Abstract

The increasing use of digital financial services among youth has not been matched by adequate digital financial competencies, creating risks that may negatively affect their financial well-being. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital financial literacy on financial well-being and examine the mediating role of financial self-efficacy in this relationship. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 380 university students through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that digital financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial well-being, indicating that stronger digital financial capabilities enhance individuals’ ability to manage financial decisions in a digital environment. Financial self-efficacy also shows a significant positive influence on financial well-being and further strengthens the relationship between digital financial literacy and financial well-being. These findings highlight that psychological readiness plays an essential role in translating digital financial knowledge into effective financial behavior. The study contributes to the growing literature by integrating digital and psychological dimensions into a unified model of financial well-being. Practically, the results emphasize the need for targeted digital financial education and confidence-building initiatives to enhance financial resilience among youth in an increasingly digitalized economy. Abstract

Background: Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) face increasing competition, digitalization, and changing consumer preferences, requiring them to strengthen innovation capabilities through entrepreneurial marketing, human capital, and social capital Objective: This study aims to analyze the effects of entrepreneurial marketing, social capital, and human capital on the innovative performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kotawaringin Barat. Methods: This research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. Data were collected from 44 MSME actors and analyzed using SEM-PLS through SmartPLS 4.0. Entrepreneurial marketing served as the independent variable, innovative performance as the dependent variable, and social capital and human capital as moderating variables. Results: The results show that entrepreneurial marketing, social capital, and human capital have positive and significant effects on MSME innovative performance. Human capital was also found to strengthen the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and innovative performance. Conversely, social capital was not proven to moderate this relationship. The interaction between human capital and social capital, as well as the three-way interaction among entrepreneurial marketing, social capital, and human capital, was also not significant. These findings indicate that MSME innovative performance is determined more strongly by the strength of entrepreneurial marketing strategies and the quality of business actors’ capacities. Conclusion: The implications of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening human resource capacity, developing entrepreneurial marketing, and utilizing social capital productively to enhance regional MSME innovation.

Abstract

Jagara Village, located in the Waduk Darma area of Kuningan Regency, holds significant potential in freshwater fisheries, particularly in fish farming using the Floating Net Cage (KJA) system. However, the optimal utilization of this potential is hindered by the high cost of commercial fish feed and the suboptimal management of household organic waste. This community service program aims to revitalize the village economy by providing training in the use of organic waste-based alternative fish feed. The activities were carried out in a participatory manner through workshops, hands-on practice, and intensive mentoring by academics, students, and practitioners. The results showed increased community knowledge and skills in managing local resources, along with a growing commitment by the village-owned enterprise (BUMDes) to independently develop maggot-farming units. This program helps reduce aquaculture production costs and minimize organic waste volume, while also serving as a replicable model for sustainable village-based enterprise development in other conservation areas.
