating and evaluating the appearance of individual bodies. Body shaming often occurs in children, adolescents and adults, this happens because it is considered a normal and normal behavior, other than that the perpetrator does not understand the impact of his body shaming. The impact of body shaming on victims, namely, psychological impacts include; anxiety, fear, worry, insecurity, low self-esteem, eating disorders, insomnia, stress, and the tendency for body dysmorphic disorders, while the behavioral effects include withdrawing from the social environment, being alone, unhealthy diets, excessive care and exercise. Preventive efforts undertaken by the government to reduce body shaming behavior in the community are by making ITE Law Article 27 paragraph 3 and Article 45 paragraph 1 and if verbal body shaming is directly addressed to someone, it will be subject to articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code with the threat of punishment 9 prison month.

Abstract

Mental health awareness is a condition when individuals are aware of the importance of mental health in maintaining their positive psychological well-being. Awareness involves prevention of mental problems, identifying mental problems, and self-managing in any possibilities of mental distuption. A way to maintain mental health awareness is to obtain knowledge or information related to disorders, management, and prevention of mental health problems through literacy. Meanwhile, Lack of mental health literacy have been identified as major obstacles for the promotion of mental health and early intervention during this pandemic era. This study aims to develop a measuring instrument by testing the validity and reliability of mental health awareness through literacy during the COVID-19 pandemic towards college students using the Rasch Model approach. The subjects of this study were male and female, college students aged 18 – 25 years and Indonesian citizens. This research was conducted on 307 subjects. The results of the research showed that the mental health awareness scale using Mental Health Literacy Questionnaire is a reliable and valid measuring instrument (α = 0.844) during the COVID-19 pandemic by using the Rasch Model approach and compared to the classical theory of mental health awareness. There are 21 valid items and 8removed items with no any dimensions are eliminated.

Abstract

Health is the primary key to achieving human well-being. Therefore, maintaining physical and mental health is essential in daily life and should be instilled from an early age to develop strong and healthy character. Health is an optimal state of individual well-being in the biopsychosocial aspects (physical, mental, and social), enabling optimal growth and development throughout the lifespan.The purpose of implementing psychoeducation on strengthening the capabilities of clean and healthy living behavior is to increase knowledge, awareness and independence in children from an early age. This psychoeducation method uses an offline platform which was held on Saturday, June 15, 2024, in this activity collaborating with BPBD Malang, SDN 1 Slampearejo Jabung and involving grade 1 elementary school students with 37 respondents, where all respondents received materials and rewards. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, students gained knowledge and are able to practice clean and healthy living behaviors by brushing their teeth, washing their hands with soap, and cutting their nails. The implication of this activity is to raise awareness among parents to instill, teach, set an example, and habituate their children to practice healthy behaviors in their daily lives.Kesehatan merupakan kunci utama dalam meraih kesejahteraan manusia, karena itulah menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental merupakan hal mutlak dalam menjalani hidup sehari-hari dan perlu ditanamkan sejak dini untuk memiliki karakter yang kuat dan sehat. Sehat merupakan suatu keadaan individu Sejahtera secara optimal pada kondisi biopsikososial (fisik, mental, dan social) untuk mendapatkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangsan secara optimal dalam rentang kehidupan. Tujuan implementasi psikoedukasi tentang penguatan kapabilitas perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan, keadasaran dan kemandirian pada anak sejak dini. Metode psikoedukasi ini dengan menggunakan platform luring atau offline yang diselenggarakan pada hari sabtu tanggal 15 Juni 2024, dalam kegiatan ini berkolaborasi dengan BPBD Malang, SDN 1 Slampearejo Jabung dan melibatkan peserta didik kelas 1 SD dengan jumlah responden 37 peserta didik, dimana seluruh responden memperoleh materi dan reward. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT peserta didik memperoleh pengetahuan dan mampu menerapkan perilaku hidup yang bersih dan sehat dengan cara menggosok gigi, mencuci tangan menggunakan sabun dan memotong kuku. Implikasi dalam kegiatan ini adalah memberikan kesadaran kepada orang tua untuk menanamkan, mengajarkan, memberikan contoh dan membiasakan anak-anak berperilaku sehat dalam menjalani hidup sehari-hari.

Abstract

Kecemasan adalah kondisi emosional yang dapat terjadi karena adanya ketidaknyamanan selama kehamilan. Sejumlah penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan ibu hamil dapat memicu terjadinya hipertensi, BBLR dan mengganggu perkembangan otak janin, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Self-hypnosis adalah hipnosis yang dilakukan secara mandiri oleh ibu hamil. Melalui teknik relaksasi ini, memungkinkan ibu hamil mencapai keadaan pikiran yang tenang dan nyaman sehingga berpengaruh terhadap  kecemasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-hypnosis terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil di Klinik Kesehatan Kabupaten Malang. Desain  penelitian adalah pre experimental pre post test design. Semua ibu hamil Trimester II-III yang mengikuti kelas ibu hamil dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi menjadi responden yaitu sejumlah 31 orang. Sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling selama 3 bulan. Uji statistik Wilcoxon menunjukkan P value = 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil ini menggambarkan bahwa self-hypnosis dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil. Dengan demikian para tenaga kesehatan dapat melatih ibu hamil untuk melakukan self-hypnosis.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pentingnya pemahaman perilaku sehat sejak usia dini dapat berdampak positif bagi tumbuh kembang anak. Salah satu perilaku sehat pada anak yaitu menggosok gigi. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku menggosok gigi pada anak taman kanak-kanak dengan menggunakan metode dongeng. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian eksperimen dengan desain the one-group pretest-posttest. Hasilnya diperoleh nilai Z = -3.241 dengan signifikansi 0.001 (<0.05) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode dongeng efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku anak.           Kata kunci: Dongeng, Perilaku, Menggosok, Gigi, AnakAbstract: The importance of understanding healthy behavior from early age has positive impact on children development. One of the healthy behaviors in children is brushing teeth. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to improve knowledge and behavior of brushing teeth in children by using fairytale method. The research method used is experimental research with the one-group pretest-posttest design. Abstract

Building facilities in flats is one of the main focuses in improving welfare. The Malang City Government is preparing itself to become a friendly city. One aspect that should be prepared is the suitability of housing which can increase life satisfaction and residential attachment among residents by considering health, comfort and ease of access. This research was carried out with the aim of knowing the dynamics of residential attachment among residents of Buring Flats, Malang City. Seeing this, the research design used was an exploratory sequential design. This design has two phases, namely the first phase will begin with qualitative techniques which are the main interpretation priority, then continued with quantitative in the second phase as confirmatory. The results of the research found that the residential attachment of the residents of Rusunawa Buring, Malang City is based on the existence of place dependence and place identity. The place dependence aspect can be seen from the availability of adequate facilities and services, as well as the utilization of these facilities. Meanwhile, the aspect of place identity is shown by the feeling of comfort they feel while occupying Rusunawa Buring. Keyword: Livability; place attachment; rusunawa.

Abstract

Health Behavior Models and Mental Health Literacy in Realizing Family Resilience. Objektive: The family is the most important unit in forming health behavior to create a resilient family that is happy and prosperous as the basic foundation for the integrity of strength and sustainable development, thus the family is the heart of an individual's life. To live a life, the main key is physical and mental health, if the condition of the body and soul is healthy, then individual activities and activities will run smoothly and in accordance with expectations. The aim of this research is to obtain a fit model between mental health literacy and health behavior to increase family resilience. In addition, it examines the relationship between mental health literacy and health behavior to increase family resilience. Method: The method in this research is quantitative by conducting model tests using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The subjects in this research were 125 married families, men and women throughout Indonesia. The measuring instrument used is the health belief model scale for exercise (HBMS-E), while mental health literacy uses the Mental Health Literacy Questionnaire- for adults (MHLq-fA) and family resilience uses the family functioning style scale measuring instrument. (FFSS). Finding: The research results show a relationship between mental health literacy and health behavior to increase family resilience. BesidesThe modified model obtained shows that there is no difference between the model and the data. So the model is theorized fit with data. Abstract

This research aims to develop pro-environmental behavior strategies of community in sustainable development. This research is qualitative research, which emphasized on understanding certain phenomena in depth, explained descriptively in order to explain the description of people's pro-environmental behavior according to conditions in the field objectively and comprehensively. The research was conducted in October 2023, located in Turigede Village, Kepohbaru District, Bojonegoro Regency. The results of this research indicate that Turigede Village Community has carried out several aspects of pro-environmental behavior in the form of saving electrical energy, mobility and transportation, collecting rubbish that could be resold, as well as being enthusiastic about participating in community service. Government and the environmental conditions of the village still have many wild bushes and bamboo forests. Meanwhile, the supporting factors for community pro-environmental behavior are cognitive factors in the form of community knowledge. It explains how to care for the environment and situational factors consisting of villages having various institutions whose functions can be optimized
