<![CDATA[Grab-Car is an online taxi service from GRAB which is currently very much needed by the public in the transportation sector to facilitate community mobility. The development of this application-based online taxi transportation business is very easy to use for the community, whenever and wherever the public can use online-based taxi transportation services. This study aims to see the effect of service quality and price perceptions on customer satisfaction using Grab-Car online taxi transportation services in Makassar City. The sample in this study is the people who live in the city of Makassar who have used the Grab-Car service. Data collection techniques are observations and questionnaires given to Grab-Car customers as many as 100 respondents. This research is a quantitative study using statistical methods using the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25 application. Based on the results of statistical tests, it can be seen partially that service quality and price perceptions have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction using Grab-Car online taxi transportation services.]]>

<![CDATA[Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatiff deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel yang ambil berdasarkan beberapa karakteristik sebanyak 11 cryptocurrency dan 5 indeks saham yang tersebar di Indonesia. alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengukuran return, simpangan baku dan value at risk (VaR) yang diolah menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa return dan risiko investasi pada ke 11 cryptocurrency cenderung lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan return dan risiko investasi pada indeks saham. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. With the method of data collection the distribution of questionnaires, with 30 respondents who are employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Makassar. The technique of data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression, which was used to determine the effect of the independent variable and the dependent variable, namely the influence of the working environment on employee performance. Based on the results of the partial regression coefficient (t-test) research, it shows that the value of tcount is 4.780 > 1.699 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect between work environment variables (X) on employee performance (Y).]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak yang diberikan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, apakah berdampak signifikan atau tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Luwu dengan total sampel 95 orang pegawai. Metode analisis yang digunakan yakni kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS 24. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan melihat hasil olah data yakni nilai signifikansi 0,036 < 0,05.]]>

<![CDATA[Desa Tukamasea Kabupaten Maros merupakan daerah yang sangat subur untuk lahan pertanian, juga banyak ditumbuhi tanaman liar yang belum termanfaatkan. Salah satunya adalah daun katuk (Sauropus androgynus) yang tumbuh liar di pekarangan warga. Daun katuk merupakan salah satu tanaman herbal yang memiliki banyak manfaat. Rasa daun katuk yang enak dan menyegarkan cocok untuk dijadikan teh dan menjadi cara yang praktis untuk mengonsumsi daun katuk. Kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk (1) mensosialisasikan manfaat daun katuk; (2) melatih keterampilan membuat teh celup daun katuk; (3) melatih pengemasan produk; dan (4) melatih pemasaran produk. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan praktik langsung. Pelaksanaan kegiatan diselenggarakan di kantor Desa Tukamasea, Kabupaten Maros. Hasil dari pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat adalah peningkatan pengetahuan tentang manfaat daun katuk, terampil membuat teh daun katuk, terampil mengemas teh daun katuk, terampil memasarkan produk teh daun katuk. Program ini memberikan dampak positif bagi peserta yang dapat dilihat dari peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga binaan di Desa Tukamasea, Kabupaten Maros.]]>

<![CDATA[Marketing is any system or association that facilitates the market. Transactions that seek to satisfy human wants and desires are at the heart of marketing. Population used in This research is about micro, small and medium enterprises who use digital marketing in their marketing. The sample in this study was 73 respondents taken from several sub-districts in the city of Makassar. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires and documentation and validity and reliability testing has been carried out. And the data analysis techniques used are the heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, and the T test with the help of SPSS Version 26 software. The results of the t test data analysis show a significant value for the influence of digital marketing (X) on sales volume (Y), where t calculated as 5.855 > t table value, namely 2.378. This matter shows that digital marketing variables has a positive influence on increasing the sales volume of MSMEs in Makassar City.]]>

<![CDATA[Keputusan pembelian merupakan kegiatan individu yang secara tidak langsung terlibat dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk melakukan pembelian terhadap produk yang ditawarkan oleh penjual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keputusan dalam pembelian sepeda motor bekas 2-tak Yamaha RX-King di kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang dimana informan sebanyak 7 orang yang berada di kota Makassar. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan Teknik penelitian Pustaka (library research) dan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan cara wawancara serta observasi. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa faktor keputusan pembelian sepeda motor bekas 2-tak Yamaha RX-King di kota Makassar dikarenakan faktor peran keluarga serta teman terdekat dan juga hobi atau gaya hidup yang mejadi faktor yang paling berperan dalam keputusan pembelian motor bekas 2-tak Yamaha RX-King ddi kota makassar.]]>

The survey period ranges from July to August 2023, using qualitative methods. The survey results showed that the strategy used by Hotel Vasaka is through the products and facilities available at the hotel, the prices offered are quite affordable, and the strategic location and the promotion used are offline and online strategies.]]>
