Abstract

The phenomena of establishing a circular economy is aggressively advocated both in Indonesia and globally as a step towards a new, greener model of economic transformation to lessen the impact on the environment and support long-term and sustainable economic growth. By 2025, the administration of JAKSTRANAS wants all waste to be controlled, a goal that will be aidsd by digitizing waste banks. The Solusi Hijau Waste Bank has not digitized its business processes, making it challenging for customers and collectors to obtain crucial information quickly, accurately, and in real time. This is why the research is urgent. This research object was to design a waste management accounting information system at the Solusi Hijau Waste Bank. The two stages of the research method are requirement analysis and system design, where the latter uses the Unified Modeling Language to model the process design. The conclusion of this research is that a waste management accounting information system for the Solusi Hijau Waste Bank has been successfully created. Process design, database design, and user interface design are all components of the system's design. The Solusi Hijau Waste Bank will hopefully be able to handle and obtain information about waste management, customer data, collector data, and transaction data conveniently, quickly, precisely, and in real time with the help of this system design. The Solusi Hijau Waste Bank is not the only waste bank that can use this system design; another waste bank that has roughly the same business procedures can as well

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam mendukung kegiatan ekonomi Program Penanggulangan Kemiskinan di Perkotaan (P2KP) dan mengetahui indikator yang belum terpenuhi oleh masyarakat sebagai wujud partisipasinya. Data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner, yang disebarkan kepada 81 orang responden yang menerima dana bergulir P2KP. Data kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil kuesioner menunjukkan semua indikator bernilai di atas 60%, dan hasil rata-rata lima indikator yang digunakan 72.89%. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat partisipasi masyarakat Kelurahan Pancoran Mas cukup aktif.

Abstract

The submission of requests for Ready Use Fund Assistance (DSP) by the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) to the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) continues to increase along with the number of disaster events. The web-based DSP Application System used by BNPB to manage DSP request documents is no longer in accordance with the current needs of the organization. This study uses the PIECES analysis method which can be considered in developing an information system, in PIECES there are 6 (six) aspects used in analyzing an application or information system, namely Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service (PIECES), where in each aspect a method and provisions are needed in conducting assessments. The results of the analysis using the PIECES method show that the DSP application has shortcomings in every aspect, the results of the PIECES analysis can be used as a basis for improving the DSP application to meet the needs of users and organizations

Abstract

Saat ini sumber daya manusia di dalam organisasi di dominasi oleh kelompok generasi Z, yaitu individu yang berusia 18-26 tahun. Generasi Z memiliki karakteristik dimana cenderung tidak memiliki keyakinan untuk mengambil pekerjaan yang bersifat jangka panjang dan tidak memiliki komitmen dalam suatu pekerjaan, hal ini dapat menjadi suatu permasalahan dalam dunia kerja. Perilaku counterproductive work behavior adalah perilaku yang merusak norma-norma organisasi penting dan membahayakan organisasi dalam berbagai cara baik dari sisi pencapaian tujuan, aspek psikologis dan sosial karyawan, prosedur kerja, produktivitas maupun profitabilitas organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif deskriptif dalam bentuk kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dan terdapat 214 partisipan dengan kriteria karyawan yang berusia 18-26 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa counterproductive work behavior pada seluruh partisipan sangat rendah, hal ini dikarenakan bahwa partisipan tidak memiliki masalah saat bekerja dan mampu untuk mengontrol perilaku baik ketika sedang bekerja.

Abstract

The construction of the Trans Java Toll Road has intensified competition in the intercity bus (AKAP) industry, prompting bus operators (PO) to formulate strategies to maximize revenue. During holiday and festive seasons, operators typically raise ticket prices based on competitor pricing. However, other critical factors are often overlooked, such as fleet maintenance costs, travel operational expenses (fuel, tolls, driver commissions, meal allowances, and incentives), as well as agent commissions and passenger meals, all of which tend to increase—sometimes drastically—especially when fuel prices rise. This study aims to analyze passenger behavior, route potential, conduct preventive maintenance planning, and evaluate the alignment between ticket pricing, contribution margin, and cost ratio using a machine learning approach with the Random Forest Regression algorithm. The machine learning model was developed using data on route masters, fleet details, travel costs, ticket prices, holidays, and transaction records of revenue and operational expenses. The model achieved an RMSE of 3%, R² score of 77%, MAPE of 9.56%, and accuracy of 90.44%. It was then implemented in a web-based interface using Flask and ASP.NET to compare actual ticket prices with predicted prices.

Abstract

Rumah makan Padang PS adalah suatu bisnis restauran yang berkembang baik dan mempunyai banyak cabang.  Rumah makan ini merupakan suatu lingkungan bisnis yang melibatkan banyak karyawan. Pada beberapa bulan terakhir, absen karyawan semakin meningkat dan diperlukan suatu penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan karyawan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan semua karyawan sebagai responden dan 100 pelanggan sebagai sampel dengan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Variabel yang diukur adalah kinerja karyawan, kepuasan karyawan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan beberapa uji statistik seperti uji validitas, reliabilitas dan korelasi.  Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner dengan jawaban berskala 1-10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan berpengaruh dan berkorelasi kuat dengan kepuasan karyawan, namun tidak menunjukkan korelasi dengan kepuasan pelanggan.  Berdasarkan analisa deskriptif, tingkat kinerja karyawan rata-rata, tingkat kepuasan karyawan rata-rata dan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan rata-rata menunjukkan nilai yang cukup tinggi. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan tidak ditentukan oleh kinerja karyawan.  Temuan ini sekaligus memperlihatkan perlunya digali variabel lain yang secara signifikan akan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan pada rumah makan padang.

Abstract

The rapid development of e-commerce and the Covid-19 pandemic have led consumers to adopt new shopping habits from home. This situation initially resulted in the closure of offline stores and traditional markets. Currently, some offline stores have begun to reopen, and traditional markets have played a role in the local economy. Amid the current rapid development of e-commerce and the changing consumer behavior, the phenomenon of traditional markets that continue to thrive is intriguing to investigate. The aim of this research is to understand the perceptions of consumers in Cisalak Market, Depok, and e-commerce regarding products, prices, promotions, and locations. This study employs descriptive methods and validity, reliability, and Mann-Whitney tests with 100 respondents from Cisalak Market consumers in Depok. A questionnaire is used to collect data on variables such as products, prices, promotions, and locations in traditional markets and e-commerce. The results show that customer perceptions of products in traditional markets differ from those in e-commerce. Meanwhile, perceptions of prices, promotions, and locations do not significantly differ between traditional markets and e-commerce.
