Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance. The principal's leadership style is a factor that is assumed to affect teacher performance. The application of the principal's leadership style can be assumed to influence teachers' good and bad performance. The location of this research is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Mataram. The results of this study stated that 45, 31% of principals displayed a leadership style in the outstanding category, 52,60% of principals were judged to show a good leadership style, 1,56% of principals said a leadership style in the moderate category, and 0,52 displayed a leadership style. Less category. The principal's leadership style plays a vital role in building a harmonious relationship between the principal and the teacher, improving teacher performance. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that the principal's leadership style can be used as a predictor variable and can determine and influence the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Mataram teachers.

Abstract

Teachers at Tapaktuan Primary School 09 are required to be able to measure the competencies that have been achieved by students, the teacher must also carry out his duties as a teacher, namely carrying out evaluation of the assignments he gave for a certain time. The results of research on the implementation of affective evaluation at Tapaktuan Primary School 09 are (1) Affective learning outcomes at the receiving level are students at Tapaktuan Primary School 09 realize that discipline must be enforced, laziness and not discipline must be pushed aside. (2). The learning outcomes of the affective domain at the responding level are that students at Tapaktuan Primary School 09 have a growing desire to learn more about Islamic teachings about discipline. (3). The affective learning outcomes at the valuing level are the growth of a strong will in students at Tapaktuan Primary School 09 to apply discipline, both at home, school and in the community because it is based on the belief and judgment that a disciplined life is good. (4). The results of affective learning at the organizational level are that students at Tapaktuan Primary School 09 support the enforcement of national discipline proclaimed by the government. Setting or organizing this is an affective level that is a level higher than valuing. (5). The affective learning result of this last domain is that students at Tapaktuan Primary School 09 already have a unanimous attitude. In reality, students make the commands of Allah SWT in Surat al-'Ashr as a guide for their lives in matters relating to discipline, both at home, school, and in society.

Abstract

Dental and oral health problems are still something that needs attention, it can be seen that 90% of the Indonesian population suffers from dental and oral diseases, including dental caries and periodontal disease. In the city of Banjarbaru, only 4.04% of the population goes to medical personnel, the daily brushing behavior is 97.88% and the correct time for brushing teeth is only 2.06%. Currently, the highest prevalence of dental and oral diseases is dental caries and periodontal disease which are caused by dental plaque. The aim of community service is: a) How to brush your teeth properly and correctly b). Carry out a dental plaque examination, c). Mass tooth brushing and d). Simple Curative for students at SMPN 2 Martapura, South Kalimantan Province. The number of community service respondents was 100 students, located at SMPN 2 Martapura, South Kalimantan Province. On the day of the activity, 96 students of SMPN 2 Martapura were present, beforehand they were given a questionnaire, after that there was counseling on how to brush teeth properly and correctly, the right time to brush teeth, examination of DMF-T and plaque to see OHIS, simple curative by means of fillings with ART and re-examined. The results of the activity obtained were as follows: 60% of students filled in the questionnaire correctly, the average DMF-T score = 4.3 and the average OHI-S score = 1.59. The conclusion is that based on the results of the DMF-T and OHI-S examinations, the results were in the moderate category. It is recommended to carry out treatment which includes: cleaning tartar, fillings and extractions at a health center, hospital or independent dental clinic.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of overcurrent on copper (Cu) insulated polyvinyl chloride (PVC) cables, focusing on their thermal behavior and fire resistance. We utilized thermal imaging, macrostructural analysis, and Joule heating calculations to evaluate six cable samples subjected to various currents. Results showed that with increasing current, the temperature of the cables rose significantly. For example, the CC0 sample, with no current, had a temperature of 36 °C, while the CC110 sample, subjected to 110 A, reached 1,091 °C. Joule heating calculations indicated energy values ranging from 0 J for the CC0 sample to 7,260,000 J for the CC110 sample. Physical observations included minor deformations at 253 °C and complete insulation loss at 1,091 °C. These findings emphasize the critical need for managing overcurrent to prevent severe cable damage and enhance system safety. This research provides practical insights for optimizing cable design and improving thermal management, offering valuable contributions to electrical engineering practices.
