Penelitian yang di lakukan memiliki tujuan untuk melihat gejolak yang terjadi pada perbankan syariah Indonesia dengan mengetahui perbandingan perbankan syariah Indonesia sebelum dan ketika era covid-19 serta melihat menganalisa perbankan syariah Indonesia dalam sudut pandang ekonomi islam. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan jenis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Data yang di gunakan merupakan data sekunder pada Statistik Perbankan Syariah (SPS) Indonesia periode sebelum covid-19 yaitu Q2 2018 – Q3 2019 dan periode ketika era covid-19 terjadi yaitu Q4 2019 – Q1 2021. Uji pada penelitian ini menggunakan paired test dengan alat statistik SPSS Version 21. Hasil dalam penelitian ini dapat di simpulkan bahwa adanya perbedaan serta terjadi gejolak pada perbankan syariah Indonesia dari sebelum serta ketika era berlangsungnya terjadinya covid-19 secara signifikan.Covid -19 mengakibatkan gejolak yang dahsyat bagi perbankan syariah Indonesia sehingga perbankan syariah Indonesia melambat secara nasional dan bahkan hanya mampu tumbuh secara terbatas serta mengakibatkan prinsip kehati-hatian dari sektor perbankan syariah Indonesia yaitu risiko pembiayaan, risiko operasional maupun risiko pasar. Keberadaan dari perbankan syariah Indonesia mengenai prinsip ekonomi islam diwujudkan dengan bentuk menciptakan akses bagi umat islam untuk saling menolong berkaitan dengan muamalah dimana bank syariah mampu menjangkau seluruh lapisan dari latar belakang masyarakat.

This research was conducted to find the impact caused by one of the fiscal policy in alleviating poverty. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach to the method of collecting observation, documentation and interview data to the recipient community of the Hope Family Program assistance. The analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study found that the implementation of the family of hope program in Ketapang District was running in accordance with the goals and objectives of the ministry of social policy in PKH. When viewed from the standpoint of Islamic economics the family hope program in Ketapang District is a positive activity in the welfare of people's lives by meeting the needs of which include Ad-daruriyyah needs, Al-hajjiyyah needs, and At-tahsiniyyah needs and Al-Kamiliyyah needs by not violating Islamic rules and law.

The purpose of this study was to find and review the optimization of human resourcesquality in improving the performance of Islamic banking employees. The approach used in this study was a quantitative approach by using primary data obtained through questionnaires to the Islamic banking customers located in Lampung. Sampling technique used in this studywas purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. Analysis of the data used in this study was simple linear regression analysis. Based on the result, the study found that there are significant quality of human resources in improving the performance of Islamic banking at 10.3%. Therefore,it needs to do the optimization of human resources quality through various efforts such as the recruitment system, the planning and training given by the company toward the employees, improving the intelligence, creativity, perseverance, as well as the professionalism of the employees.

This study aims to describe the strategy of increasing job satisfaction employees of the Islamic Rural Bank in Lampung, Indonesia through Islamic leadership and work ethics. The approach used in this study is descriptive verification research using survey methods. The population of this study was Islamic Rural's Bank, which amounted to 11 Islamic Rural's Financing Bank. Data were obtained by using questionnaires given to employees of two banks which were the samples of the study, namely Islamic Rural Bank Kotabumi and Islamic Rural Mitra Agro Usaha with a total sample of 43 employees. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study successfully proved that, "The leadership style and Islamic work ethics have a significant influence partially (t test) and simultan (f test) on employee job satisfaction." Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of Islamic financial literacy and Islamic financial technology on the inclusion of Islamic finance in students in Lampung Province both partially and simultaneously.Design Methods:The method used is a survey method. The population of this study is all smester V students and above in Islamic Economics Study Program, Islamic Banking. and sharia accounting in all State and Private Universities in Lampung Province, totaling 3080 people. The sampling technique used is proportional grain sampling, as much as 10% of the population of 308 people. Data collected using surveys, with google form. The collected data were analyzed using simple and multiple regression analysis.Findings:Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded, first, there is a positive and significant influence between the literacy of Islamic finance on Islamic financial inclusion. Second, there is a positive and significant influence between Islamic financial technology on Islamic financial inclusion. Third, there is a positive and significant influence between Islamic financial literacy and Islamic financial technology together on Islamic financial inclusion.Originality Value: Of the two independent variables, sharia financial literacy variables contributed more than sharia financial technology variables to sharia financial inclusion.

COVID-19 is having an impact on health and the economy. COVID-19 puts pressure on world economic growth, including Indonesia's economic growth. Indonesia Government Regulations administered since March 2020 regarding to the prohibition of crowding at public places and social distancing have further limited the economical activities and even have an impact to the deceleration of economic growthThis research is a comparative quantitative research. The data used is secondary data before the occurrence of COVID-19, namely three months II 2018 three months III 2019 and when COVID-19 occurs, namely three months IV 2019 three months I 2021. The statistical tool used is SPSS Version 21. The test used is Paired Sample T-Test. As a result, there is a significant difference in economic growth before and after COVID-19 occurs. It is happened caused by an epidemic that spreads across the country affected the growth of the global economy decreasing no exception for Indonesia economic growth the effectiveness of social distancing policy that caused blockage economy activity and presentation of Indonesia's high exposure to COVID-19 and character of society when facing economy on the epidemic situation as the factor of Indonesias economic growth experiencing a recession in the negative direction.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Non-Performing Financing, Third Party Funds, Financial To Funding Ratio, Macroprudential Intermediation Ratio and Macroprudential Liquidity Buffer on the liquidity of Islamic Banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange List in the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2018 to the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2018. 2019. The research design used is a quantitative approach. The data analyzed is secondary data in the form of quarterly banking financial statements listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange List for the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2018 to 1st and 2nd quarters of 2019, data for each bank. The population in this study were 15 Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange List during the study period, with a sample of 12 Islamic banks during 4 quarters of observation, so that the final sample was 48 observational data. The results of the study show that the variables of Non Performing Financing, Financial To Funding Ratio have an influence on the liquidity of Islamic banking. While other variables, namely Third Party Funds, Macroprudential Intermediation Ratio and Macroprudential Liquidity Buffer, have no effect on the liquidity of Islamic Banking. Liquidity management in banking institutions is one aspect that becomes a top priority. Liquidity is a condition where banks are able to meet their obligations as they fall due and banks are able to meet the demand for funds by customers. Banks must be able to maintain their liquidity level in a safe and optimal position in accordance with the bank soundness level parameters set by Bank Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to find and analyze the handling of complaints against customer loyalty at PT. BPRS in the Province of Lampung. This research is a quantitative study with a questionnaire data collection tool that is distributed to customers of PT. SRBs in the Province of Lampung. The sample used in this study was 100 customers, with a purposive sampling data collection technique. Analysis of the data used in this study is a simple linear regression data analysis. The results found that the handling of complaints can affect customer loyalty of PT. SRBs in the Province of Lampung. The magnitude of the effect of handling complaints on loyalty is 49.3%. Therefore, to maintain customer loyalty PT. BPRS in Lampung Province can make various options such as improving service quality, increasing satisfaction, perceived value, E-Servqual and using mobile banking.

Pariwisata telah menjadi suatu bagian esensial di masyarakat dan merupakan suatu sektor yang mampu untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Di Indonesia, pariwisata pernah menjadi suatu sektor yang tumbuh ketika penerimaan ekspor turun, artinya sektor ini merupakan sektor yang cukup potensial untuk dikembangkan terutama pariwisata halal mengingat Indonesia mayoritas penduduknya Muslim. Penelitian ini bertujuan unuk melihat tingkat literasi dari pariwisata halal dan mengenai tingkat keputusan berwisata pada wisata halal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 56,5% wisatawan telah mengetahui konsep wisata halal dan ketika wisatawan diberikan gambaran lebih jauh mengenai wisata halal, sebanyak 73% wisatawan menyatakan setuju bahwa wisata halal ditujukan untuk semua kalangan atau tidak terbatas untuk kalangan tertentu saja. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 78% wisatawan lebih memilih dan memutuskan untuk mendatangi lokasi wisata yang ramah kepada wisatawan muslim (wisata halal) dalam melakukan perjalanan wisatanya.

In increasingly global development, the business climate is always growing. Likewise in the tourism business or the tourism industry. Halal tourism has emerged as a new concept in tourism. Halal tourism is tourism with a concept to facilitate Muslims to worship and avoid non-halal activities on their tour. However, halal tourism is not solely exclusive to Muslims but is open to all communities regardless of religious background. The concept is an opportunity, including Indonesia, which has a Muslim majority population. This study aimed to examine how the views of domestic tourists in Indonesia regarding halal tourism. The population in this study was the number of tourists traveling with pure tourism during the 2018 period of 130.008.566. While the samples of this study were taken by using the Slovin technique with a 5% margin error so that the sample in this study was 400 samples. The data collection technique was conducted by using primary data with written interviews with Indonesian residents who have traveled more than 2 times a year. The results of this study showed that most respondents representing domestic tourists in Indonesia gave positive responses related to the concept of halal tourism and the application of halal tourism in Indonesia. Tourists assume that halal tourism will not be an obstacle to national tourism. Moreover, this concept will be able to provide Muslim and non-Muslim comfort simultaneously.
