Abstract

This program aims to discuss the politics of Islamic education and the problems of Muslim identity in Islamic boarding schools. The philosophy believed in the Islamic boarding school is based on Islam, and furthermore, the philosophy of education is based on the philosophical principles it adheres to. In the beginning, the main objective of the pesantren was to prepare students to deepen and master the science of religion (tafaqqahu fi al-din), the reproduction of ulama where the teaching of religious knowledge (transfer of Islamic knowledge), maintaining the Islamic tradition (maintenance of Islamic) tradition) and Islamic character building. Cottage The pesantren is a place of traditional education which has been very much felt by all elements, both society and government. Political education is an interdisciplinary study that integrates political science and education science, to see the dynamic relationship between various political issues and educational issues. To overcome the problem of Muslim identity, the dimensions mentioned above greatly affect Muslim identity because substantively, Islam is the same everywhere, namely the religion of Allah which was brought by the Prophet Muhammad as a guide for mankind. The emergence of various Islamic identities lately need not be responded to with excessive suspicion. Even the identity of Islam can become even more diverse when the typology of thought, understanding and practice of Islam is viewed from various perspectives both in the west and in the east.

Abstract

The Central Vocational School of Excellence (SMK PK) is one of the priority programs of the Directorate General of Vocational Education (Ditjen Vocational Education) of the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2021. This program is an effort to develop Vocational High Schools with certain expertise programs in order to improve quality and performance, as well as become a reference for other schools . The Center for Excellence Vocational School program carries the spirit of Independent Learning which focuses on strengthening human resources and bringing the world of education closer to the professional world. Formulation of strategic plans, implementation of vision and mission and evaluation of activities that are effective and efficient in achieving the Center of Excellence Vocational High School PK is one of the activities to achieve and meet the targets of a SMK became SMK PK. This community service activity is carried out in the form of vocational assistance by STMA Trisakti to Wahidin Cirebon Vocational School. This mentoring activity will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2021, until October 11, 2021, online and offline. Abstract

Food safety is an essential aspect of sanitation science. Food safety is a condition and an effort to prevent food from being contaminated by biological, chemical, and other objects that disturb, harm, and endanger human health. For the community, safe food is food that is clean, safe, and does not cause disease. Many of our environments are directly or indirectly related to the human food supply. Food preservation methods, including salting, adding sugar, smoking, and more, have been practiced since human existence. This work in the community is done by national and regional facilitators who train and assist STMA Trisakti, KOPITU, and BPOM. From the 5th of November until the 5th of December 2021, participants will receive instruction and guidance. The outcomes of the activities have a positive impact. The data before the activity evidence the significant increase in MSME knowledge about food safety. The number of knowledges in the excellent category of 5 participants increased to 17 participants after the activity, and the satisfactory category before the activity was 10 participants, and after the activity became 50 participants

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance. The principal's leadership style is a factor that is assumed to affect teacher performance. The application of the principal's leadership style can be assumed to influence teachers' good and bad performance. The location of this research is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Mataram. The results of this study stated that 45, 31% of principals displayed a leadership style in the outstanding category, 52,60% of principals were judged to show a good leadership style, 1,56% of principals said a leadership style in the moderate category, and 0,52 displayed a leadership style. Less category. The principal's leadership style plays a vital role in building a harmonious relationship between the principal and the teacher, improving teacher performance. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that the principal's leadership style can be used as a predictor variable and can determine and influence the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Mataram teachers.

Abstract

The use of technological advances in the financial sector is growing rapidly. Technological innovations present a more practical financial transaction process, one of which is applied to online loans. Online lending business practices connect lenders with online lenders. The disbursement of 22 trillion loans from 99 online loan companies registered with the OJK has made 9 million transactions to more than 3 million Indonesians. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the factors that influence interest in using financial technology in the form of online loans. As one of Indonesia's financial drivers, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a role in transactions using online loan platforms. This study uses a quantitative approach by conducting an online survey of MSMEs to obtain primary data. The survey results show that 44.41% of SMEs use registered online loans, 18.75% use unregistered loans and 36.84% do not. The majority of businesses are SMEs in the culinary field with 58.88% of the main occupations, 50.99% having high school education and 66.78% living in rural areas. From a psychological point of view, most MSME actors make online loans from self-indulgence and have sufficient perceptions, lack of knowledge and sufficient attitudes. From social factors, most of them are motivated by colleagues who use online loans. Most of the MSME sellers are aged 36-45 years with a monthly net income of less than 5 million.

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan teknologi berkembang dengan pesat di berbagai sektor, salah satunya di sektor keuangan yang biasa dikenal dengan financial technology (fintech). Fintech yang paling marak dan diminati masyarakat adalah pinjaman online (pinjol). Pinjol sebenarnya berada di bawah pengawasan OJK namun menjadi sesuatu yang meresahkan karena banyak munculnya pinjol illegal. Maraknya pinjol illegal tersebut maka perlu dilakukan penelitian guna menganalisis mengenai kesadaran bahaya pinjol serta mengidentifikasi risiko sosial yang akan ditanggung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan periode Maret sampai Juli 2022. Populasi penelitian ini adalah generasi milenial yang lahir antara tahun 1980-2000 dan berdomisili di DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sample pada analisis data kualitatif dengan purposive sampling sedangkan pada analisis data kuantitatif adalah quota sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode exploratory sequential mixed methods design. Desain pada penelitian ini, pertama-tama dilakukan eksplorasi dengan wawancara untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor penggunaan aplikasi pinjaman online serta pandangan bencana sosial penggunaan pinjol bagi generasi milenial yang mencakup: faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi, psikologis, aspek pelayanan, tanggapan kasus, konflik sosial. Selanjutnya analisis kuantitatif dengan mengisi kuisioner yang dikembangkan dari wawancara kemudian statistika deskriptif terkumpul 102 sampel dengan demografi penghasilan, prioritas kebutuhan yang paling banyak dikeluarkan, model pinjaman online yang diminati, jenis pinjaman online. Abstract

Sektor investasi merupakan salah satu hal yang krusial dalam perekonomian suatu negara. Kajian mengenai pola investasi para investor pada era pandemi secara komprehensif diperlukan untuk mengetahui potensi investasi pada era pandemi dengan menganalisa korelasi antara demografi dengan keputusan investasi yang dilakukan oleh investor. Klasifikasi dilakukan ke dalam beberapa kelas tertentu dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan accidental sampling dalam pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari 107 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk investasi yang menjadi mayoritas pilihan responden pada era pandemi adalah emas dan reksadana. Hasil analisa dengan menggunakan Naïve Bayes terhadap 6 variabel posterior memberikan beberapa deskripsi, diantaranya nilai probabilitas prior untuk tidak menambah investasi lebih besar dari menambah investasi. Kelompok investor yang menambah investasi memiliki pola pilihan instrumen investasi yaitu reksadana, emas, deposito dan saham. Kata kunci: Dampak Covid-19, Pola Investasi, Naïve Bayes

Abstract

Village economic progress can create because of the contribution of a strong rural economy. At the same time, there are certain advantages to living in rural areas (rural). Some drawbacks include the absence of facilities and infrastructure necessary to support the input process and post-rural production, making it difficult for rural businesses to compete on a level playing field. Therefore, an effort is needed to overcome economic problems, especially by developing the concept of socio-entrepreneur in rural communities (rural). This study used qualitative research methods, and the research carries out in Tegalwaru Village, Bogor. Data collection used several techniques, namely in-depth interviews, non-participant observations, and documentation studies. The results of the research Tegal Waru Village is one example village that has developed the concept of a rural entrepreneur well with the help of the Foundation. The role of Bumdes already exists, but it is not yet effective. Bumdesa can do licensing and marketing assistance to invite wider parties. Some activities need to be developed through Edu Ecotourism and oil palm tourism

Abstract

In Indonesia, there are still people who consider social insurance as something less important and feel a loss if they participate in social insurance. This is caused by the lack of literacy carried out by the government. Therefore, as a university in the field of insurance, it is necessary to carry out literacy to the community through community service. Community service in the form of social insurance literacy with performances that will be held in May-July 2022. Activities will be carried out in the form of performances by making animated videos about social insurance which include: BPJS Health, BPJS Employment and Jasa Raharja. The results of the activity evaluation showed that the level of filling out quizzes, likes and watching on the Indonesian Insurance Literacy YouTube channel, the highest for filling out the quiz was on the BPJS Health literacy material as many as 12 people, for the highest watching the YouTube channel on the Jasa Raharja material as many as 40 people while for likes had the same value as much as 3 likes

Abstract

The Center for Excellence Vocational School Assistance Program is a vocational development program with certain expertise and competencies in improving quality and performance. This activity is strengthened through partnerships and alignment with the business world, industry, and world of work, which eventually becomes a vocational reference school that can function as a driving school and a center for quality improvement. And other SMK performance. This Community Service activity provides learning assistance and assessment at the Vocational High School, implementing the Center of Excellence program implemented at SMKN 11 Bandung and SMK Wahidin Cirebon. It can conclude that the mentoring results from August 2021 to December 2021 obtained 100% achievement results with the implementation of a learning mentoring program with the new paradigm of the Vocational High School of Excellence, which carry online and offline operational curriculum assistance
