Abstract

Guru adalah salah satu komponen penting dalam mencapai keberhasilan pendidikan, guru harus semakin profesional dan bergerak dinamis mengikuti perubahan yang terjadi di masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, upaya strategis seorang supervisor sangat diperlukan dalam mendampingi guru mengelola pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi pengawas dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) di Kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi kepengawasan yang telah dilaksanakan adalah: (1) merencanakan dan menyiapkan perangkat kepengawasan sebelum melakukan supervisi dengan panduan program tahunan, program bulanan dan instrumen penilaian; (2) mengidentifikasi guru-guru yang akan disupervisi melalui daftar isian; (3) merumuskan faktor-faktor yang bisa mempengaruhi kelancaran supervisi melalui rumusan program supervisi; (4) memilih strategi yang paling sesuai untuk mencapai tujuan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang melalui rumusan program supervisi; (5) teknik supervisi yang dipergunakan lebih banyak bersifat individual; dan (6) tindak lanjut hasil supervisi dalam bentuk penilaian kuantitatif, kualitatif, dan laporan.Kata kunci: Strategi Pengawas, Profesionalitas, Guru PAI

Abstract

Along with the increasingly tight business competition, many companies are required to take certain steps in facing competition in this global era. Employee welfare is one of the strict considerations that must be considered by the company, it is no wonder that in today's era many companies need skilled workers in terms of Human Resource management because of the awareness of the importance of HR management. In this study, this study uses a quantitative research type. This study aims to determine the effect of employee welfare, work environment, and interpersonal relationships on work productivity. And the population obtained in this study was 150 respondents. The analysis technique in this study used Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS software. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that employee welfare, work environment, and interpersonal relationships affect work productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the relationship between peace, employee engagement, and organizational performance. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are The relationship between peace, employee engagement, and organizational performance is very important in the world of work. Because the desire to be able to increase employee engagement, employees who feel motivated tend to be more committed and involved. Engaged employees are more motivated to work hard in helping to achieve organizational goals, which in turn will improve organizational performance. Therefore, to achieve the best results, a balance is needed between peace, employee engagement, and organizational performance. Because the three elements influence each other in creating a productive and successful work environment.

Abstract

The role of employees in a company organization is a very vital factor in achieving and carrying out the functions and objectives of the company. Employees become planners, implementers, and controllers who always play an active role in realizing the goals of the organization or industry. In this study, this study uses a quantitative research type. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, social support, and work-life balance on job satisfaction. This study focuses on company employees in Indonesia, by applying the Non-Probability Sampling technique to determine the sample obtained as many as 120 respondents. The results of this study found that work stress, social support, and work-life balance have an effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of implementing financial management strategies at SDIT XYZ Banjarmasin Integrated Islamic Primary School on the welfare of students, teachers and staff as well as the effectiveness of school fund allocation in creating a learning environment that supports student development. A combined approach was used with quantitative analysis to measure financial efficiency and qualitative analysis through interviews and observations. The financial management strategies implemented had a significant positive impact. School funds are allocated efficiently to support extracurricular activities, purchase quality learning materials and improve educational facilities. The focus on teacher and staff welfare through personal development incentives and wellness programs creates a positive working environment. The implications of the findings are highly relevant for policy development in education and school financial management. Best practices can be adopted to improve student and staff welfare through smart allocation of funds. Further strategic planning is needed to improve the quality of education by taking into account the welfare of the entire school community. Schools can more effectively achieve their educational goals by building an empowering and sustainable learning environment and improving financial management practices that support student and staff welfare. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak implementasi strategi manajemen keuangan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu SDIT XYZ Banjarmasin terhadap kesejahteraan siswa, guru, dan staf serta efektivitas alokasi dana sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung perkembangan siswa. Pendekatan gabungan digunakan dengan analisis kuantitatif untuk mengukur efisiensi keuangan dan analisis kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi. Strategi manajemen keuangan yang diterapkan memberikan dampak positif signifikan. Dana sekolah dialokasikan dengan efisien untuk mendukung kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, membeli materi pembelajaran berkualitas, dan meningkatkan sarana pendidikan. Fokus pada kesejahteraan guru dan staf melalui insentif pengembangan diri dan program kesehatan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif. Implikasi dari temuan ini sangat relevan untuk pengembangan kebijakan di bidang pendidikan dan manajemen keuangan sekolah. Praktik-praktik terbaik dapat diadopsi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan siswa dan staf melalui alokasi dana yang cerdas. Perencanaan strategis lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan memperhatikan aspek kesejahteraan seluruh komunitas sekolah. Sekolah dapat lebih efektif mencapai tujuan pendidikan dengan membangun lingkungan belajar yang berdaya guna dan berkelanjutan, serta meningkatkan praktik manajemen keuangan yang mendukung kesejahteraan siswa dan staf.
